More weapons aswell, but also fixing the scopes, making them more similar to the g28 scope where you can switch to a rmr, and ofc no looter shooter, breakpoint enemies were so spongy even before you’re caught
I like the PMC look. Also wouldn’t mind a metal gear camo system that made you less detectable with certain camos/vs/terrains. Also a hitman civi clothes mechanic for a metropolitan area to blend in.
No live service. No battlepass. No weird futuristic drones and things like we got in Breakpoint. Better gun, vehicle and character customization. Smatter AI, for teammates and enemies and npc’s. First and third person. Bigger teams for online, minimum of 8 player squads. And bases we can take over and keep and upgrade.
I don't mind it if they're aggro and/or have a plate of armor mechanic. There are stories of dudes taking 556 and adrenaline taking over. But having dynamic stunlock/stagger effects on both armored and unarmored enemies for potential follow up shots would be cool. Also a fine tuned smoother response curve to achieve the headshot on minor buffed enemies would make for a satisfying challenge. Talking minor health buffs though ie armor etc. But yeah I typed way too much 😁 My bad, Ghost Recon rules, it could also be better though 👊
@@noneyabidness7504 Sure, armor should add a few shots to the equation, as expected. But look at what Division did, and you’ll see my point. There were dudes taking full mags like nothing happened. Neither GR game of late has had that problem, but it’s Ubi, so it’s worth mentioning.
@@PeteNice29 For sure, The Division stinks in my opinion. I don't think modern shooters work all that great as RPGs. I grinded both Division games up until about a year ago. But I probably spent 98% of the time running striker. The exotics all look ridiculous, but that Clancy aesthetic from the rest of the game kept me coming back. Kinda scratched that itch I needed for an open world modern shooters. Wildlands takes the cake though imo 💥
I'm not a fan of bullet sponges either but if they are gonna do it I would rather it be drones or something rather than humans in suits because that at least seems more grounded and less immersion breaking than unloading 3 mags into a dude with kevlar
As some people said in the comments already, 1. Don't make it live service. Give us an offline patch. 2. Don't put season passes. 3. Give us an option to switch between third person and first person 4. Make AI teammates smart and intelligent, make them drive cars, ride bikes and fly planes and helis while the player sits in the backseat. With modern tech I'm definitely sure its possible. 5. Give us more missions and side quests each with unique and different objectives. Make the environment as much interactive as you can. Put as much details and animations as you can. Having a giant map especially in 2024 with modern technology has no meaning if you don't have all these. 6. Take risks. Make dark and intense stories on geopolitical stuff like older Ubisoft did in previous GR games, before Wildlands.
One of the biggest gripes I had with wildlands was that every area of the map had the type of mission ever though the environment was different, it still felt repetitive. Also with the AI GTA had the AI drive taxis and fly helicopter for you so it can defiantly be done
The fact that they have to release a survey to figure out what the player base wants after making 10+ ghost recon games is actually tragic… that man Tom Clancy is rolling in his grave rn…
I prefer play style & mechanics of Ghost Recon Wild lands and Mercenaries Playground of destruction, Ai drop Off equipment Weopons Vehicle's etc. Also better too have More options extraction pick points to also getting myself & squad out of combat zone after completion of mission or side mission.
@mrgoner.lionheart5597 I received that survey and I put they need to add the same mechanics like Ghost Recon Breakpoint were you can switch from 3rd to first. It's more immersive. And I wrote many things for them to fix but keep the 3rd person/ 1St person
Imagine being able to customize the rebels appearance and gear in GR wildlands, it was always fun calling in the rebels for backup but they looked so goofy
Grounded, grounded, grounded. The dismantle cartel mechanic from Wildlands was awesome. Maybe give us more in-depth, complex missions but other than that, just give us a new setting. And more guns.
Hell, a feature that I think would help make the world feel alive is a mechanic that would allow you to interact with the entire civilian population whether you're just roaming around the city, out in the woods if you encounter hikers/backpackers. A simple hello or other greeting to them if everything's calm. And if your actions through the campaign affect the attitude of the of the native military, the interactions could be warning the civilians of possible danger with a certain percentage chance of one of the civies reporting where they saw you to the native forces. If you end up taking cover/concealment inside someone's home can have them either run and hide, or run to get a gun to try to shoot you.
i just want another game to do what RSV2 did w their customization. the custom camos and leveling system in that game was awesome. loved seeing my rank on my character
Location : Afghanistan. Mountains, villages, smaller cities, sand dunes, etc... Enemy patrols, ambushes. A Wanted system where you would have to go and kill warlords ( mini bosses outside of the main story ) to get rid of the bounty set on your head. Damage sytem and single player costumization options from breakpoint would be great. Ability to turn on/off gear score,etc... Abilities : Call in air strike, military drone ( not mini drone) and binoculars recon, back up tank or helicopters, Spectre gunship with 5-10 min real time cooldown where you would swap ( when activating the ability ) to the gunships thermal vision aiming system and destroy the bad guys from the sky, etc... Details like : shooting through walls with high caliber weapons, partial building damage from rpg or more powerful explosives... Immersion : Real tactical talk from AI teammates, when engaging in combat at certain city locations make it sound ( background, etc... ) as an actual warzone. This just couple things of the top of my head.
Operation flashpoint should be a heavy influence here!! I dont think it should be an open world game, I think it should be missions but in a sandbox. The series just feels like far cry, why tf am I buying equipment? Why tf am I having these dialogue choices with npcs? Why is there loot boxes? ubisoft paris sucks. Dont make it a milsim, but holy fuck don't make it whatever tf breakpoint was.
The next Ghost Recon definitely needs third person view. Ubisoft should have learned from the shit storm 'bout "Frontline". My personal opinion. Maybe first person and third person possibilities..... so everybody will be pleased. Greets from Bavaria/Germany
@Dr.MantisTobogganMD CoD? Third person? Couldn't find ANY proof of that ever happening outside mods. Even the new game is first person only. Allowing players to choose from both is the best scenario though.
They need to hire an American military advisor who’s actually worth a damn. Preferably someone who’s familiar with USSOCOM elements and gear. Would be nice to see better brands like Patagonia, Spiritus, more Crye, etc.
Long story and 3rd person similar to ghost recon wildlands. More cutscenes would be nice. I liked breakpoint gameplay but not story .. as the world felt empty like no one is coming to hurt the people in the village and anyone from outside could just come right in and no one would care.
Something that often gets overlooked are the vehicles. In an open world game, vehicles are EXTREMELY important for immersion. I fast traveled way more in BP because the vehicles, especially the helicopters were booty. We need a reason to NOT fast travel. Bring back realistic flight controls.
I’d like to see a career mode/story mode combo. Include the special forces selection process and work from new guy on a team to team leader over various deployments
I'm a little bummed I didn't get a survey. Wildlands is my favorite game of all time, and I've played Ubisoft games forever. Thanks for breaking it down for us!
All it needs to be is: -NO LOOTER SHOOTER ASPECTS. -3rd person. -Wildlands immersive world -wildlands character customisation. -Breakpoints movement and combat. -breakpoints weapon customisation -better survival mechanics. -improved ragdoll physics. -human boss fights "no robots" -better gore system (or just breakpoints) -destruction would be cool. -More shootout opportunities in building interiors. -increased enemy count. They do all of this and that's my game of the year.
1. Wildlands world is equally empty and bland. Just as much fast travling and Helo usage since the world was mostly empty space. Seriously. Actually walk from one base to another. You'll realize quickly the world is NOT immersive. 2. Customization was improved in Breakpoint in most cases. The only exception being some of the gear was better aesthetically in Wildlands. 3. First/Third person toggle over one or the other. 4. Definitely more enemy patrols. Both games sorely lacked this aspect. 5. Maybe nix the survival stuff entirely to focus on more tactical elements like camo/outfit/vehicle actually effecting visibility/detection. 6. Destructible cover and, to a lesser extent, buildings, with realistic bullet penetration where it makes sense for balance reasons.
I just took it!! I got to include a lot of details the Ghost Recon community has been asking for. Number one: keep it a third-person tactical shooter!! Next, I had to talk about Wildlands as a source of reference. Breakpoints character movement, with Wildlands' ability to holster all weapons for increased mobility over terrain when not engaged. Real environment like Bolivia. Wildlands environment feels alive because of the indigenous population, as well as the enemy personnel in Unidad and Santa Blanca. Sentinel and Aurora feel bland in comparison. Weapons and attachments need to be real. Gear, kit, and clothing should reflect what Tier One special operations utilize; not capes, masks, and other nonsense meant to cater to 9-12 y/o's. Weapon slings instead of "the Ubisoft magnet" Slings haven't been seen since SOCOM! Realistic vehicles i.e. UH-60 Blackhawk to insert/extract fireteams and mission support. Ability to call in air strikes. Fast rope/repelling. Lastly, theatre of operations. Realistic missions based on realistic scenarios. Immersion.
agreed on all of this. I commented earlier. I want to add denial of support based on weather/populated area/ influence with locals etc. And your kit is your kit in the world. not switching an entire load out mid gun fight .
@ASQDGAMING I forgot to include a new Ghost Mode in my reply to Ubisoft. If you can put in a word, please include Ghost Mode! That is the quintessential Ghost Recon experience.
The way they described Breakpoint , imo, was to have a base of operations and that led to the need to have the right load out and basically survive or die based on that or what you find in the world. I was super bummed that it was just filling a water bottle. Like I've said on a few of your vids, the devs catch a lot of heat for Breakpoint but they did listen and basically changed the whole game in the end, it was just too little too late. I hope they take what they learned going foreword because Breakpoint had a lot of really cool features that I don't want to see go, like ghost mode and all that world customization, that was genius..
Loved wildlands ghost mode for that. You couldn't change your loadout on the fly and had to choose 1 primary and your side arm as your secondary. Forced players to be smart about how they approach missions and no juggling a 50cal and a scar on your back like your a super soldier
Ubisoft is collapsing... That being said. Ubisoft now has competition. They need to be aware of that. Unless the next GR game is really REALLY good, I'd rather go back to GZW, or play PvE Tarkov. I think they should overdo it on the realism, then bring it back to a level of "fun", personally.
-More camouflage customization -extend the bivouac experience by using the rugsack .rdr2 -no tent/poncho = less sleep= less stamina/strength. -bivouac can be compromised -Instead of having a store in bivouac use a flare to make airdrop for ammo/ gear . - weapons more customizable . - when crossing rivers make waterproof package of rugsack .Otherwise you sink - bridges/ minefields allways under enemy surveillance . - enemies need to look a bit more realistic instead of wearing a skirt with a medieval helmet . -civvy not allways friendly , some need to be able to give away position. - new weapon systems . - bullet drop a bit more realistic . - able to request air support (a10/ f16 etc . - Wildlands style open world . - when enemy has no nods, thermal or flir the will not spot you while your not using your weapon .
Third person!! This is non-negotiable. If the new game returns to first-person, I have zero interest. There are plenty of other first-person tactical shooter games, if that's what people want to play. There are few good third-person games.
The game by default should be "realistic" like the wildlands mode with the magazine mechanic, better AI teammates, perma death teammates, full uniform customization with tons of military gear, certain mission planning mode like Rainbow Six 3,more fleshed out Rebel upgrade mechanic from Wildlands.
i think with games like grayzone warfare and everything coming out they're most likely trying to emulate something of that nature but with their own ubisoft GR spin on things... which honestly sounds AMAZING considering games like grayzone and tarkov are early access games that'll probably be early access for a long time and under perform MAJORLY with optimization and performance etc. basically leading to the ladder of people just simply not playing because these games are VERY under cooked in a lot of ways. i truly hope we basically get a wildlands 2 the worlds civilians and the drug cartel setting was chefs kiss to me but of course add more realism from breakpoint with the limping from getting damage and expand onto it further.
I hope they look at Wildlands, and take away even more features that everyone loved. Like when they took away teammates and an interesting world for Breakpoint.
They didn't take away teammates. There was a legit reason you didn't have them. Maybe try actually paying attention during the opening for once. The only two other survivor ghosts who weren't a traitor were either captured(Midas) or too injured to fight(Holt). Simply put, Nomad was the only Ghost left in fighting form. Not to mention the playerbase forced Ubi to add a toggle to REMOVE teammates since the AI teammates in Wildlands were awful. Also, Wildlands had a boring, empty world too. Let's stop pretending otherwise. We all simply used helicopters in both games to get around because the worlds were empty and boring.
@@CommanderRedEXE did you eat paint chips as a kid? They removed teammates. It was a game mechanic in the previous game, then it was REMOVED in the next game. The story was ass so please don't embarrass yourself and use it as justification for removing game mechanics. They wrote the fucking story, it can be anything they want it to be. Please don't vote or reproduce.
All the features everyone comments are much needed but we also need weather change ability. Like to toggle rainy, snowy, windy, sunny, etc. Some of us like nighttime rainy ops.
Ive said for a while now id like to see some things from other tom clancy titles be included into ghost recon. Like being able to repel off buildings, breaching charges, rc drones and a few operator gadgets from siege would be sick. I also like the idea of taking inspiration from the division for a base of operations thats better than the hub area in breakpoint
We should’ve been able to deploy from an aircraft carrier for Operation Motherland. Hopefully something like that or a dedicated base that we’re not sharing with civilians that has weapon lockers/armory and not a 3D printer that someone’s young wife who constantly flirts with you operates.
Repelling yes. Anything else from Siege no. We already have drones, RC versions are inferior and thus kinda pointless to have, unless they made them only usable indoors, and flying drones only usable outdoors. No fancy gadgets. Breaching charges only if doors are made interactive this time. A F.O.B. that upgrades as you progress would be awesome. Maybe also have missions to have the non enemy faction(s) take over checkpoints and bases, but the enemy faction will try to reclaim them at random intervals, sometimes when you're on missions unable to intervene.
tbh, i really hope they just stick to a semi-realistic story that actually makes sense. The huge deal breaker for me with Breakpoint was going to some random fake island to stop some ex-ghosts or whatever from stealing technology. (i don't even know tbh that's how shit it was). Whereas Wildlands, the fact that you go to a real-world location and fight a real-world threat of "drug cartels" just made the game so much more enjoyable and to me at least, gave it more of a sense of realism compared to Breakpoint. But that's just my opinion
I had the same answers as yourself for the "put in order of most importance" question 👍 lets just hope Ubi listened. It would be nice if Ubi actually released the results of this survey to have a little more communication with the GR community but very doubtful. We'll have to wait and see 🤞
Take the best of Wildlands and Breakpoint, offer more capabilities with resupply, airstrikes, and factions. You should be able to pay off officials and warlords for safe passage in a area or for a guerrilla force. Also more interior details and a larger city so you can actually incorporate urban style warfare into the map.
Seeing what most AAA studios put out in terms of mechanics and gameplay loops with FPS, we should be pushing for milsim. Then we'll actually get a decent game. I mean, have you ever played a AAA FPS and came away thinking, "Man, that would be a cool mechanic if it wasn't so realistic." Haha
I’m actually pretty surprised I got an email from them- I have about 700 hours in BP and about 400 hours in WL… both experiences crystallised my view on what the next GR instalment should feel like.
Them asking these kinds of basic questions tells me we are a long way off from a new GR release. Base of operations creation would be good Visual customization of player character seems pointless without 3rd person, but people spent hours on customization in CP2077, which was 1stP only. It's wasted resources if not 3P. Character leveling -definitely, but not gear score method. IMO: 1. Tactical gameplay 2. Story and characters 3. The open world 4, Military realism 5. Coop gameplay
Better cosmetic customization and more character appearance customization instead of having the same face and body type as someone else, fov slider for console, better fidelity performance, and go back to wildlands vehicle physics, and please add the UH-60 blackhawk
I'd really like a real world setting like Bolivia again. Even if they change the name of the country that is fine, just not a Google HQ resort in the pacific
More weapon customization, and part customization. Including being able to have moments that force u to live off the land. Keep the 3rd/1st person. Add more cqc executions with different weapons, and while running. Add an option to turn off hearing your shots hit an enemy when you're too far That's a start.
This is pretty easy. Open world, tactical, 1st and 3rd person option, customization, good deep story. Basically wild lands storyline plus breakpoint mechanics. I know theres people who want the old linear storyline missions of ghost recon before wildlands but lets be honest, the replayability of those is extremely low, and in fact i hardly ever replayed those games because everything is always the same, and limit how you approach missions. Open world retainability = high replayability, it just makes sense, hence why wildlands was so successful.
I think that hit the nail on the head when you said that the question on "how important is your player's customization" was directly tied to a first person mode in GR...This means that they're at least considering having first person in the next installment of Ghost Recon :)
I hope that I receive an email. I answered the last survey with a lot of depth. I also think that the open world does work for Ghost Recon, but also have linear missions. If it was just a bit more mil-sim than it currently is, then I think there can be a good balance. But also, the enemy NPCs need some work. In Wildlands and Breakpoint, they are pretty dumb. I remember in GRAW 2, the enemy bots would immediately go prone and take cover when shot at. It was much harder to clear an area by being fast with killing guys.
One thing I think lots of people overlook from both games is when you’re getting shot at in wildlands or breakpoint it doesn’t feel like it. There’s no zings or snaps from bullets whizzing past you, there’s no fear of getting hit. I’d like to see that. AND a new protagonist with a chosen background like breakpoint has i.e you can choose via dialogue that Nomad is either a SEAL, Green Beret, Marine, PJ, Ranger or Delta.
Combination of WL and BP. Most importantly it needs better gear/outfit customization on the level of Breakpoint mods AND intelligent team/enemy AI from Wildlands. More in depth squad controls from older Ghost Recon titles too.
I wrote a book when they asked for my own ideas lol As a combat veteran I know how to make a game feel really immersive when it comes to realism, just hope they actually listen
Wildlands 100% No more robot bullshit Bring back the squads where you can move squad in planing and even control each b member individually I miss those days
I want a legit stealth system. I want to be able to collect Intel without having to kill people. I want dark clothing to make me invisible in the dark. I want another chaos theory stealth experience
Dark clothing doesn't make you invisible in the dark. Camouflage is what hides people. Stop promoting illogical ideas that don't belong in GR. If I have a camo that blends into the environment during the day, it's still going to blend in at night. Solid black or blue makes you stand out because nothing breaks up the human silhouette.
"Open-world shooter" = they're already doing it wrongly. However, Ubi is too stupid to realize Tom Clancy games should not be in open worlds, especially not RS, GR, and SC. It neither fits the gameplay nor the lore. It should be its own game mode that's separate from the main campaign, if it exists at all. I 100% agree with your order on the last question.
honestly i loved both wildlands and breakpoint the only things i disliked were the military bases....having large military bases capable of holding 20+ dudes but sometimes never having more than 10 so having more enemies to shoot at for prolonged firefights would be nice and for breakpoint there was a huge desert island that was cut but still visible...if they going to give us desert/woodland/winter camo options give us terrain to use those options (like in wildlands)
All they need to do is make an og style ghost recon extremely tactical with the siege mechanics but prettier in an open world like wildlands, no bullet sponges. That is literally it, a gritty story woudnt hurt tho.
Ubisoft is about to be broken up and sold to the lowest bidder. Assassin Creed Shadows is gunna spell it's end. Sorry ti be negative but I don't think we're going to see another GR game due to its downfall.
@@RagzyyyI love the division series. Survival was the best game mode in any game. I think Ubisoft will be bankrupt or sold before we see a new division game.
Make fast travel via helicopter infill / exfil. You are in the field and request exfil and then need to get to a random spawn point for the helo. Then on infil it's the same you click anywhere on the map and you get dropped off in a random spot in a certain radius to the target. Maybe only works after you have recon of the area. Also not having all weapons available all the time so you need to exfil to get to a load out option and only ammo on the ground. That way you can't enter a firefight and the chose to use a grenade launcher you didn't have equipped before
I love breakpoint and wildlands I play breakpoint more just because of the mechanics they feel much better im a pc gamer so I can mod. Mods help the experience when you’re 400+ hours deep and you have seen it all. I want them to take operation motherland and flesh it out. MUST BE 3rd person and possibly switch to first person if they want to give that a real shot but 3rd person is a must. Other then that I think if they take feedback seriously and play test with actual gamers that love and care for the franchise then this game can be the wildlands 2 we all are asking for.
What if the survey is specifically to gauge the communities desire towards what they have already created? Obviously, Ubi is going through some backlash and poor performances, so maybe they are just checking to see if they are on track or out of touch with what they are creating. Also, you didn't mention what you answered for the final question with the open box for you to write what you want to get you interested in the next game?
- Classic Heli Controls from GRW, with working hud no more arcade feeling driving and flying - More Customization, the operators need to look realistic and not like gear models for an tv or magazine AD - More Day One gear options, more realistic looking gear, face paints, and clothing no more useless clothing that doesn't get used - NO MORE RESKINS, new vehicles, weapons, and gear per DLC, more day one vehicles, weapons, gear - DO NOT GET RID OF 3RD PERSON, its a must, we love the way it has been done fps option for aiming down sights and 3rd person standard - Better sound design, make guns sound like guns, and reloading and weapon foley sound crisp in all environments take note of this as if messed up really throws off emersion - Better gear combinations, there should be no reason we cant wear a mask with a helmet in 2025 of gaming, especially when that mask was made to be worn with for ex. and opscore highcut - Better World Map, wildlands was almost perfect however it lacked key landmarks and felt a bit empty I'm sure lots of players can agree, please we need better side missions/tasks to keep us occupied - More Server Customization, breakpoints was good but needs more features but that goes to show you NO one wants gear score in a GR game - NO MORE BULLET SPONGING, enemies were perfect in wildlands KEEP that no more bullet sponging, there are other ways to do better things this way, make some enemies depending where shot limp or crawl, anything to make the player let their guard down keeping us on edge and immersed within the world - KEEP AI Team mates, one of the best parts of playing alone! never remove this! let us customize them from now on - New Vehicle/Player/AI abilities, fast roping, repelling, smarter AI let them drag and save each other bringing emersion to the game - Visible Flashlights, no reason as an operator we should not have a working flashlight (not just IR) on day one of game time - Make Stealth work, camos effect your visibility, environment, shadows, weather effect sound - NO FORCED LIVE SERVICE, we do NOT want this I speak for everyone! - Upgrade the injury system, breakpoints injury system was good but not great it can be improved - Weather system, make the weather effect our team, wind, snow, dust, mud - Let us customize our FOV and camera, please work on making a better camera - Make this game dark, gritty, and hardcore and most importantly MODERN! no more future stuff, drones are okay but keep them realistic! (if anyone else has any ideas to share please do id love to see them and i hope ubi sees this too)
I know its a lot to read but i would like your thoughts on this. I sectioned alot of stuff off so it’s not jumbled up hopefully you i typed well enough for you to read it. 1. Camera and view: primarily Tps since that’s what made GR unique but also make fps optional for people who want it----------------------------------------- 2. A massive variety of weapons and attachments with high level customization like hawks ops, tarkov and cod mw3.----------------------------------------- 3. I would like a larger map outside of America. With diverse environments like the Caucasus region countries like Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Chechnya Dagestan etc, that have a combination of urban, forestry and mountain environments with their different infrastructural designs.------------------------------------------ 4. Base building and outpost: i would definitely like to have some base building in the game where you can build small to medium sized bases or camps. You can add defenses the structures etc. Also ai allies can occupy as well and defend. Also outposts like in the division games, that you can use resources to upgrade and supply which would add more value to capturing those resources convoys or mini side missions. Also in the ai controlled outposts you can have some major details like ai building their own defenses each of them different and random.------------------------------------------- 5. More life and activity in the world. I want to see more civilians and animals in the game. I want them being active and life like doing things working, shopping, families at playgrounds playing and amusement parks etc. Depending on how bad the enemy factions are i don’t want them to censor much, like you can see the enemy killing civilians and committing terrible crimes. This adding more emotions for the civilians and making your characters actions more significant and impactful. By liberating areas where enemies are doing this stuff boosts your relationships with civilians.------------------------------------------ 6. I would definitely like drones and ugv’s in the game but not like the pain in the ass one’s from breakpoint but more realistic one’s like fpv drones used in modern warfare in real life you can drop grenades or use it as a suicide drone. Utility drones that can bring supplies to your location. Ugv’s like uran-9, the talon, the gladiator, the guardium, the ripsaw things like that you can use aswell. ------------------------------------------ 7. More blood and gore. I would definitely like to see more details on bodies with blood, skin tears and wounds from bullets. Also body dismemberment limbs getting blown off from being hit by certain explosive more vocal expression of being wounded, i want the ai or civilians that aren’t killed but wounded scream in pain grunting crying or some form of audio that signifies they’re alive but wounded. ------------------------------------------ 8. Gear and character customization. Now for character customization I don’t have that many expectations because we’ve been getting that same amount of hairstyles, same tattoos etc with the same amount for years. But i would definitely like more styles, more tattoos, face and body scars etc. for gear i would like something along the line of ground branch. You still have your preset gear customization like in breakpoint and wildlands the regular stuff. But i would like the option to create my own my vest with customizable plates, my own chest rig or plate carrier and customize how i want it, what’s on it and where. Tac belts clothing shoes and boots helmets backpacks etc. ----------------------------------------- 9. Ai. I just want better ai and more intelligent ai on both sides allies and enemy. I want to see teamwork, suppression fire so their allies can advance on you or vice versa. I want to see ai changing positions, using more cover around them and flanking this both enemy ai and allies. I want them to be more aware and react more. I want our ai team to be able to drive and fly vehicles and good, so sometimes i can chill while they drive us to a location or i can get on a gun a shoot or if i want overwatch support i can get that.
I'd Like Ghost recon Thi Chinese mature story, Or Korean Conflict Setting or African war zone Conflict setting for next GR Game Any of those for story would do.
First is ubi even going to be around? Second NO DEI NO POLITICS NO AGENDAS PERIOD. Third I was a active duty soldier you need to listen to us on how things really work. Forth is this open war or a ongoing deep black op.
I'd like to see massive ally-incorporated battles, better player controlled squads like the future soldier series, and personally I think it would be awesome to put it in an accurate, less modern, area like the middle east. I don't like the sense of independence it gave us in the previous games. I'd like to feel like I'm an elite soldier in the US military.
Sad thing is if they are asking these questions now they obviously haven't got very far in the development of the new game. And there was me thinking that later this year we might get some news about the new game and maybe even a video teaser. No such luck.
I wouldn't rule it out. The questions are very direct and specific as if they know exactly what answers to expect. I believe it may be then using this survey to create a checklist to cross-reference with what they may have already cooked up. If eveb 70% of the checklist boxes are ticked they may very well release a reveal trailer soon. 🤞
They still wouldn't do it, since they always announce their games at the ubisoft Forward which always is between June and September, so maybe we will get a trailer around that time
Gotta agree! Ghost Recon open world is fantastic, but it needs better implementation going forward. A linear experience wouldn't do well imo. Games like COD can do it because of multiplayer. Ghost Recon needs that dynamic open world campaign done right to be successful.
The thing is, there were some brilliant ideas with Breakpoints open world, but I think it would have been a lot better on the team who focused on wildlands.
All I have to say is Us/the real Ghost players don't want to play a trash first person Ghost Recon Game. If they make the game First person it's going to flop no one will buy it.
A lush world populated with people and life. Being able to blend into that world better. Adding risk to being spotted and discovered. Good random missions that come up, HVT, secure something. Mixes up the storyline.
Switchable cam, more customization, better world, better AI behaviour overall, s'all I'm asking.
you are asking for too much, this is ubisoft , expect nothing :D
Don’t forget, a better story
You do realize that ubisoft is being run by idiots, right?
More weapons aswell, but also fixing the scopes, making them more similar to the g28 scope where you can switch to a rmr, and ofc no looter shooter, breakpoint enemies were so spongy even before you’re caught
Because what you’re asking for is Ubisofts top priority im sure
NO LIVE SERVICE!I don't want to get forced to be always online.

They should disable it for breakpoint too
More customization. My operator needs to look like an actual operator and not a model for 5.11 gear.
Yes
Aw man I like larping in civvy clothes sometimes 😆
Keep the 5.11 and add more! more is always better.

Got my vote. 🙂👍🏻
By bases, do you mean something similar to Control Points from The Division 2?
Fax, if they want to add that stuff then make a phantoms 2
I can't do 8 player squads. because I may get a full brain dead team. 4 or 6 maybe
@@gamerf1141 the match making of today would definitely do that if you're above a 1.0 😅
No bullet sponge enemies. For the love of all that is holy.
Right
Auto cover
plus the ANNOYING RECOIL TO THE WEAPONS
I don't mind it if they're aggro and/or have a plate of armor mechanic. There are stories of dudes taking 556 and adrenaline taking over. But having dynamic stunlock/stagger effects on both armored and unarmored enemies for potential follow up shots would be cool. Also a fine tuned smoother response curve to achieve the headshot on minor buffed enemies would make for a satisfying challenge. Talking minor health buffs though ie armor etc.
But yeah I typed way too much 😁
My bad, Ghost Recon rules, it could also be better though 👊
I never understood why they didn’t do that for realism mode. Pissed me off.
Put weapons away, with concealed carry option for pistols for walking around towns for surveillance
That would be awesome
That’s a great idea that they’d never use because it wasn’t their idea.
@@HomeboyMcGooThey did that for Wildlands I believe but not Breakpoint (for some reason)
No bullet sponge stupid robots. Give us a real experience: real guns, environment, intelligent AI and no stupid always online crap and mod friendly
I'm not a fan of bullet sponges either but if they are gonna do it I would rather it be drones or something rather than humans in suits because that at least seems more grounded and less immersion breaking than unloading 3 mags into a dude with kevlar
@@MaidenMacabre the juggernauts were very boring
As some people said in the comments already,
1. Don't make it live service. Give us an offline patch.
2. Don't put season passes.
3. Give us an option to switch between third person and first person
Having a giant map especially in 2024 with modern technology has no meaning if you don't have
all these.
6. Take risks. Make dark and intense stories on geopolitical stuff like older Ubisoft did in previous GR games, before Wildlands.
Perfect assessment! Let's see if they actually listen this time around!
One of the biggest gripes I had with wildlands was that every area of the map had the type of mission ever though the environment was different, it still felt repetitive. Also with the AI GTA had the AI drive taxis and fly helicopter for you so it can defiantly be done
Would nice if they allowed you to fail missions and have to adapt accordingly.
Ubisoft could do it they just don’t be letting the devs work
I personally get irritated being the only one to drive in Wildlands so ai that can drive and fly would be nice

@mrgoner.lionheart5597 I received that survey and I put they need to add the same mechanics like Ghost Recon Breakpoint were you can switch from 3rd to first. It's more immersive. And I wrote many things for them to fix but keep the 3rd person/ 1St person
@KillMonger592 yes, that at least should be on launch
Imagine being able to customize the rebels appearance and gear in GR wildlands, it was always fun calling in the rebels for backup but they looked so goofy
They looked like something out of a reggae music video
Grounded, grounded, grounded. The dismantle cartel mechanic from Wildlands was awesome. Maybe give us more in-depth, complex missions but other than that, just give us a new setting. And more guns.
It's easy, populate the world like wildlands, have 1st and 3rd person views. And then a good storyline with replay ability.
Decent multiplayer creates replay value also same like cod

Exactly this.
I am with you on that one, all the day long 👍
Long story and 3rd person similar to ghost recon wildlands.
I’d love to fill the survey out. I wonder how they’re selecting people for this survey. I ghost recon is pretty much all I play on console lately
And me 😊
I'm guessing they're looking for people who have bought items in their store. Ubisoft only seems to care about microtransactions lately
I know right after you beat God of war in 15 hours right back to woodlands breakpoint
Same here
Ubisoft peaked with GR Wildlands. Change my mind.
Can’t. You speak the gospel.
You're not wrong.
He's right ya know
All it needs to be is:
-NO LOOTER SHOOTER ASPECTS.
-3rd person.
-Wildlands immersive world
-wildlands character customisation.
-Breakpoints movement and combat.
-breakpoints weapon customisation
-better survival mechanics.
-improved ragdoll physics.
-human boss fights "no robots"
-better gore system (or just breakpoints)
-destruction would be cool.
The weight, the character movement, animations and the guns are the things that hooked me in to the game.
Weapon slings instead of "the Ubisoft magnet"
Slings haven't been seen since SOCOM!
Realistic vehicles i.e. UH-60 Blackhawk to insert/extract fireteams and mission support. Ability to call in air strikes. Fast rope/repelling.
Lastly, theatre of operations. Realistic missions based on realistic scenarios. Immersion.
Yes!
agreed on all of this.
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
@@KillMonger592Facts. Bammas be lugging around an extra 100-200 lbs like they eat steroids all day. 🤣

That being said. Ubisoft now has competition. They need to be aware of that. Unless the next GR game is really REALLY good, I'd rather go back to GZW, or play PvE Tarkov.
I think they should overdo it on the realism, then bring it back to a level of "fun", personally.
Apparently uni is taking the next gr game seriously trying to make it as realistic as possible
Competition isn't on 1 platform tho
-More camouflage customization
-extend the bivouac experience by using the rugsack .rdr2
-no tent/poncho = less sleep= less stamina/strength.
-bivouac can be compromised
-Instead of having a store in bivouac use a flare to make airdrop for ammo/ gear .
- weapons more customizable .
- when crossing rivers make waterproof package of rugsack .Otherwise you sink
- bridges/ minefields allways under enemy surveillance .

Haven't seen the survey yet, so I hope I get it. I definitely have some feedback. Here's hoping the survey does some good!
i think with games like grayzone warfare and everything coming out they're most likely trying to emulate something of that nature but with their own ubisoft GR spin on things... which honestly sounds AMAZING considering games like grayzone and tarkov are early access games that'll probably be early access for a long time and under perform MAJORLY with optimization and performance etc. basically leading to the ladder of people just simply not playing because these games are VERY under cooked in a lot of ways.
i truly hope we basically get a wildlands 2 the worlds civilians and the drug cartel setting was chefs kiss to me but of course add more realism from breakpoint with the limping from getting damage and expand onto it further.
I hope they look at Wildlands, and take away even more features that everyone loved. Like when they took away teammates and an interesting world for Breakpoint.
🤣

Base of operations creation would be good
Visual customization of player character seems pointless without 3rd person, but people spent hours on customization in CP2077, which was 1stP only. It's wasted resources if not 3P.
Character leveling -definitely, but not gear score method.
IMO:
1. Tactical gameplay
2. Story and characters
3. The open world
4, Military realism
Add an option to turn off hearing your shots hit an enemy when you're too far
That's a start.
But if it's at the cost of no 3rd person that's not good
@@ASQDGAMINGExactly. I don’t want to play as a sentient gun.
We just need wildlands 2.0……. Literally…..and no robots please…..
Breakpoint had some good mechanics
Combination of WL and BP. Most importantly it needs better gear/outfit customization on the level of Breakpoint mods AND intelligent team/enemy AI from Wildlands. More in depth squad controls from older Ghost Recon titles too.
I like drones, in my opinion it needs more, more tanks, helis and actually more vehicular combat like in BF3/4
I do get Ubisoft emails, but did not receive this survey, unfortunately.
it's simple, wildlands with the mechanics of breakpoint
The fact they are even putting a survey out to try find out what the fans want says it all really.
I wrote a book when they asked for my own ideas lol
As a combat veteran I know how to make a game feel really immersive when it comes to realism, just hope they actually listen

Bring back the squads where you can move squad in planing and even control each b member individually
I miss those days
I want a legit stealth system. I want to be able to collect Intel without having to kill people. I want dark clothing to make me invisible in the dark. I want another chaos theory stealth experience
Dark clothing doesn't make you invisible in the dark. Camouflage is what hides people. Stop promoting illogical ideas that don't belong in GR. If I have a camo that blends into the environment during the day, it's still going to blend in at night. Solid black or blue makes you stand out because nothing breaks up the human silhouette.
I love wildlands and breakpoint because I can pretend to be Sam Fisher
Honestly keep Wildlands and add some elements from Breakpoint. If both were combined it would be great, but I don’t want to be in the future.
I 100% agree with your order on the last question.
honestly i loved both wildlands and breakpoint the only things i disliked were the military bases....having large military bases capable of holding 20+ dudes but sometimes never having more than 10 so having more enemies to shoot at for prolonged firefights would be nice
and for breakpoint there was a huge desert island that was cut but still visible...if they going to give us desert/woodland/winter camo options give us terrain to use those options (like in wildlands)
If only ubisoft isn't burning right now I would've been really excited for this survey.
They shlt the bed with starwars too
I’m hoping Division 3 will be a good game…
3:55 - What a tough question. My goodness its so hard to-
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT OBVIOUSLY!

- More Customization, the operators need to look realistic and not like gear models for an tv or magazine AD
- More Day One gear options, more realistic looking gear, face paints, and clothing no more useless clothing that doesn't get used
- NO MORE RESKINS, new vehicles, weapons, and gear per DLC, more day one vehicles, weapons, gear
- DO NOT GET RID OF 3RD PERSON, its a must, we love the way it has been done fps option for aiming down sights and 3rd person standard
- Better sound design, make guns sound like guns, and reloading and weapon foley sound crisp in all environments take note of this as if messed up really throws off emersion
- Better gear combinations, there should be no reason we cant wear a mask with a helmet in 2025 of gaming, especially when that mask was made to be worn with for ex. and opscore highcut
- Better World Map, wildlands was almost perfect however it lacked key landmarks and felt a bit empty I'm sure lots of players can agree, please we need better side missions/tasks to keep us occupied
- More Server Customization, breakpoints was good but needs more features but that goes to show you NO one wants gear score in a GR game
- NO MORE BULLET SPONGING, enemies were perfect in wildlands KEEP that no more bullet sponging, there are other ways to do better things this way, make some enemies depending where shot limp or crawl, anything to make the player let their guard down keeping us on edge and immersed within the world
- KEEP AI Team mates, one of the best parts of playing alone! never remove this! let us customize them from now on
- New Vehicle/Player/AI abilities, fast roping, repelling, smarter AI let them drag and save each other bringing emersion to the game
- Visible Flashlights, no reason as an operator we should not have a working flashlight (not just IR) on day one of game time
- Make Stealth work, camos effect your visibility, environment, shadows, weather effect sound
- NO FORCED LIVE SERVICE, we do NOT want this I speak for everyone!
- Upgrade the injury system, breakpoints injury system was good but not great it can be improved
- Weather system, make the weather effect our team, wind, snow, dust, mud
- Let us customize our FOV and camera, please work on making a better camera
- Make this game dark, gritty, and hardcore and most importantly MODERN! no more future stuff, drones are okay but keep them realistic!
(if anyone else has any ideas to share please do id love to see them and i hope ubi sees this too)
I know its a lot to read but i would like your thoughts on this. I sectioned alot of stuff off so it’s not jumbled up hopefully you i typed well enough for you to read it.
1. Camera and view: primarily Tps since that’s what made GR unique but also make fps optional for people who want it-----------------------------------------
2. A massive variety of weapons and attachments with high level customization like hawks ops, tarkov and cod mw3.-----------------------------------------
3. I would like a larger map outside of America. With diverse environments like the Caucasus region countries like Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Chechnya Dagestan etc, that have a combination of urban, forestry and mountain environments with their different infrastructural designs.------------------------------------------
4. Also in the ai controlled outposts you can have some major details like ai building their own defenses each of them different and random.-------------------------------------------
5. By liberating areas where enemies are doing this stuff boosts your relationships with civilians.------------------------------------------
6. ------------------------------------------
7. ------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------
This is all very good. Base of operations would make more sense over smaller bases though but all this is great
@@ASQDGAMING thanks I’m glad you liked them, even though I’m now noticing the lines i put to section each part off didn’t work and is to the side.
Bro I swear I have not looked up this topic in atleast two months and whenver I do new things have come out recently like this was posted 11 hours ago
Subscribe for all things Ghost Recon
We need a sequel for Wildlands 💀with better graphics & mechanics
First and third person, offline mode, dynamic replayable operations.
And no robots and shit
I'd Like Ghost recon Thi Chinese mature story, Or Korean Conflict Setting or African war zone Conflict setting for next GR Game Any of those for story would do.
Why not all 3 and be able to travel by ship or plane between locations
no live service, but honestly just a wildlands sequel with more shit. and make it simple. would make me so happy bro fr.
First is ubi even going to be around? Second NO DEI NO POLITICS NO AGENDAS PERIOD. Third I was a active duty soldier you need to listen to us on how things really work. Forth is this open war or a ongoing deep black op.
Rumors makes it seem like a semi permissive environment and you'll likely not be wearing a flag
i did that Survey to 😅 its so sad to see a game company asking how to make a game, but i hope that they see the feedback and make a good game !
hope they dont try to make a game like tarkov or warzone type...
Lets see if the key decision makers at Ubisoft will actually look at these feedbacks, instead of market trends.
NO fps ONLY please!!
Your going to be so disappointed 😂😂😂
They still wouldn't do it, since they always announce their games at the ubisoft Forward which always is between June and September, so maybe we will get a trailer around that time
Not necessarily, this could be them validating things that are already in progress or even finished.
@@michael-dumbley Not necessarily. GRBP for instance was revealed at a Sony state of play iirc in May 2019.
Just don't let the developers who worked on outlaws and shadows have anything to do with it.💀
No live service, no battlepass, no gold and ultimate edition, no DEI.
1. Open world
2. tactical gameplay
3. Co op
4. Millitary realism
5. Story
🤔
Note to others: Don't put open world last, or we'll end up with another dead game.
I put tactical squad commands similar to games like ready or not and operation Flashpoint
Gotta agree! Ghost Recon open world is fantastic, but it needs better implementation going forward. A linear experience wouldn't do well imo. Games like COD can do it because of multiplayer. Ghost Recon needs that dynamic open world campaign done right to be successful.
As long as its 3rd person I would be very interested if its 1st person forget it for me .
Just remaster wildlands and that's it...
Agreed 👍
Id like a new game that's like wildlands.
@@bfish9700 and me
@@bfish9700 Yeah! Sicario 3... uh, I mean "Wildlands 2"!
with the movement and physics of breakpoint. cuz being honest operators in wildlands feels stiff
Two seater motorcycles. Honestly a Cold War era recon would be fkn amazing
👏🏾
Third person. Or we Riot!
It will be the smallest, most soy-filled riot ever.
The thing is, there were some brilliant ideas with Breakpoints open world, but I think it would have been a lot better on the team who focused on wildlands.
Crazy part is it was the same team. They just didn't have time
All I have to say is Us/the real Ghost players don't want to play a trash first person Ghost Recon Game. If they make the game First person it's going to flop no one will buy it.
After breakpoint, the story is far more important to me. Co-op gameplay can be as far down on the bottom as possible lol
I definitely miss the call for rebels backup mechanics from wildlands.
#1 no "always online" requirement
#2 no "always online" requirement
#3 inspired writing, and a beautiful open world like Wildlands was
For me, story & characters are most important. Thats part of what made wildlands great.
Your not wrong
A lush world populated with people and life. Being able to blend into that world better. Adding risk to being spotted and discovered. Good random missions that come up, HVT, secure something. Mixes up the storyline.
