Amritsari kulcha is so good kriparl sir. I lived in jalandhar for about 5 years until the pandemic started for my studies so it's like my 2nd home. You should also try the winter special makki di roti and Sarson ka saag If u are still in punjab. Cheers.

At last my wish has come true in your vlog on Amritsari Kulcha. I am sure your palate must have been 200% satisfied with the different flavors of the kulcha served along with chutney and chole. Thank you for covering it! Look forward to more such vlogs.
The ingredients and the water makes kulcha in Amritsar so much more tasty than any other city. While in Amritsar I ate one every day for brunch. Miss it in Bangalore...
delicious ... the ingredients grown locally the soil water and weather of the region and proportion of that masala and method of preparation all unique
Cooking is all about time and temperature. Perfectly indicated by Chef Narang. But you need to return back soon to enjoy delicious bheega kulcha, Rara Mutton, Brava da Dhabha thali... Nutri... Aam Papad, Amritsar wadi, Jalabi and many many more.......Hope you will return back.
Amirtsari Kulcha is love. It is said there is something in the water of Amritsar which gives the Kulcha that special taste. That taste one can only get in Amritsar and cannot be replicated when made outside Amritsar even by chefs from Amritsar. You should have tried the Kulcha from famous street vendors like Chungi/Kulwant Kulche etc. For your next trip to Amritsar! Chungi remains my favorite though!
Love you Sir....Even my mouth was watering looking at that beautiful Kulcha and chole. Enjoy sir ji. Hope you will return back soon. Why didnt you tried Makki ki Roti and Sarso Ka Saag with home made white butter, as this was the best season to have it. U missed that sir.
Awesome series loved the way u have shown the love and food. Please visit Lucknow sometime in future. This Amritsar series was special with so much variety of food and of course that Lassi. All the best and wish you a great future. Regards.
I've been waiting for this vlog since it was shot just to see how @momz_personal_chef have explained the making of Amritsari Kulcha at Courtyard By Marriott, Amritsar.
Hi Sir even though u ate the kulcha in a five star n not at an authentic place but just by seeing it's textures in video I can say that it looked quite authentic so don't worry about missing eating at the local places 👍😊

Why in 5 star? I can see Chefs are pretty trained but they are not locals as it can be judged by their accent. It would be same like tasting Chole Bhathure of Delhi in any 5 Star in Delhi.Amritsari kulcha to Amritsaris are what Biryani to Hyderabadis,Choley Bhathure to Delhiites,Vada pao to Mumbaiakars. Next time in Amritsar,Please do try at Pehelwans or at Kulcha Land🙂👍
My opinion is that the food industry people should be more cautious about health. So they should have covered their nose with mask as responsible as Kripal. I appreciate Kripal for be so responsible with double mask.
Sir we use mask to prevent infection that not supposed to go inside our body through mouth ,nose .so it is assumed that whatever coming to us that first deposited over the mask , i found that u touches ur mask while removing before eating so there are chances u may get infected with deadly viruses ...we all love ur videos plz make sure that u should wash ur hand after removing ur mask ...Keep it up happy eating ❤️❤️...loads of love to u n ur team 💯💯🤘
