The Elegance of Performance
Without sacrificing elegance, the Conquest line perpetuates the spirit of conquest of all those who have dared to go further than others in their quest for new horizons. The same spirit has been behind the models in the Conquest collection since 1954. Each watch contains a subtle fusion of performance and elegance, including the most demanding technical features.
I love it, nearly brought the gold dial, may be the next year .
I've my fingers crossed for ya Sir
Hi Barry, I actually really like this, the design is clean and subtle. Certainly Sinn and Guinand don't have an equivalent. LG Bob ⌚ 🍻 🚂
Hi Bob this one just don't do it for me , there is nothing wrong it per say but it just doesn't excites me like so of there other models do ,its maybe to safe 🤔😁👍🏻
@@ClickSpringReview 👍👋
@@ClickSpringReview I can see where you're coming from with this: I could list several Sinn chronographs that I would prefer. Guinand will also keep you happily browsing for chronographs, and the offerings from Hanhart, the Ickler brands and Laco would be an excellent way to fill your Christmas stocking... 😉👋
A chrono I'd really like is the Sinn 910SRS Flyback and in the new year I fancy asking Laco if I can review there CHRONOGRAPHS
KIEL.2.MB WEISS as I think its a real stunner
@@ClickSpringReview I totally agree Barry. The Laco would probably be too big for my skinny wrists, but that 910 SRS would be just perfect... 🙂👍
Hi, did you mention the cost of this watch? Thought people might be interested in this too.
Thats I always leave a link in the description to the watch as the price may change Sir
Thanks for this! Subscribed! FYI: bad link to D & G page
Thank you Sir and good of you to of subscribed 👍🏻 the link is fixed now
somehow this watch reminds me of the breitling chromomat 😊….. I do like this watch but it’s 42mm which isn’t that big but for some reason wish this was 40 -41 mm. Agree about the thickness and liked it that you explained why for the masses ….. good video and this is a nice watch, I have looked at one of these at an AD
Cheers Bill this one I wasn't to sure about as i do prefer some of there over chrono model, my favourite chrono at 41mm is my Sinn 144 Anniversary model I have
Very nice review. Would be interesting to do a comparison … Longines Conquest Chrono vs. Tudor Black Bay Chrono vs Rolex Daytona Chrono.
That' would be an interesting comparison 👍🏻
Bracelet is too skinny for this watch.
Yeah you could be right
İt needs a date window😢
I much prefer it without myself
Exactly
Questo si
What ??
hi just got the same gold dail one which you reviewed I can't get the big second hand to move do you have to push the top button hard?
Yep you have to be pretty firm with it
I suspect it has a Dubois Dépraz chronograph module on top of the base calibre.
It may well be I didn't look to closely Sir
This lacks contrast ( its a panda)? Subdued? The light play is very nice. This is much more flashy than say a speedmaster. Love the lug to lug and the case diameter, perfect for me.
Its a nice watch but I much prefer some of there other chrono models , there is nothing wrong with it its just doesn't stand out from the crowd
@@ClickSpringReview my problem with it is they cheaped out on the movement and are asking for too much money
What makes you say they cheated out on the movement Joe
@@ClickSpringReview They could've used the L688 with the column wheel and vertical clutch, but they used the l898 a modular chrono. The hydroconquest chrono is cheaper( retail $2750) with the better movement. Why longines did this is beyond me.
Rolex Daytona is 12, 5mm thick.. I don't understand thick watches. This looks really good, i love it, it's just too thick
Sir you are comparing it to a watch which costs about 10k more , The 4131 caliber which is in the Daytona costs about the same or even more than the complete price of the Longines. The 7750 movement has been round for about 50 years and is used in many of these chronos is a true work horse and costs about £500 for a base version a lot more for a top spec but it is 8mm thick so by the time you add the hands and crystal case back you get 15mm + PS you have given me a good idea of a doing a video I'll get a 7750 movement and explain why they are the size they are
@@ClickSpringReview I get that, i do understand the diferences, but i honestly do believe that if, the swatch group wanted to make a movement has thin has the rolex one, ETA hould do it..
Queto perfetto è quello da una lancetta con il cinturino traforo sarei contento ci mancherebbe anche usato un alla mattina tre pillole o
Grazie a me stesso
???
Coventry? Are you a Tommy Hutchinson fan?
Hi I don't live in Coventry, can't say I've heard of him mate
great watch to cover!
Cheers Sir 👍🏻 ps would you buy one ?
@@ClickSpringReview
No because I cannot afford a Longines 😂
Have you seen these guys they make so really affordable chronographs
Colorazione giusta per un Angelo un po’ meglio
Circa bello si o forse non
Pochi complimeti
