every time you got near a twisted elite i clenched my cheeks theyre horrifying twisted elites (the blue sphere ones) will provide a buff to enemies in the sphere that makes them reflect all your damage back to you meaning at a certain point in the game after looping, you literally just die at no fault of your own

@@eggstewto add to what he said: the damage you take will always be 2% of your health, meaning no matter how tanky you get, you will instantly die if a twisted elite spawns next to an enemy, as your proc items will hit them so many times that it looks like you’re hp didn’t even exist
@A__Crab_onYT no, they take 20% of stats you gain from leveling, and when you scrap them they give you the stats back eith interest from when they took em, so 25 stacks like what happened, gave him those stats but higher then normal.

Each buff stack you have above your hp bar basically represent the levels worth of hp you have gathered while having the beads in your inventory. Then, when removed, you gain 20% of the stats you would gain from the levels the stacks represent (so five bead buff stack basically give an additional level up). So this is actually quite the strong item, as it is one of the very few ways to increase the base damage stat of your character.
30:00 the prayer beads gave you a bunch of health as well as other stats. Basically how the beads work is they intake their own xp and level up separately, with each level up giving a stack of the buff there. And then when you scrap them, it gives you all the stats it wouldn't given you if you leveled up all those times. And keep in mind that the beads start at level 1 so they can level up like 5 times before you've even leveled up once.
Chance doll is crazy op, occasionally get red items from the Shrine of Chance! Also, Sals Star in consumed state can’t be taken by printer, similar to regen scrap!
with 30 57 leaf clovers the chance for a proc to happen, for example a 10% proc chance thing on a 1 proc coefficient is as follows (1 - (9/10)^30)*100% chance or just 96% that means that any proc, no matter how rare it is, will almost certainly happen. the highest proc chain possible will happen 90% of the time usually because most items have a >1 proc coefficient I'm pretty sure
Fun fact: you are immune to all damage when in sojourn. So you can think of it like mercenary's special. Also you can tag blood shrines and void cradles for free this way. Hope this helps
When you lose an item that gives you extra charges of an ability, you keep the extra charges but they don't recharge That's why you had so many punches during mithrix
Best thing about infusions is that once you get the health, you can scrap them at no downside. It's weird, but on long runs, they make excellent green scrap. Just make sure the red orbs stop coming before you scrap, you want full value.
I tried this when console got patched and was playable, ended up looping to stage 34 on monsoon before crashing. The build was so powerful the sheer number of items crashed my game

Easiest way to beat false son is to use a command + sacrifice run to get a ton of ATG/Plasma Shrimp, That red that gives you more missles, Polylute, and just proc chain him to death. I would bring a ton of wungus and energy drinks to run from the lazer ability, and to get to the pillars to lose the Lunar Ruin debuf. This should kill him fairly easily, cause at this point he would die to the massive proc. Loop for a more guaranteed run :)
The halcyon shrine spawns a green portal the first time you use it, and every time after that it gives you gold portal, but it will spawn green portals in the aurelionite place I’m assuming that that’s to makes it easier to get false son
@@eden3669 they shouldn’t. That’s why using lunar pools when you are running spinal tonic isn’t a good idea because they won’t remove any withdrawal stacks
Items in their consumed state (Stars, Dios, etc.) can't be scrapped. It used to be the case that they could (they'd destroy a scrapper if you used one in there), but that was patched out ages ago so you had literally nothing to worry about in the opening part of the video where you got a bunch of fire bands.
I'm a little shocked you didn't pick up forgive me please as soon as you saw it. You had soulbound and a fuelcell, so infinite activations and the new chronic accelerator allows you to stack infinite damage with it.

Twisted Elites are the worst designed thing. Every time you hit something other than them inside your circle, you take (I believe) 2.5% max health of damage no matter where you are, for every hit from anything.
So last night I was gonna do an honor, metamorphosis, command, sac, swarms run with my best bud and at around stage 6, newt I had a bug with warped echoes and silence between two strikes where I wasn’t able to pick up items or use interactables until I dropped it but in newt I had spammed the legend pool and it duped my scraps from 250 to 1357, also my plates into 123 to 950 and my polylutes 2 into 150. Yet lost the run because mythrix became immortal despite the fact I had over 100 legendarys and although I lost the run it was hilarious. Also I’m a console player so the patch hasn’t been implemented yet Edit: forgot to mention I couldn’t even activate the pool until I dropped silence then spent around 10-15 minutes creating and choosing all the legendarys
The new blue elite (A.K.A the twisted elites) reflect any damage dealt to monsters in its radius back to you. I don’t know the specific conversion bit I don’t think it’s 100% because you would just die every time you one-shot something in its radius since most enemies have more Hp than the player.
Can someone explain why dale stars only gave him 1 extra red item at 10:00? He had two, so he should have gotten three reds total, and I’ve seen similar things happen in other videos
