For some reason the video runs for an additional two minutes. It's supposed to end at 39:54, as that is the length given when I exported it from Premiere, but YT is being weird in its own special way with files
This is a great video diving in from someone that's not already around the culture it. Being from certain natural disaster areas/being poor influences how much some areas prep. The SE preps so much cause of hurricanes since we have all been told for as long as we have lived to be prepared for hurricanes for example :)
