  • Day 3 on the track saw Andre De Grasse and Andre Leduc take the 100-metre national men’s and women’s titles respectively. Canada is sooooo bad for showing us athletics and being able to support our athletes...

Jamaica's Thomson just won the men's 100 in 9.77 fourth fastest time ever. Andre is a class athlete. As for Audrey she will need sub 11 to make the semis in Paris

Over 11:09 secs at 100m will.likely place one last in the Paris Olympics 2024. Top 4 American sprinters all qualified with less than 11 secs. Top 3 Jamaicans all qualified with less than 11 secs

Why is not running the 200? Hopefully there's more to come in the 100. It's crazy how fast the US and Jamaican athletes have been running in their trials. The Canadian athletes need to get on whatever those guys are on.

Andre clocking 10:20 is not good at all. Before training when he was discovered, he ran 10:15 secs and was picked up and professionally trained. If he runs this slow in Paris Olympics 2024, he could place last as well.

@@haileiyesus8They ran in poor conditions on a dodgy track that was patched up the week before the meet. You can see the patch work on the track. Eliezer Adjibi who finished second has a sub 10 clocking this year in better conditions .

Shameful and disgusting. I don't understand why they would host this event in Montreal when the facilities are bad. There is traxktown USA in Oregon. I'm sure canada can emulate, build something in calgary or vancouver and host national competition over there. Also, why didn't cbc or ctv broadcast this event live. It is a lack of genuine interest in things like this, immature nuances that has gotten so many of my friends and acquaintances to leave this country. The immaturity and silly nuances is just unpardonable 🧠
