Thanks for your comment. People with Parkinson's have a wide range of abilities with regard to exercising while sitting and standing. If a person with Parkinson's requires assistance to stand or rise from the floor, exercise with a physical therapist can help, and there are also numerous ways to exercise from a seated position. These include chair yoga, recumbent cycles, tandem cycles, and exercises that prioritize upper body movements.

thank you for these exercises. very well structured endeed and not so terribly difficult to do although I cannot do all of them.
