  • In this video My Real Estate Agent Wimmy shows me units in Life Ekkami, The Lofts Ekkamai and Rhythm 42. If you’re in the market for a condo in Bangkok this should be very helpful. Please call Wimmy if you need assistance.

    My name is Brian but everyone calls me Greeny. I retired in January of 2020 after working 30 years in my field. I didn’t want to work so long that I would be too old to enjoy my retirement. After living in Michigan my whole life I decided I wanted to retire somewhere warm, somewhere exotic. I sampled a ton of places in the Caribbean, Panama, Colombia, Turkey but set my sights on Thailand. I spent most of the winter of 2020 exploring Thailand then ......you know what happened. IT!!!
    So I had to catch one of the last flights and come home. Now I’m back.
    Why am I making videos? I need a hobby. I feel if I don’t do anything creative my mind may melt. I can also easily go back and reminisce by watching the videos. If anyone else enjoys them then that is a plus.
    I take a ton of Travel photos. Check out my Instagram, I usually post a pic everyday.

    Really like your videos and the style/manner in which you make them. Very informative. Especially hunting for condos, seeing what each one offers, the locations, and the prices. Nice work....

    don't be in a hurry to rent. Yes Lofts Ekkamai is nice. What are they going for on AirBNB for 28 days? you don't have a lot of stuff yet. move around! a new area every month let's you find the area you like. I see very nice places in Pattaya for only 5,000 baht for a month on AirBNB. Makes 29-35K seem like a lot right?

      That’s what I did for 2 months last year. A week in a ton of different sports. Got old. I found a good place. Will reveal soon. I think for my retirement visa I need a permanent address anyway. I’m still gonna do a bunch of little 2-3 day side trips.

    13:59 very neat concept in the Loft. I've seen much bigger units in person and I think asking was $65k+.

    Hi Greeny. When was this taken? The biggest issue I have with Bangkok is the pollution haze. I didn't see any your video. That's why I'm thinking Hua Hin.

    Enjoy your videos. Would be great if you throw in the occasional 2 bedroom.

    What did you think of location?
    Near any night life?
    The condos look pretty awesome. 👍👍

      That is a great location. So close to that BTS you can be a Nana or Asoke in like 7-8 minutes

    Thanks, Greeny. Appreciate the info. I would suggest you add in the description the realtor's contact information, the property's name and address, the price, and the timestamp of each visit. These small changes will help you and your subscribers. Most TH-camrs only do one or at most two of these actions. Thanks again.

    Nice condos but are they are all 6 to 12 month contracts or do they allow monthly too? Thanks.

    • @GreenyTravels
      @GreenyTravels  3 ปีที่แล้ว
