Great glove! Soft, breaks in easy, and at $260 not that expensive.

Being a Sox fan myself, I'm looking forward to seeing him in red (despite him not being Mookie). As for the glove, that's a nice thing. Not a fan personally of that beige-coloured leather but it still looks nice. Your hand should come at least partway out of a modern glove anyway. It means you have more intricate control of the glove and I cringe a little when I see some seemingly ancient and clueless coach on TH-cam videos saying to some teenager that they're wearing their glove wrong and closing it the wrong way. How would you say Easton leather compares to an off-the-shelf Heart of the Hide?

I know that the likely the better and/or taught way to have the glove on your hand is less on your palm, its totally just a feel thing for me. Also i'm not making money off playing ball for a living, i'd probably force myself to a better techincal glove fit if that were the case.
And yes, it'll be tough to pick up where Mookie is leaving, I think in the field he can fit in really well but behind the plate there aren't that many available to fill the gap.
      Thanks for watching!
