CUT & SQUEEZE THE JUICE
STRAIN THE JUICE
100 ML LEMON JUICE
1 CUP WATER
¼ CUP CORN FLOUR
1 CUP SUGAR
¼ CUP WATER
MIX WELL
3-4 DROPS YELLOW FOOD COLOR
SOME LEMON PEELS
COOK UNTIL THICKEN
REMOVE THE LEMON PEEL
POUR THE LEMON JUICE MIXTURE
COOK UNTIL THICKEN
COOL DOWN FOR 5 MIN.
GREASE SOME OIL IN GLASS
POUR THE MIXTURE
COOL DOWN FOR 1 HOUR
COAT WITH SUGAR
