Nile been a coach is the chapter that I’m waiting for…. This men take me to acrobatics world without knowing that years later I will turn into national team member and also Panamerican Medalists, not on gymnastics but on Taekwondo. This guy is one of my idols and I’m Thankful for fine this channel years ago 🇵🇷🇬🇧🙏🤸🏻♂️ hope to one day actually meet this incredible human

Your doing amazing! It’s never an easy thing to retire from something you love, especially when it’s been your life since so young! But the fact you have and STILL inspire so many all over the world is so epic! I’ve never done gymnastics before but really want to try it since finding your channel 💪🏼

Hey Ellis: fix the volume leveling. I’m can’t hear crap when they speaking unless it’s a sit down directly in front of the camera and then half deaf when the music comes on. I watch these videos at work with headphones so I can’t have the music blasting my ears off. I tried using captions to help but TH-cam’s automatically generated captions don’t understand accents.

Hi Nile just wanted to say that I used to be part of the junior bronze British team in regionals. I was ill the day of the comp and it sucked so I wasn’t able to go but my teammates were great. After I quit I taught myself gymnastics to keep myself flexible, a few years later I joined an acro club but I want to go back to doing gymnastics and I could see myself going pro. And be an elite gymnast like you one day. How would I approach getting back into gymnastics?

You finally tried climbing! I've been saying you should. Try top-roping rather than bouldering. I was just in the rock gym today. 3 times a week on the walls. Great fun.

With that and the accent its hard to understand what you are saying (from the southern US) Captions would be nice.. when I cant hear you I do get to at least admire the scenery! lol

Scrambled egg lesson. You don't need milk, it just dilutes the flavour of the egg to makes the amount stretch, just add an extra egg. Also season at the end!
