    Number of worker will be equal to or more than number of Employer..

    Workers rep can be equal or more than employer rep (but not less than)in Works Committee. Hope my answer is right?

    sir sorry to disturb u I have a doubt regarding notional extension .. there is a case called tamil nadu civil supplies corp vs poomalai here court grant compensation to the wife of deceased person called subbaih where he dies on the way to ofc for morning shift in a communal clash and murdered.. my doubt is according to doctrine only compensation will be given to the proximate cause and not for thre remote one that too , accident should be in course of employment or arising out of employment... but here it is communal clash.. is this also considered as in course of employment... sorry for too long question

      See the point is that while going to Office has been considered during the course of employment in many cases . So the court considered that factor.
      Other than that here it is not the remote cause because he was going to office and the incident happened directly to him in his way.
