Big Thank you to David PA7LIM for answering all my emails, and creating a fix. Amazing work David. David is the author of BlueDV connect an android app for DStar .
The radio is a Kenwood D75, this app allows the use of terminal mode via Bluetooth, meaning I can leave my hotspot home.

That is the Bluetooth terminal mode 100% wireless terminal mode, David made an update to a version of the app that did not work with my phone model.
