seeing Arteta getting involved shows just what kind of manager he is, unlike other managers just sitting aside watching
he's still young and played at the level before so you get it...i wouldn't expect a roy hodgeson or jose to join in on training

Defo, Roger Mila played/scored during world cup 94 at the ripe age of 42yo. Keep your strength and stamina up, with a healthy diet you can still play at a decent level.

Arteta knows best but I cant believe he hasn’t gotten a single minute of football this season! Crazy
I believe he's managing him and not rushing him back, same like he did with Martinelli. ESR unfortunately has been very unlucky with injuries, I think Mikel is thinking longer term.
To be honest, premier league is hard and unfortunately we have quality bench too. Martinelli and Trossard are above him currently. Unless he can play Xhaka role better than anyone else.
I really hope we sell esr and buy someone like fdj or locatelli to play next to Rice we will be unstoppable
