Hey josh if you could id appreciate if you would join in on a model railroad project im working on for the company i work for company agape's grace inc out of kansas
I have been in the acquisition phase of my layout and been trying some setups for what type of operations I like on a table in my family’s basement. It is cool to see a layout like this to inspire what I’d like on my own layout and how well it can be done. I am a huge fan of the coal operations and want to make a flood loader like the one you have and a dumper like the ones seen at pier 16 in Norfolk VA or Sandusky OH. I am genuinely impressed at the work of art you made here and hope to one day make my own layout. I am still over a year away from graduating with my degree (finally), but am excited to make my own layout and hopefully share it with others doing running sessions and the like.
1:51 Small point of detail: the sign on the trestle support in the middle of the road should be mirrored. Those "object marker" signs are supposed to slant downward towards the side you're supposed to pass by. So, the sign to the right of the lane should be // and the sign to the left of the lane should be \\. Not something most people would notice, though.
While I'm far from being in a position to buy this, on part of being on the wrong side of the continent, modeling in N instead of HO, and am suffering from a condition called "being broke", I'd love to see what your track plan looks like (or at least a big, panoramic picture of the whole thing). Cause you put such incredible detail into your work, I figure I can probably borrow some design suggestions from this to incorporate into whatever I make in the future.
I love the work of you and your family! It’s like the Real Deal That Rotary Dumpster is Fantastic. How many people have wanted it? Too many. I imagine! Perhaps your family could sell the plans and a parts list. I’ll take one in N Scale Please!!! I’ll even let you’ll build it for me lol.
Hey there, I know this might not be the best video to comment on for the topic I’m inquiring about. But I’m not sure how else to reach you. I absolutely love you’re live coal load videos and have recently purchased some coal-porters of my own. I would love to know more about the cars your run and your operation’s themselves. Thanks
Hey Josh! Quick question does this layout loop around for trains to run non stop or is it more of a like switching yard but still giving that main line feel? Thanks nice layout
if you have any standard dc locos that you wanna sell im free, but you mostly use dcc not dc so i dont think you have any dc models, but id definitely buy and old dc models that you wanna ged rid of
The layout has been SOLD. But thanks for watching and hope you enjoyed a look at this unique layout!
You should do more! You could make a killing off it

May I ask? Are you off to a career change (Education you spoke of some time ago?)
Good Luck in your pursuits!

Josh - do you have an overall picture of what the layout looks like? Straight line or does it have a bend? I gather this isn't your layout is it?
Any way you could draw up a track plan for that??
I have a question / reccomendation. Will you ever add restricting signals?
Huh?
Josh what are you asking for a price? I do not need the DCC system as I have my own already. Thanks!
