I fully respect your top 3 seasons they all where amazing but for me Ch1 S8 for Ch2 S2 ,S4 and S7 i cant select one in this chapter because all 3 where so fun for me for Ch3 S2 and Ch4 S1 was peak for that chapter
In my opinion the greatest season of all time is chapter 2 season 2. It changed the game forever with npcs, mythic weapons, bosses, spy bases, the new battlepass features, the spy games, Travis Scott, Deadpool, etc. this season will always be remembered by me

I know it’s probably nostalgia, but C2S2 is my favorite. It’s when I started playing Fortnite more and when friends did as well. It was just such a fun and amazing season and looking back I love it even more.
To be fair, chapter 2 was the last chapter when i wanted to play every day, i remember when i went on the ps after school to play chapter 1 and 2. But now i only play fortnite when im really bored.

I started season X, and personally my favourite season had to be chapter 4 season 4. It was very unique on how you could choose one mythic and how the entire heist process was like
It. Was cool but not my favorite because the storyline and the unoriginal things about it.
My favorite season/chapter is chapter 2 season 4 had a lot of fun with all the marvel mythics we got and the lootpool and map i just really liked a lot.
I remember that on its prob my 2nd favorite after chapter 2 season 2 both some of the best seasons but season 4 doesn't get nearly enough recognition
Chapter 2 season 7 was by far the best season ever for me! The concept was good and they went woth it amazingly! The updates were so much fun along with the items such as the inflatabull, the plasma cannon, the rail gun, ect. The abductors were so much fun and a good way to get loot. The event was also insanely good and one of my favorites.
I personally HATED that season. The battle pass was mid, map changes were non existent, UFOs and parasites were incredibly annoying, and the new weapons when paired with each other (railgun and that ping grenade launcher) were very frustrating to deal with. But that’s just me

my fav season was ch1 season 8. At that time I started playing fortnite seriously and grinding it (I got it since season 5 but never thought much of it). everything was perfect in this season the map, the lootpool and even the players!
Started in chapter 3 and I’ve loved every season so far besides Chapter 4 Season 3, and that season had huge potential, but the lack of updates killed that season for me.

What I noticed from my favorite seasons and yours is all of the seasons had a spectacular storyline. That might not be the factor of all of my favorites and yours but I feel like if there is a great storyline it makes the game really fun and it makes the updates better.
Chapter 4 season 2 for me, so much mobility, fun gun's, floating island having worthwhile mythic, so many collabs, etc i could go on and on but dam was it a perfect season

My favorite season of all time is CH1 SEASON 7, the season was awesome, amazing battlepass, amazing tier 100 skin, in fact my favorite tier 100 skin tbh, and also the planes were crazy fun to use, I also loved going to the snow biome and thats my prime fortnite ngl, you also could get the next seasons battle pass by copping this one and completing all its challenges, quite literally the best deal in fortnite history, its also when all the christmas skins came back and its honestly perfect. The marsmello event happened, which was the first ever concert in fortnite and a really sick live event for the end of the season!

I feel like the chapters are too short we don't spend enough time in the map to grow attachment to certain locations now
Chapter 4 Season 1 was my favorite of all time. My favorite battle pass, the hammer was a blast, and I absolutely loved the island before the jungle.
I started chapter 3 s2. And that chapter is pretty special to me and made me a daily player.
My friend got me playing in the middle of season 2 chapter 1 and then I moved away and stopped playing around the beginning of season 7, and then a different friend got me back into the game around the season 7 time of Fortnite OG and it was really fun even if I had no idea what most things were
OG Fortnite could not replicate how Fortnite was back then exactly, but to me it was still top 10. Literally everyone I had ever played Fortnite with came back, so in some way that season was a reunion. It brought back that urge to play when your at school, playing right when you got home, and wishing the day would never end. I made whole new memories, more so than any other season since C2S2.
If I have to be honest as a 2017 fortnite player my favorite season of fortnite all time is fortnite chapter 2 season 2. Btw this is the season that I've played the most in all my fortnite career. But I'll never forget the midas revenge event during chapter 2 season 4 wich was such a fortnite experience even if the season theme was a collab. Nice video btw
Favorite seasons
Character 1: season 7 or 8 just enjoyed both of them.
Character 2: season 7 loved the loot pool, and the Mother ship.
Character 3: season 1 just like the Spider-Man mythic, and the Winterfest.
Chapter 4: season 1 liked the shockwave hammer, and the most wonted event is probably one of my favorite fortnite events.
Chapter 2 Season 7 Invasion for me. During the pandemic around summertime me and my friends from high school started back the game and havent stopped since. That season was awesome, lots of great memories around the map with the POIs and alien tech/ships

For me my favorite season of all time is C2S3. The entire vibe and nostalgia I get from remembering that time of my life just makes me emotional, I had no worries or care about anything. Life was chill no big work loads or stress. I could just enjoy life and have fun. Then the actual season was just great, charge shotgun is my favorite shotgun in game, the whole flood made fighting and traveling fun. The mythics were strong but not over powered. The event that lead to that season was also amazing. Overall I don’t think a single season could ever reach that level of peak again
I played briefly (as in like 4 matches) in chapter....2?... (before ZB) and was utterly overwhelmed. But my kid talked me into coming back and trying it again back in December and I'm loving it. (Not gonna lie, I'd of been shattered if I'd missed out on GaGa in the shop!) but hearing you talk about and seeing gameplay for prior seasons I wish I woulda played sooner. I hope it can get back to that!

Another great video with your original opinions. For me, as someone who mostly played alone since Chapter 1 Season 1, here are my opinions.
Firstly i think the first 4 seasons is the absolute peak of this game. It was something unexplainable, it's weird because everyone that played then knows what we're talking about but there's no words to truly explain the general feeling of playing during these seasons. It really was like a dream, everything in the game seemed perfect, it had such a powerful identity and atmosphere, with the sounds, the looks. These seasons were the greatest gaming experiences ever.
So for Chapter 1 i'll obviously pick a season between those 4 even tho the other ones were great too, like season 10 with peak storyline. But my pick would be Season 3, like i said, launching this game or watching others play it felt like entering a comforting alternate universe, you forgot about time or any real life notion, and that's why parents around the world were scared lol.
For Chapter 2, as someone who played NBA2K20 during quarantine, i didnt touch Fortnite during Seasons 2 or 3 and even 4 but i clearly see why people like them. That being said, i got a couple seasons going head for head for me which are, Season 5 and Season 8. I'd like to start with Season 8, geniuenly one of the most underrated Seasons of all-time, it perfectly matched the vibe of the game coming to a turning point in it's storyline. Playing Season 8 you felt part of the story. Also the dystopian vibe with the map being complete chaos was really great, and most importantly, the build-up to the Event with the apparition of the Cube Queen on the Map and her pyramidal POI was incredible, i still remember playing on the last day of the season spawning there every game and straight up having fun.
But my pick is definitly Season 5, the Jonesy logs, the storyline peak of Chapter 2 was there, the game looked great, the sand biome was incredible, the Colosseum was one of my favortie POIs Ever. This season was clearly the one that i remember the most of this chapter.
Now Chapter 3, here my conteders are the first 3 seasons, yes 3. Season 4 was good, but felt off, out of touch and put looks aside, even tho the vibe wasnt bad. Now, i'll talk about Seasons 2 and 3 first, Resistance and Vibin were the best sets of quests we've ever had, both season were in my opinion the peak of Fortnite's whole storyline. I'll take Season 3 over Season 2, Season 2 was great and the War environement really was spot on but Season 3 has a special place in my heart. Season 3 was the best the game has ever looked since Chapter 1 in my opinion, the new Biome was beautiful, the mushrooms were cool, the Trees things were really dope and oddly enough, collabs were implemented perfectly, the little Indiana Jones biome was fun the little treasure, Dark Vador had his own little POI each game, the Goku collab right during summer was completly insane on and on... The environement was so calming this season, so great. This was one the Season that i could've played forever.
But my pick for this Chapter still is Season 1, literrally the perfect Chapter Launch, after the perfect Chapter Ending, winter time, the Cabin, the cinematic before first launching the Game, the new Map, the storyline and theories with us discovering that we're on the Chapter 1 map and what remained of it, the Titled build up, all the things you stated about this season, it was a truly complete season with game looking beautiful and everything being basically perfect with in my opinion the best Map in the game's history. It felt like an improved Chapter 1, the sounds, looks thing hit almost the same, but it even had something more to it, like a refresh, a peace after a couple years of Chaos.
And now for Chapter 4, really the only Chapter were my choice is clear. The first 3 seasons were not bad, but really not good for me, or at least not worth leaving the Chapter 3 map behind forever. The game, like right now, had kinda lost something of its identity.
But Season 4, my pick, was truly amazing. A good villain, a good storyline, an heist theme completly perfect with 3 original POIs and amazing returning mythics. Nothing much to say as it was not long ago, but a really good season.
To conclude, and if i had to make a choice between those 4, i'll choose, by a really small margin Chapter 3 Season 1 as the best Fortnite Season Ever as it had the best mix of Content, Vibe and Feeling around playing and willing to Launch this game everyday. Ranking the Seasons i'll go :
- Chapter 3 Season 1
- Chapter 1 Season 3
- Chapter 2 Season 5
- Chapter 4 Season 4

Chapter 1 season 9 was the last season where I truly played consistently (although I did come back and play quite a bit in c2 s2) so i've missed a lot but i'd say my favorite season ever was chapter 1 season 5 with chapter 1 season 3 in a close second.

My season has to be Chapter 2 Season 2 or Chapter 2 Season 4. Since it was lockdown, everyone was playing Fortnite, and it was so fun, and there were great additions in each season 🙌🏾

Seasons 6-8, 12-14, 17-20, 24, and 26 personally were very enjoyable. I started in season 3 and every single season has had its pros and cons. I’ve enjoyed every single season with some being more enjoyable than others. So far, I’m enjoying Chapter 5 - Season 3.
I’ve played Fortnite since it has come out and I’ve always been a casual mid player and idk what happened this season I just started going crazy 😂
I was really against Fortnite through Chapter 1 but being the Star Wars nerd I am, the og addition of lightsabers at the end of C2S1 was what pulled me in. C2S2 & 3 is where I had some of my most memorable moments. Looking back on it now I wish i had played the later seasons in chapter 2 more. Same kind of deal for Chapter 3 played a lot S1&2 not much in 3&4. For Ch 4 Season 4 was my favorite just by having the same kind of vibe as C2S2. I'd say Chapter 5 is off to a good start, really looking forward to what next season has in store.
Chapter 1 will forever hold a special place in my heart, it's the time when I've undoubtedly had the most fun playing this game, when most of my friends played it and simply because the game was different. Chapter 1 Fortnite is the reason I started playing this game, but that doesn't mean that new Fortnite isn't good. It is, I wouldn't have stayed if it wasn't, but the vibes are different.
Some of my favorite seasons from recent times are Chapter 2 Season 7, Chapter 3 Season 1/4 & Chapter 4 Season 1. But if I had to pick a favorite, it'd be a very close tie between C3S1/4, leaning slightly towards C3S1 because it reminded me of old Fortnite. It had something new each week, it had almost weekly map changes and a very diverse map, it had a blend between old and new (weather mechanics, new weapons + old locations such as Tilted and Greasy) and it had the best graphics. Chapter 1 graphics were unique, that's for sure but the graphics have become too realistic in recent times, the goofy feel is gone. I think that Chapter 3 had the best blend between old goofy Fortnite and new realistic graphics, it felt like an upgrade to Chapter 2 in that sense. That's just my opinion as I don't see many people mentioning that, but the style still very much felt like Fortnite. And finally, the story. It continued where Chapter 2 left off & set the stage for Season 2, the story simply peaked during this time.
Chapter 3 may not be my most favorite chapter, but season 1 was one of my favorite seasons & at the very least, the Chapter 3 map was my favorite out of all 5 of them.

I came in at No build but didn’t really start playing til chapter 5 season 1 and made Platinum Rank (No build) and Gold rank in racing mode.

The plasma cannon is a recycled weapon from save the world, I love its br counterpart but it's ripped straight from STW like most of the og weapons.

I feel personally my favorite season in Fortnite would be Chapter 1 Season 8. Now, while I technically played Fortnite before hand, my first technical match being in Chapter 1 Season 4, this was when I started playing Fortnite almost religiously and has so many moments I cant forget. My first Victory Royale, my first tier 100, my first live event, the pirate theme, my main skin Hybrid, Fortnite's first Tropical/Jungle theme, ballers, it had so many elements that I just adore and it will always be number 1 for me.
I'm not discrediting other seasons though. Chapter 2 Season 2 was the season I played Fortnite the most and was the season I mostly enjoyed with a friend, along with the Agency being the first Named POI I rebuilt in Minecraft. Chapter 2 Season 7 was a mood that I adored with it's alien theme and having imo the best Fortnite event so far. Chapter 4 Season 3, while it is the worst Fortnite season, was the season that brought me back to Fortnite after the Chapter 3 hiatus and was my first level 200 season. Finally, Chapter 5 Season 1, while it feels corporate, was the Fortnite season I played with almost all my friends and for that I'm incredibly grateful.
One more thing, I begin watching you since Chapter 4 Season 3 and rn you are my favorite Fortnite Content Creator with some interesting points on the state of Fortnite and its future, I love what you do and I can't wait to see what videos you make next man! Keep it up! ❤️🔥

My favourite season is chapter 1 season 7. Not gonna lie - I'm nostalgia biased. I started playing back then. Great battle pass, lootpool, map, vechicles (I loved planes)
Personally me, my favourite ALL TIME season would be chapter 1 season 4, the beginning of the storyline was really cool, double pump was still a thing and there was practically an update every week. It was great, also, with fortnite og. I don't really mind that they can't replicate the feeling of og fortnite, I overall just prefer that older map and lootpool, it's more fun to play with, also the fact it had no npc's or mythics or anything like that, I believe fortnite og also deserves to be praised (although it could've been better).

hmmm I always have different opinions then the mass does but here my favorite:
chapter 1: season 7
chapter 2: season 8 (all time favorite)
chapter 3: season 3
chapter 4: season 2
The main thing that makes a season good is some kind of mid match objective
you know like getting a plane, upgrading your sideways minigun, opening your reality saplings, or the vaults from the heist event for some reason still there 5 updates later in a different season.
Oh and by far the worst season we've ever had was chapter 3 season 2.
Having really unfair highground in a season where you couldn't build for a while was a nightmare.
Anyways fortnite is just plain fun regardless of metas.
Finaly c2 s7 gets some love
The reason i loved chapter 1 was cause of "weapons" and friends wanting to play fortnite and have me join in the beta.
and back then i wasn't gonna buy skins and/or battlepass, cause i would be a waste of money.
But the first fortnite skin i ever brought was the "Blue Team Leader"
Cause it was "free" on the ps store.
I played it a lot with a friend who really loved fortnite in season 3 (i kinda didn't)
And lost me in season 7-8 cause of to many things happened at once and people could kinda built fast and then i quit and came back at Season X, played for 30 minutes and went back to call of duty and went back to watch "the end" event
So chapter 2... the reboot.
Which was when i decided i was gonna get good on controller and i actually enjoyed playing fortnite again

I have played every single season I just ranked these based on what I had the most fun in.
My favorite seasons of each chapter:
C1: Season 7 or 8 (the content and map changes were absolute bangers+the battle passes were some of the best of all time.
C2: Season 8,it maybe a unpopular opinion but it brought cubes back+ I liked the dark theme of the battle pass
C3: Season 2,I liked the war theme of the season and command cavern (also good battle pass)
C4: Season 1,only season I really played in on this Chapter and I really liked the new Map
C5: Season 1,Peter Griffin
chapter 2 season 7 was my favourite just everything about it was fun
I think chapters have become too short... It feels like you can't get attached to the map because it's only there for a short time, Chapter 2 was probably the best with 8 seasons making it a good length to enjoy the map
Chapter 3 Season 4 was my second favorite season. So goopy
Unfortunately, Chapter 4, Season 1 was my first time playing Fortnite. I don't really regret this, but it does sting a little knowing that I missed out on so many cool things. I loved the first season of Chapter 4 for reasons similar to what was mentioned in this video, but also for the nostalgia. If I had to pick, I'd say that Seasons 1 and 2 were my favorites in Chapter 4.
I've really enjoyed Chapter 5 so far and am extremely excited to see what Season 2 has to offer. I agree that it's cool to have collabs, but it may not be the best idea for Epic to shove them into the lore. I hadn't thought about this much until now, but I'd love it if Fortnite focused more on being wacky and original than shoving collabs down our throats or trying to ride the coattails of trends (ahem, TikTok emotes). There are many original concept skins I love, so if they could put a larger emphasis on that aspect of Fortnite, I'd be happy.

People might think I’m crazy but in my opinion chapter 4 season 2 was an amazing season. Yes it lacked some content but the loot pools map and mega city were too good to be ignored

I liked invasion, cubed, chapter 2- season 1, and this season because of ai companion system and zero build. I will never do rank because of cheater influence in Apex legends rank, those games are rigged and cheaters always abuse the system after getting banned. There was a reason why arenas were removed.

Chapter 2 season 7 was when I started playing
I loved every chapter and season I've ever played, I started in chapter 2 season 3 but I still played a little bit of chapter 2 season 2 but I wasn't into the game at that point. I can't say what my favorite was but it would probably be chapter 2 season 4, also is it just me or does chapter 3 also feel nostalgic? Also the "bad" seasons like primal and wilds weren't that bad honesty, sorry for rambling

Imo, the Og Season 4 was the best season in Fortnite history. It was the first one I played cuz I had the switch then and I thought everything after the Og Season 8 was either mid or worse with the exception of Chapter 2 Seasons 2, 4, 8 and Chapter 3 Season 1

In my opinion Chapter 3 was the best Chapter and had the best season. And I don't even have to explain why. Every single season I'm chapter 3 was great. The map, perfection, the lootpool, perfection, story, perfection, Battle Passes, great, Mechanics were so good introducing everything we've had so far except for Hurdling, with mantling, sliding, and springing a long with zero build being introduced.
Lootpool, was mid, the only gun I remeber is the Mk 7

Battle passes were mid.
If you want a good map, good battle passes, and a good lootpool.

@@Therapist_Demoman I started in Chapter 2 and I love it Dearly, so much so that I wish it was my favorite. But when I first saw Chapter 3, a spark flew within me. I played non-stop the entire chapter without a single brake unlike Chapter 2 because of how good it is. Btw the map is better than 2 since it actually has biomed and variety. Chapter 2s map was S tier don't get me wrong, but 3 is just better. I still use Battle pass skins from 3 to this day which I don't do any other chapter excep for season 2 of Chapter 2 because that was the best battle pass ever. The lootpool was good enough to be lovable. All the guns were fun and balanced eventually. Chapter 2 and 3 have their pros and cons with each one being around the same good level. They're a tie in my opinion but Chapter 3 just had a different feel for some reason.
