As a better Imperial revolt, it is pretty inevitably good. Especially in freeing up card 🎴 slots so you can play for the early game as well. Main thing is it has so many cards (including the free ones you get from revolting). And a lot of them are good for the late game.
Gotta love how kerimb is nice, losing to monopoly timer is such a salty thing, but even then he typed "gg". Not many ppl do so

They are less eficient than even normal vills, unless u send like 2 or 3 cards
A year back then Sans-culottes were much more dangerous, they had 2 multi against all infantry and cost 90f per unit
