This young man is not simply a reporter - he is a teacher. This is good to help us understand how storms "work". I'm grateful for that.

This was one of the better presentations I have seen this week. Going from start to finish with in-depth explanations without extraneousness. He reigned in his points during his presentation while staying onpoint. And at the end he pulled it all together perfectly to guide his audience. I didn't get lost by the presenter jumping around a lot causing breaks in continuity. Lastly my mind didn't wander! Thank you!

As a 40 year resident of So. Fla., I've had several good extreme weather meteorologists over the years. Some here locally, others in New Orleans, Colorado and I have to say that Pat Calvin is the goods. Just found his work recently as Hurricane Milton will affect my area. 10:55 THANK YOU for emphasizing that the storm surge has ZERO correlation with the "category" a storm is designated. The Saffir-Simpson scale only refers to wind speed, not how much surge to expect.
