More weapons aswell, but also fixing the scopes, making them more similar to the g28 scope where you can switch to a rmr, and ofc no looter shooter, breakpoint enemies were so spongy even before you’re caught
I like the PMC look. Also wouldn’t mind a metal gear camo system that made you less detectable with certain camos/vs/terrains. Also a hitman civi clothes mechanic for a metropolitan area to blend in.
I don't mind it if they're aggro and/or have a plate of armor mechanic. There are stories of dudes taking 556 and adrenaline taking over. But having dynamic stunlock/stagger effects on both armored and unarmored enemies for potential follow up shots would be cool. Also a fine tuned smoother response curve to achieve the headshot on minor buffed enemies would make for a satisfying challenge. Talking minor health buffs though ie armor etc. But yeah I typed way too much 😁 My bad, Ghost Recon rules, it could also be better though 👊
@@noneyabidness7504 Sure, armor should add a few shots to the equation, as expected. But look at what Division did, and you’ll see my point. There were dudes taking full mags like nothing happened. Neither GR game of late has had that problem, but it’s Ubi, so it’s worth mentioning.
@@PeteNice29 For sure, The Division stinks in my opinion. I don't think modern shooters work all that great as RPGs. I grinded both Division games up until about a year ago. But I probably spent 98% of the time running striker. The exotics all look ridiculous, but that Clancy aesthetic from the rest of the game kept me coming back. Kinda scratched that itch I needed for an open world modern shooters. Wildlands takes the cake though imo 💥
No live service. No battlepass. No weird futuristic drones and things like we got in Breakpoint. Better gun, vehicle and character customization. Smatter AI, for teammates and enemies and npc’s. First and third person. Bigger teams for online, minimum of 8 player squads. And bases we can take over and keep and upgrade.
The next Ghost Recon definitely needs third person view. Ubisoft should have learned from the shit storm 'bout "Frontline". My personal opinion. Maybe first person and third person possibilities..... so everybody will be pleased. Greets from Bavaria/Germany
I prefer play style & mechanics of Ghost Recon Wild lands and Mercenaries Playground of destruction, Ai drop Off equipment Weopons Vehicle's etc. Also better too have More options extraction pick points to also getting myself & squad out of combat zone after completion of mission or side mission.
@mrgoner.lionheart5597 I received that survey and I put they need to add the same mechanics like Ghost Recon Breakpoint were you can switch from 3rd to first. It's more immersive. And I wrote many things for them to fix but keep the 3rd person/ 1St person
Long story and 3rd person similar to ghost recon wildlands. More cutscenes would be nice. I liked breakpoint gameplay but not story .. as the world felt empty like no one is coming to hurt the people in the village and anyone from outside could just come right in and no one would care.
I'm not a fan of bullet sponges either but if they are gonna do it I would rather it be drones or something rather than humans in suits because that at least seems more grounded and less immersion breaking than unloading 3 mags into a dude with kevlar
Third person!! This is non-negotiable. If the new game returns to first-person, I have zero interest. There are plenty of other first-person tactical shooter games, if that's what people want to play. There are few good third-person games.
Ubisoft is about to be broken up and sold to the lowest bidder. Assassin Creed Shadows is gunna spell it's end. Sorry ti be negative but I don't think we're going to see another GR game due to its downfall.
@@RagzyyyI love the division series. Survival was the best game mode in any game. I think Ubisoft will be bankrupt or sold before we see a new division game.
I hope they look at Wildlands, and take away even more features that everyone loved. Like when they took away teammates and an interesting world for Breakpoint.
Location : Afghanistan. Mountains, villages, smaller cities, sand dunes, etc... Enemy patrols, ambushes. A Wanted system where you would have to go and kill warlords ( mini bosses outside of the main story ) to get rid of the bounty set on your head. Damage sytem and single player costumization options from breakpoint would be great. Ability to turn on/off gear score,etc... Abilities : Call in air strike, military drone ( not mini drone) and binoculars recon, back up tank or helicopters, etc... Details like : shooting through walls with high caliber weapons, partial building damage from rpg or more powerful explosives... Immersion : Real tactical talk from AI teammates, when engaging in combat at certain city locations make it sound ( background, etc... ) as an actual warzone. This just couple things of the top of my head.
They need to hire an American military advisor who’s actually worth a damn. Preferably someone who’s familiar with USSOCOM elements and gear. Would be nice to see better brands like Patagonia, Spiritus, more Crye, etc.
Ubisoft is collapsing... That being said. Ubisoft now has competition. They need to be aware of that. Unless the next GR game is really REALLY good, I'd rather go back to GZW, or play PvE Tarkov. I think they should overdo it on the realism, then bring it back to a level of "fun", personally.
The fact that they have to release a survey to figure out what the player base wants after making 10+ ghost recon games is actually tragic… that man Tom Clancy is rolling in his grave rn…
The game by default should be "realistic" like the wildlands mode with the magazine mechanic, better AI teammates, perma death teammates, full uniform customization with tons of military gear, certain mission planning mode like Rainbow Six 3,more fleshed out Rebel upgrade mechanic from Wildlands.
This is pretty easy. Open world, tactical, 1st and 3rd person option, customization, good deep story. Basically wild lands storyline plus breakpoint mechanics. I know theres people who want the old linear storyline missions of ghost recon before wildlands but lets be honest, the replayability of those is extremely low, and in fact i hardly ever replayed those games because everything is always the same, and limit how you approach missions. Open world retainability = high replayability, it just makes sense, hence why wildlands was so successful.
First is ubi even going to be around? Second NO DEI NO POLITICS NO AGENDAS PERIOD. Third I was a active duty soldier you need to listen to us on how things really work. Forth is this open war or a ongoing deep black op.
The way they described Breakpoint , imo, was to have a base of operations and the led to the need to have the right load out and basically survive or die based on that or what you find in the world. I was super bummed that it was just filling a water bottle. Like I've said on a few of your vide, the devs catch a lot of heat for Breakpoint but they did listen and basically changed the whole game in the end, it was just too little too late. I hope they take what they learned going foreword because Breakpoint had a lot of really cool features that I don't want to see go, like ghost mode and all that world customization, that was genius..
Loved wildlands ghost mode for that. You couldn't change your loadout on the fly and had to choose 1 primary and your side arm as your secondary. Forced players to be smart about how they approach missions and no juggling a 50cal and a scar on your back like your a super soldier
Grounded, grounded, grounded. The dismantle cartel mechanic from Wildlands was awesome. Maybe give us more in-depth, complex missions but other than that, just give us a new setting. And more guns.
Imagine being able to customize the rebels appearance and gear in GR wildlands, it was always fun calling in the rebels for backup but they looked so goofy
Seeing what most AAA studios put out in terms of mechanics and gameplay loops with FPS, we should be pushing for milsim. Then we'll actually get a decent game. I mean, have you ever played a AAA FPS and came away thinking, "Man, that would be a cool mechanic if it wasn't so realistic." Haha
I just took it!! I got to include a lot of details the Ghost Recon community has been asking for. Number one: keep it a third-person tactical shooter!! Next, I had to talk about Wildlands as a source of reference. Breakpoints character movement, with Wildlands' ability to holster all weapons for increased mobility over terrain when not engaged. Real environment like Bolivia. Wildlands environment feels alive because of the indigenous population, as well as the enemy personnel in Unidad and Santa Blanca. Sentinel and Aurora feel bland in comparison. Weapons and attachments need to be real. Gear, kit, and clothing should reflect what Tier One special operations utilize; not capes, masks, and other nonsense meant to cater to 9-12 y/o's. Weapon slings instead of "the Ubisoft magnet" Slings haven't been seen since SOCOM! Realistic vehicles i.e. UH-60 Blackhawk to insert/extract fireteams and mission support. Ability to call in air strikes. Fast rope/repelling. Lastly, theatre of operations. Realistic missions based on realistic scenarios. Immersion.
I hope that I receive an email. I answered the last survey with a lot of depth. I also think that the open world does work for Ghost Recon, but also have linear missions. If it was just a bit more mil-sim than it currently is, then I think there can be a good balance. But also, the enemy NPCs need some work. In Wildlands and Breakpoint, they are pretty dumb. I remember in GRAW 2, the enemy bots would immediately go prone and take cover when shot at. It was much harder to clear an area by being fast with killing guys.
What if the survey is specifically to gauge the communities desire towards what they have already created? Obviously, Ubi is going through some backlash and poor performances, so maybe they are just checking to see if they are on track or out of touch with what they are creating. Also, you didn't mention what you answered for the final question with the open box for you to write what you want to get you interested in the next game?
I'd really like a real world setting like Bolivia again. Even if they change the name of the country that is fine, just not a Google HQ resort in the pacific
Something that often gets overlooked are the vehicles. In an open world game, vehicles are EXTREMELY important for immersion. I fast traveled way more in BP because the vehicles, especially the helicopters were booty. We need a reason to NOT fast travel. Bring back realistic flight controls.
I'd Like Ghost recon Thi Chinese mature story, Or Korean Conflict Setting or African war zone Conflict setting for next GR Game Any of those for story would do.
I had the same answers as yourself for the "put in order of most importance" question 👍 lets just hope Ubi listened. It would be nice if Ubi actually released the results of this survey to have a little more communication with the GR community but very doubtful. We'll have to wait and see 🤞
I love breakpoint and wildlands I play breakpoint more just because of the mechanics they feel much better im a pc gamer so I can mod. Mods help the experience when you’re 400+ hours deep and you have seen it all. I want them to take operation motherland and flesh it out. MUST BE 3rd person and possibly switch to first person if they want to give that a real shot but 3rd person is a must. Other then that I think if they take feedback seriously and play test with actual gamers that love and care for the franchise then this game can be the wildlands 2 we all are asking for.
Them asking these kinds of basic questions tells me we are a long way off from a new GR release. Base of operations creation would be good Visual customization of player character seems pointless without 3rd person, but people spent hours on customization in CP2077, which was 1stP only. It's wasted resources if not 3P. Character leveling -definitely, but not gear score method. IMO: 1. Tactical gameplay 2. Story and characters 3. The open world 4, Military realism 5. Coop gameplay
I want a legit stealth system. I want to be able to collect Intel without having to kill people. I want dark clothing to make me invisible in the dark. I want another chaos theory stealth experience
Dark clothing doesn't make you invisible in the dark. Camouflage is what hides people. Stop promoting illogical ideas that don't belong in GR. If I have a camo that blends into the environment during the day, it's still going to blend in at night. Solid black or blue makes you stand out because nothing breaks up the human silhouette.
Ubisoft will be bancrupt before they release another Ghost Recon or Splinter Cell or anything with value. And rightfully so. what they have released in the last couple of years was a joke. And when only catering to the woke mob, they deserve to be desolved and forgotten. Period.
Assuming it’s open world, I would love to see genuine frontline or territorial gains. Assuming it takes place during an actual conflict, spec ops stealth and assault based combat can be doable. Would be the ultimate way to feel like rebels/outcasts but as an actual military and people.
One thing I'm hoping for is the very indepth and customizable settings like they have in Breakpoint but put it in on release. It was actually a great move by Ubisoft allowing players to customize their experience to their liking. Better yet that you and your friends could have different settings while you played together.
I think that hit the nail on the head when you said that the question on "how important is your player's customization" was directly tied to a first person mode in GR...This means that they're at least considering having first person in the next installment of Ghost Recon :)
I'd like to see them do a story like the Division but cut out all the MMO-lite aspects and do something more like Wildlands. More recon and investigation aspects for mission types (so we can also do disguises, etc). I would also love a weather system that had to actually be dealt with (i.e. snowy blizzard limiting visibility and affecting weapon performance or rainy storms where you would want to stay dry etc) As much customization as they can cram into it, Wildlands had a decent mix of civilian gear and military gear and I'd like to see both amounts doubled with some impact of what you wear onto your gameplay like wearing civvy clothes and keeping your weapon hidden makes you harder to detect in heavy civvy traffic areas but you would stick out like a sore thumb trying to get near a military base. I would love to see a game set in a setting like New York in The Division and actually have the ability to fire grapples to repel up or down structures. If I've unlocked the tech to "cheese" my way into a location then I should be able to do that because it makes trying different strategies out a lot of fun. I would also like to see the amount of customization in terms of gameplay similar to like they did in AC Valhalla and Breakpoint which gives you the ability to dial in the specific experience you're looking for.
Some cool things I’d love to see in the next ghost recon game • detailed gear like cod MW there plate carriers and helmets looks amazing more detail on battle belts and make plate carriers actually have plates instead of looking like temu air soft gear •NO MORE WEAPONS ON BACKPACKS have them slinged in front or on the side • have ambushes would be awesome to just be driving then boom out of nowhere you start getting shot at •realistic gun sounds • allow ai teammates to carry only 1 weapon •the battlebelt becoming its own gear and being able to change it • C clamp
Make the game more fun than frustrating. Test the game thoroughly prior to launch to iron out bugs and to avoid pitfalls of unfun mechanics and associated nonsense. If it's "good enough" then it's not good enough. Don't gouge enjoyment out of the game experience by requiring yet more money out of your already top shelf expensive games by adding in micro transactions. Create a world for the game to be set in, not just an expanse of animated yet empty wilderness where nothing happens except travelling from corner to corner for an unexciting quest. Make the AI not only a challenge, but something that doesn't make me have to put my controller down and rub my eyes in frustration at it's fun-breaking stupidity. Fun seems to have been a common theme in this wishlist. Ubisoft had it in them once, I'm sure if they made a game that people could have fun playing their reputation could begin to be salvaged.
I'm a single player fan, it would be nice if you could assign a destination on the map, it would trace a route like (Wildlands) and you could choose to either drive or have one of the A.I. team mates drive. I'd like to be a gunner or a passenger in a single player scenario. Also, I don't like running around gathering flowers and such, very distracting. I'll go into bivouac and stock up in my eating drinking etc and never use food or water when in the game. Useless in my opinion.
Character movement from Breakpoint, the world of wildlands. Enemies with sleep cycles, NPCs with work schedules etc. Superb AI teamates with lots of banter. Freedom to go between first and third person. Sling for your primary weapon. more sensible enemy AI. Not too much emphasis on robots and stuff. that stuff almost made breakpoint unplayable.
If you make a good game, you wouldn't need microtransactions to fund your employees, investors, or the next game. Everyone would be buying it. Make the team work on fundamental gameplay mechanics instead of a flashy new hat.
I know its a lot to read but i would like your thoughts on this. I sectioned alot of stuff off so it’s not jumbled up hopefully you i typed well enough for you to read it. 1. Camera and view: primarily Tps since that’s what made GR unique but also make fps optional for people who want it----------------------------------------- 2. A massive variety of weapons and attachments with high level customization like hawks ops, tarkov and cod mw3.----------------------------------------- 3. I would like a larger map outside of America. With diverse environments like the Caucasus region countries like Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Chechnya Dagestan etc, that have a combination of urban, forestry and mountain environments with their different infrastructural designs.------------------------------------------ 4. Base building and outpost: i would definitely like to have some base building in the game where you can build small to medium sized bases or camps. You can add defenses the structures etc. Also ai allies can occupy as well and defend. Also outposts like in the division games, that you can use resources to upgrade and supply which would add more value to capturing those resources convoys or mini side missions. Also in the ai controlled outposts you can have some major details like ai building their own defenses each of them different and random.------------------------------------------- 5. More life and activity in the world. I want to see more civilians and animals in the game. I want them being active and life like doing things working, shopping, families at playgrounds playing and amusement parks etc. Depending on how bad the enemy factions are i don’t want them to censor much, like you can see the enemy killing civilians and committing terrible crimes. This adding more emotions for the civilians and making your characters actions more significant and impactful. By liberating areas where enemies are doing this stuff boosts your relationships with civilians.------------------------------------------ 6. I would definitely like drones and ugv’s in the game but not like the pain in the ass one’s from breakpoint but more realistic one’s like fpv drones used in modern warfare in real life you can drop grenades or use it as a suicide drone. Utility drones that can bring supplies to your location. Ugv’s like uran-9, the talon, the gladiator, the guardium, the ripsaw things like that you can use aswell. ------------------------------------------ 7. More blood and gore. I would definitely like to see more details on bodies with blood, skin tears and wounds from bullets. Also body dismemberment limbs getting blown off from being hit by certain explosive more vocal expression of being wounded, i want the ai or civilians that aren’t killed but wounded scream in pain grunting crying or some form of audio that signifies they’re alive but wounded. ------------------------------------------ 8. Gear and character customization. Now for character customization I don’t have that many expectations because we’ve been getting that same amount of hairstyles, same tattoos etc with the same amount for years. But i would definitely like more styles, more tattoos, face and body scars etc. for gear i would like something along the line of ground branch. You still have your preset gear customization like in breakpoint and wildlands the regular stuff. But i would like the option to create my own my vest with customizable plates, my own chest rig or plate carrier and customize how i want it, what’s on it and where. Tac belts clothing shoes and boots helmets backpacks etc. ----------------------------------------- 9. Ai. I just want better ai and more intelligent ai on both sides allies and enemy. I want to see teamwork, suppression fire so their allies can advance on you or vice versa. I want to see ai changing positions, using more cover around them and flanking this both enemy ai and allies. I want them to be more aware and react more. I want our ai team to be able to drive and fly vehicles and good, so sometimes i can chill while they drive us to a location or i can get on a gun a shoot or if i want overwatch support i can get that.
If they want to make a good story, they should contact the crew at Echelon who made BPRE. Then, they'd have the authenticity, realism, setting, gear and weaponry right.
I like the idea of having a BoO like in the division, but SF (in the case of Delta Company, the ghosts.) we're in a foreign country make believe or not, we aren't KNOWN to be there, I feel if we had a set base of operations, like a building or something, it'd get found if you do too much suspicious shit around it. I mean, it would be cool wiping data or saving information from the local OPFOR in the region. That or be in a US FOB/giant base, even regular infantry aren't kept up to date on special operations deployments, they don't know till they need to or see one of them on base.
If Ubi is even around long enough to make another GR at this point...anyway just take everything Wildlands did, do it better and more polished. Make realism difficulty increase the amount of enemies, amount of their equipment/defenses, and decrease player health instead of making the enemies take a ton of ammo to put down. Keep the same format of taking apart the enemy's organization piece by piece and eliminating their key figures. Give a larger more detailed map in a new part of the world. Give more customization for our characters and don't hide new equipment/weapons inside of grindy loot boxes...basically that's all they have to do and the kind of people who loved wildlands will be happy. They don't have to overthink it with drones patrolling the map, looter shooter mechanics, or any other ways to "improve" the game. I just want some 3rd person single player/coop tactical action, something we don't get a lot of anymore. Even with Wildlands imperfections, I'm very content with how that game turned out. I beat it four times over the years, and will absolutely do a fifth play through in the future on my new PC.
8:02 No, I agree with you a lot! Even If they focus on the story, it will never be The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt. So the order you put is good. I also want smarter and more challenging AI, more difficult game in general, and to be more tactical first and foremost. Also, more missions where if you are detected you failed, etc. It's difficult to pick because the open world is also important, but as I said, having deeper character customization along with more military realism and better AI is what needs to improve first. And I can't imagine the GR game without a third-person view. But having both options would be the best. If GTA and COD could do it, and modders too, why can't UbiSoft.
I’d love to see a more realistic world, the game doesn’t have to be set in a real country (it would be much better if it was), but it can be set in a bullshitstan in middle East or some Godknowswhere in south East asia and stick to the setting, Yes, this would make a whole bunch of camos in game redundant (AOR1 in a Jungle for example) but should be still included for all five of us, who enjoy mixing camos. It breaks the immersion for me if I’m walking through a humid green jungle , then pass through a pine forrest, then Walk up a glacier all in 20 minutes of gameplay, this wasn’t that much of an issue in Wildlands, because the enviroment felt natural, but Breakpoint just doesn’t feel like a place on Earth. If you want to please everyone by having snow, sand, and jungle then give us 3 AOs that would be a lot smaller, but had their own story, like terrorist Cell in the middle East, drug lords in south East asia, Bodark dudes in the arctic. When you think about the options you’ll find that you can think of thousands of features for the game, all it takes for Ubisoft is to listen. I hope they will.
I took the survey and I was a little frustrated with how some parts of it were set up. For example, they were asking how we felt about survival mechanics. I think they're neat... when they're done well. When done poorly they suck. Do I trust Ubisoft to make a well-structured survival system in a game? Hell no. But that wasn't an option on the survey. They also didn't have The Division 1 as an option for games you've played, only The Division 2, which seems like a poor decision to me, because they put Wildlands and Breakpoint as options, and the relationship those games and the players of those games have is very similar.
Ubisoft should take some lessons from metal gear solid phantom pain, have been playing that lately and it honestly does almost everything better than the open world ghost recon games. if some of you haven't played it just give it a try.
Wildlands with breakpoint features and updated weapon customization and new weapons like the Sig MCX with the Unity optic risers. For gear we have velcro plackereds that clip on to crye, ferro, Haley strategic and so one. Oh and enemies reacting to the elements. So if its hot, they'll find shade to stand in. If its raining, they'll look to be indoors, and having the world react to how you pick to play the story like motherland. If they did that. I'd play non stop
All I have to say is Us/the real Ghost players don't want to play a trash first person Ghost Recon Game. If they make the game First person it's going to flop no one will buy it.
Right, Ghost recon is third person. Nice to Be able to switch back and forth, but third person. And how about smoke grenades.. Yes- I know certain classes can smoke out but that's not what we mean. A basic everyday/available smoke grenade.
Sad thing is if they are asking these questions now they obviously haven't got very far in the development of the new game. And there was me thinking that later this year we might get some news about the new game and maybe even a video teaser. No such luck.
I wouldn't rule it out. The questions are very direct and specific as if they know exactly what answers to expect. I believe it may be then using this survey to create a checklist to cross-reference with what they may have already cooked up. If eveb 70% of the checklist boxes are ticked they may very well release a reveal trailer soon. 🤞
They still wouldn't do it, since they always announce their games at the ubisoft Forward which always is between June and September, so maybe we will get a trailer around that time
We need a more realistic immersive enviroment and characters. No more guys in capes and masks. Wildland was more interesting and plausible as scenario than Breakpoint. BTW. Ubi needs to keep the stinky babies hands off this business!!.
We are shooting in this game so pls fix the weapons and their attachments. Half of them and their lassers/scopes not shooting where you aim is ridiculous. Thair stats dosnt make any sence. Include all immersive options + all the options from the spartan mod. Change and make usefull skill tree. Give us few starting loadouts, like choose between type of weapon / vest / pants etc. Most important give moders freedome to mod the game more easy.
I never played breakpoint but from what I saw of it I would rather have a wildlands type open world. Too much crazy unrealistic tech in breakpoint. 1st and 3rd person perspective the user change choose. Make a good story also.
Ive said for a while now id like to see some things from other tom clancy titles be included into ghost recon. Like being able to repel off buildings, breaching charges, rc drones and a few operator gadgets from siege would be sick. I also like the idea of taking inspiration from the division for a base of operations thats better than the hub area in breakpoint
MGS V style helicopter insertions, maybe a halo jump or two. Wildlands was definitely great but take maybe a couple of elements from MGS would make it fantastic. Maybe even a deep water insertion would be cool. Call in extraction helicopters.
Wildlands, but dead NPCs don't despawn if you look the other way for a second. Have engagement distances pushed to 1,000 yards. Realistic suppressors. Enemies take cover if you're shooting at their direction. No "modern audience" BS.
I wrote a book when they asked for my own ideas lol As a combat veteran I know how to make a game feel really immersive when it comes to realism, just hope they actually listen
More actual military vehicles and weaponry, customizable vests and belts. Let us modify our vehicles and give us multiple bases of operations. Add scuttleable ships and oil platforms. Do more with water operations(thought both wildlands and breakpoint was lacking with waterborne operations). We need more anti air stuff too, most of the time it turns into helicopter simulator because that's the quickest way.
One of the biggest changes they need is tarkov level sound design. All the guns in GR sound like crap imo. They need to get some real guns and put those sounds in the game. Same with grenades, rpgs, etc. Also sounds for incoming shots (ie the whiz crack), vehicle sounds, and aircraft need a redesign. Also can we please get something other than miniguns. Give me an m2 or a Dshk or something. So tired of the miniguns with a 10ft spread that takes 5 hits to kill someone. While I'm mentioning that they need to lose the damage reduction for suppressors considering how vital stealth is, raise the sound level for certain supersonic suppressed weapons to give more value to subsonic options (mcx, mp5sd, etc), and make bullets actually do damage. I shouldn't be having to 6 tap someone in the chest with a 5.56 AR. Final thing is a gunsmith system for plate carriers and other gear that it actually impactful to how much secondary equipment you can carry. For example maybe a tarkov style system with packs where I can maybe fit in a few bits of meds, a few sync shot drones, emp and frag grenades, etc. The system where you can just pull your entire inventory from your backpack anywhere even on immersive difficulties just makes the game feel soft. And ammo capacity shouldn't be a skill based thing it should be about how many mags do you have on you. Alright I'm done ranting but these things would make the game feel amazing.
I'm just playing thought future soldier for the first time and I missed out never play old ghost recon just splinter cell back then. I want something like future soldier firefight felt way batter then wildlands or breakpoint. And love I can leave the drone in the air and come back to it
a ghost recon extraction shooter would be great. Load into the map with a squad, have contracts\missions to do, all while other players are trying to do the same thing. Get the missions done, survive pvp/pve and extract.
I really hope they are capable of learning from their mistakes. (They never did, but hope is still up.) That in itself would be a big improvement. Anyway, here are my points to improve the GR titles (hopes, more like): 1 - Optional FPS/TPS views. And yes, i want to see my body if i look down. 2 - Gunslings, instead of magically sticking a gun on your back. I like realism. 3 - Body armor to actually matter, not just for the enemies, but myself too. 4 - Actually working camouflage. Ghillie suits up until this point were only cosmetic. I hate that. 5 - Gear score has absolutely no place in GR games. Didn't really matter in Breakpoint. (As the first "lvl1 trash" you found could and would get you through easily the entire game.) 6 - I hope they can think out some other story, than the usual "Russia bad" mantra. It is boring as hell and i just can't take it serious. What if we point at CIA for once? Story in a PvE focused game is important. You have to have a goal to achieve. 7 - No healthbars. Just no. Not for me, not for the enemy. 8 - Weakpoint/module damage for vehicles. -> crew bailout 9 - Realistic ballistics. Because a skill shouldn't flatten a bullets ballistic arc. Period. Also a longer rendering distance, with the ability to zero a rifle. Also no SMGs with sniper ballistics. (Looking at you PP-20...) LMGs need to be stronger too. They feel like airsoft rifles. 10 - Smarter bots, that flank you, use covering fire, suppress, advance from cover to cover, like real soldiers do. 11 - Give less of a Fck about what the investors want. Seriously, they are the bane of the gaming indusrty. PS.: My points are subjective opinions. Also i don't give a rats ass about PvP in any of the GR games. Never bothered to try, never will. I think there are enough PvP shooter games out there already. In every setting imaginable.
Switchable cam, more customization, better world, better AI behaviour overall, s'all I'm asking.
you are asking for too much, this is ubisoft , expect nothing :D
Don’t forget, a better story
You do realize that ubisoft is being run by idiots, right?
More weapons aswell, but also fixing the scopes, making them more similar to the g28 scope where you can switch to a rmr, and ofc no looter shooter, breakpoint enemies were so spongy even before you’re caught
Because what you’re asking for is Ubisofts top priority im sure
More customization. My operator needs to look like an actual operator and not a model for 5.11 gear.
Yes
Aw man I like larping in civvy clothes sometimes 😆
Keep the 5.11 and add more! more is always better.
I like the PMC look. Also wouldn’t mind a metal gear camo system that made you less detectable with certain camos/vs/terrains. Also a hitman civi clothes mechanic for a metropolitan area to blend in.
@@simplykrollbased
No bullet sponge enemies. For the love of all that is holy.
Right
Auto cover
plus the ANNOYING RECOIL TO THE WEAPONS
I don't mind it if they're aggro and/or have a plate of armor mechanic. There are stories of dudes taking 556 and adrenaline taking over. But having dynamic stunlock/stagger effects on both armored and unarmored enemies for potential follow up shots would be cool. Also a fine tuned smoother response curve to achieve the headshot on minor buffed enemies would make for a satisfying challenge. Talking minor health buffs though ie armor etc.
But yeah I typed way too much 😁
My bad, Ghost Recon rules, it could also be better though 👊
I never understood why they didn’t do that for realism mode. Pissed me off.
Simple, take the best of wildlands and breakpoint.....boom successful game.
Very true, when they made RPG elements optional in Breakpoint I instantly starting to enjoying the game more and found myself playing more often.
wildlands with breakpoint mechanics
@@niniorata79 100%. The player movement for example was much better in breakpoint.

Got my vote. 🙂👍🏻
By bases, do you mean something similar to Control Points from The Division 2?
Fax, if they want to add that stuff then make a phantoms 2
I can't do 8 player squads. because I may get a full brain dead team. 4 or 6 maybe
@@gamerf1141 the match making of today would definitely do that if you're above a 1.0 😅
I hope they still make it 3rd person
You and me both
Open world, coop, and having the option to swap first to third is a must.
The next Ghost Recon definitely needs third person view. Ubisoft should have learned from the shit storm 'bout "Frontline". My personal opinion. Maybe first person and third person possibilities..... so everybody will be pleased. Greets from Bavaria/Germany
I wont buy or play it if it is not.
The best Ghost Recons, Advanced Warfighter 1 and 2 on PC were first person...@@xx_faz1329
If GTA and COD can give us 3rd and first person, then Ubisoft can too.
Give me Liberty or I won’t buy your games.

How do you feel about AI piloted vehicles that give is the options to call in pick up for infil and exfil similar to metal gear solid 5?
@@KillMonger592 yes way better idea. No operatorwould fly their own helicopter
@KillMonger592 yes, that at least should be on launch
NO LIVE SERVICE!I don't want to get forced to be always online.
👏👏👏👏👏
Gear score and all that stuff is absolutely a no. But leveling is a must for sure
@@stephenandrew7314 Make the gear matter, in terms of weight, player visibility and climate.
Long story and 3rd person similar to ghost recon wildlands. More cutscenes would be nice. I liked breakpoint gameplay but not story .. as the world felt empty like no one is coming to hurt the people in the village and anyone from outside could just come right in and no one would care.
got no hope for Ubisoft as whole, but any new Ghost recon game is welcome
No bullet sponge stupid robots. Give us a real experience: real guns, environment, intelligent AI and no stupid always online crap and mod friendly
@@romeolimagolf these days it should have both options as standard. Just laziness why they dont do it
I’d prefer it to be hot swapped. Toggle 1st on for combat, 3rd for movement.
Plenty other FPS tac shooters? Not on fucking console theres not.
That said i would rather graw 1/3 hybrid system or atleast the option to choose.
Ubisoft is about to be broken up and sold to the lowest bidder.
Assassin Creed Shadows is gunna spell it's end. Sorry ti be negative but I don't think we're going to see another GR game due to its downfall.
They shlt the bed with starwars too
I’m hoping Division 3 will be a good game…
@@RagzyyyI love the division series. Survival was the best game mode in any game. I think Ubisoft will be bankrupt or sold before we see a new division game.
I’d love to fill the survey out. I wonder how they’re selecting people for this survey. I ghost recon is pretty much all I play on console lately
And me 😊
I hope they look at Wildlands, and take away even more features that everyone loved.
Yes
Exactly this.
I am with you on that one, all the day long 👍
Ubisoft is collapsing...
That being said. Ubisoft now has competition. They need to be aware of that. Unless the next GR game is really REALLY good, I'd rather go back to GZW, or play PvE Tarkov.
I think they should overdo it on the realism, then bring it back to a level of "fun", personally.
If it's going to be a "Online Required" game I'ma loose my Sh%T!
100% fact. i wish i could like your comment 10 times

Haven't seen the survey yet, so I hope I get it. I definitely have some feedback. Here's hoping the survey does some good!
Ubisoft peaked with GR Wildlands. Change my mind.
Can’t. You speak the gospel.
You're not wrong.
The fact that they have to release a survey to figure out what the player base wants after making 10+ ghost recon games is actually tragic… that man Tom Clancy is rolling in his grave rn…
Its Ubisoft, I don't want them trusting their own judgement.
NO fps ONLY please!!
Just remaster wildlands and that's it...
Agreed 👍
Id like a new game that's like wildlands.
@@bfish9700 and me
@@bfish9700 Yeah! Sicario 3... uh, I mean "Wildlands 2"!
with the movement and physics of breakpoint. cuz being honest operators in wildlands feels stiff
It's easy, populate the world like wildlands, have 1st and 3rd person views. And then a good storyline with replay ability.
Decent multiplayer creates replay value also same like cod
Put weapons away, with concealed carry option for pistols for walking around towns for surveillance
That would be awesome
No live service, no battlepass, no gold and ultimate edition, no DEI.
The fact they are even putting a survey out to try find out what the fans want says it all really.
Weapon slings instead of "the Ubisoft magnet"
Slings haven't been seen since SOCOM!
Realistic vehicles i.e. UH-60 Blackhawk to insert/extract fireteams and mission support. Ability to call in air strikes. Fast rope/repelling.
Lastly, theatre of operations. Realistic missions based on realistic scenarios. Immersion.
Yes!
Should be advanced team insert and help invasion progression then it could be continuous and replayable always looking for somebody Intel
👌
I'd really like a real world setting like Bolivia again. Even if they change the name of the country that is fine, just not a Google HQ resort in the pacific
Something that often gets overlooked are the vehicles. In an open world game, vehicles are EXTREMELY important for immersion. I fast traveled way more in BP because the vehicles, especially the helicopters were booty. We need a reason to NOT fast travel. Bring back realistic flight controls.
Wildlands world and Breakpoints mechanics (the better mechanics).
Better "AI.
Also, keep it grounded.
Ghost Recon with a heavy dose of Operation Flashpoint open world/missions effecting overall outcome. And no internet required except for co-op.
That would be sick!!!
hope they dont try to make a game like tarkov or warzone type...
I'd Like Ghost recon Thi Chinese mature story, Or Korean Conflict Setting or African war zone Conflict setting for next GR Game Any of those for story would do.
Why not all 3 and be able to travel by ship or plane between locations
Base of operations creation would be good
Visual customization of player character seems pointless without 3rd person, but people spent hours on customization in CP2077, which was 1stP only. It's wasted resources if not 3P.
Character leveling -definitely, but not gear score method.
IMO:
1. Tactical gameplay
2. Story and characters
3. The open world
4, Military realism
5. Coop gameplay
3:55 - What a tough question. My goodness its so hard to-
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT OBVIOUSLY!
I love wildlands and breakpoint because I can pretend to be Sam Fisher
I do get Ubisoft emails, but did not receive this survey, unfortunately.
Ubisoft will be bancrupt before they release another Ghost Recon or Splinter Cell or anything with value. And rightfully so. what they have released in the last couple of years was a joke. And when only catering to the woke mob, they deserve to be desolved and forgotten. Period.
anti woke people are so funny to listen to while they ramble about nothing lmao
Assuming it’s open world, I would love to see genuine frontline or territorial gains. Assuming it takes place during an actual conflict, spec ops stealth and assault based combat can be doable. Would be the ultimate way to feel like rebels/outcasts but as an actual military and people.
If only ubisoft isn't burning right now I would've been really excited for this survey.
I didn't receive an email but i'm happy they send survey to the community. It's positive for the future of this game.
But if it's at the cost of no 3rd person that's not good
We need a sequel for Wildlands 💀with better graphics & mechanics
Tell them to check with Andy and his team - Bullet Catcher - did all this survey and turned it in to Ubisoft. Please give us wildland girls...yea
It is very important to put the third shooter as addition to the game.
Agreed 💯
Some cool things I’d love to see in the next ghost recon game
• detailed gear like cod MW there plate carriers and helmets looks amazing more detail on battle belts and make plate carriers actually have plates instead of looking like temu air soft gear
•NO MORE WEAPONS ON BACKPACKS have them slinged in front or on the side
• have ambushes would be awesome to just be driving then boom out of nowhere you start getting shot at
•realistic gun sounds
• allow ai teammates to carry only 1 weapon
•the battlebelt becoming its own gear and being able to change it
• C clamp
Also more gear choices
@@goose8780 The only microtransactions I made in Breakpoint were with the free credits Ubisoft gave us when they f**ked up!😅
it's simple, wildlands with the mechanics of breakpoint
I'm a single player fan, it would be nice if you could assign a destination on the map, it would trace a route like (Wildlands) and you could choose to either drive or have one of the A.I. team mates drive. I'd like to be a gunner or a passenger in a single player scenario. Also, I don't like running around gathering flowers and such, very distracting. I'll go into bivouac and stock up in my eating drinking etc and never use food or water when in the game. Useless in my opinion.
Couldn’t agree more
Third person. Or we Riot!
It will be the smallest, most soy-filled riot ever.
Bro I swear I have not looked up this topic in atleast two months and whenver I do new things have come out recently like this was posted 11 hours ago
Subscribe for all things Ghost Recon
Character movement from Breakpoint, the world of wildlands. Enemies with sleep cycles, NPCs with work schedules etc. Superb AI teamates with lots of banter. Freedom to go between first and third person. Sling for your primary weapon. more sensible enemy AI. Not too much emphasis on robots and stuff. that stuff almost made breakpoint unplayable.
If you make a good game, you wouldn't need microtransactions to fund your employees, investors, or the next game. Everyone would be buying it. Make the team work on fundamental gameplay mechanics instead of a flashy new hat.
For me, story & characters are most important. Thats part of what made wildlands great.
Your not wrong
I know its a lot to read but i would like your thoughts on this. I sectioned alot of stuff off so it’s not jumbled up hopefully you i typed well enough for you to read it.
1. Camera and view: primarily Tps since that’s what made GR unique but also make fps optional for people who want it-----------------------------------------
2. A massive variety of weapons and attachments with high level customization like hawks ops, tarkov and cod mw3.-----------------------------------------
3. I would like a larger map outside of America. With diverse environments like the Caucasus region countries like Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Chechnya Dagestan etc, that have a combination of urban, forestry and mountain environments with their different infrastructural designs.------------------------------------------
4. Also in the ai controlled outposts you can have some major details like ai building their own defenses each of them different and random.-------------------------------------------
5. By liberating areas where enemies are doing this stuff boosts your relationships with civilians.------------------------------------------
6. ------------------------------------------
7. ------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------
This is all very good. Base of operations would make more sense over smaller bases though but all this is great
@@ASQDGAMING thanks I’m glad you liked them, even though I’m now noticing the lines i put to section each part off didn’t work and is to the side.
The thing is for the next campaign it needs to take place where wildlands left off and head to Peru to track down el sueno 🙏
Better melee's keep 3rd person, skins that actuality effect your visibility, better ambush , dual pistols, throwing weapons
A basic everyday/available smoke grenade.
i did that Survey to 😅 its so sad to see a game company asking how to make a game, but i hope that they see the feedback and make a good game !
They still wouldn't do it, since they always announce their games at the ubisoft Forward which always is between June and September, so maybe we will get a trailer around that time
Not necessarily, this could be them validating things that are already in progress or even finished.
@@michael-dumbsley Not necessarily. GRBP for instance was revealed at a Sony state of play iirc in May 2019.
I thought the new game was in full development as they said yet they want to know what we want.Something isn,t right here.
They likely have a bunch of partial games sitting on a table like all the parts for your dad's hotrod parked in the shop 😅
They also just started working on the division 3 last week
I wrote a book when they asked for my own ideas lol
As a combat veteran I know how to make a game feel really immersive when it comes to realism, just hope they actually listen
Get the missions done, survive pvp/pve and extract.
every squad having a different mission tho, but paths may cross.
I really hope they are capable of learning from their mistakes. (They never did, but hope is still up.)
That in itself would be a big improvement.
Anyway, here are my points to improve the GR titles (hopes, more like):
1 - Optional FPS/TPS views.
(As the first "lvl1 trash" you found could and would get you through easily the entire game.)
6 - I hope they can think out some other story, than the usual "Russia bad" mantra.
It is boring as hell and i just can't take it serious. What if we point at CIA for once?
Story in a PvE focused game is important. You have to have a goal to achieve.
7 - No healthbars. Just no. Not for me, not for the enemy.
8 - Weakpoint/module damage for vehicles. -> crew bailout
9 - Realistic ballistics. Because a skill shouldn't flatten a bullets ballistic arc. Period.
Also a longer rendering distance, with the ability to zero a rifle.
Also no SMGs with sniper ballistics. (Looking at you PP-20...)
LMGs need to be stronger too.
