Look up the description for the Chocobo's (Legacy Chocobo) that the 1.XX players got for staying with the game, it is actually pretty sad. The scene where Louisoix saves the adventurers, he sends you 5yrs into the future and your Chocobo has been searching for you that entire time!
One additional thing to catch.... The Warrior of Light is debatably a Gladiator in 1.0 trailer. The archer is all a vision, but when he gets up from the table and throws his pack over his shoulder, he's clearly got a sword with his pack. If you take that into consideration, he starts as Gladiator in 1.0 and goes through the jobs to Endwalker as paladin, the advance job for Gladiator, thus coming full circle.
i realise this is a year old comment but also in the beginning when the wol actually beats elidibus (zenos) is the bad timeline where the garleans end up using black rose, also you can see he cuts the limbs off that light warden which is metal as fuck
So yeah, originally the idea was that the 'spirits' of the various Primals were locked away under Silvertear lake. The explosion of the Garlean ship ignited the aether in it and set them free. The background being that this is the reason why the major Primals have some sort of a 'memory' of previous summonings as part of their own constituent aether but the act of their summoning overlays a bit of a programming on top of their behaviour from the summoners. I think they let that idea go by the time of 2.0 but it was quite a thing since Ifrit got a whole moment with you in conversation about stuff. It is a nice callback that they made the start of our final big journey look exactly the same as that vision :D
Absolutely. It's kind of cheating because the original composition is from 2.0, but the piano arrangement of Answers is my favorite new music from Endwalker.
Little tidbit of info, the Endwalker trailer remixes all of the expansion's music, HW with Estinien, SB with Zenos and such. Also everyone bops their head to the SB remix.
@@StaceyRPG Yeah, though I think it might be the best for non-MMO fans: they get to see so much random stuff to tease them. For MMO fans or FF14 vets, it's just garbled nothing.
The fond memories, all the hype returning back. Reminds me how amazing of a game FF14 is. One of the best, high quality, love projects of a game I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Legendary in the fact that the devs actually listened to its fanbase so much that they scrapped the entire game and reimagined it 1000% times better!! Unheard of in the game industry and this game deserves its praise and success👏👏👏😭😭😭
To be honest the only thing I actually hate with reaction videos if the audio mixing is off between source material and reacter. Especially if the content creator is super loud compared to the video in question. You turn up the volume to hear anything and the moment they open their mouth your eardrums get assaulted. If both are too low or too high it's slightly annoying but you can easily compensate. But if one is way louder than the other one I always just skip the video entirely.
@@StaceyRPG No worries. I just point it out when I notice it in general. It seems to either be a "rookie mistake" or generally a thing that takes some time for people to figure out the perfect balance that makes the most people happy. Because let's be honest, somebody will always complain about something at the end of the day. And if I ever am in the shoes of every reacter(... reactor?) I've watched before the irony will likely be that my audio-levels will not be as I thought they should be or something like that. Good Luck Stacey!
@@StaceyRPG And honestly, to be perfectly fair, I had to check the video now again just to find why I actually pointed it out. It was only the start bit. After the first minute or two you were perfectly fine. And since I saw you fixing it when chat pointed it out I did watch it to the end.
@@Fransens yeah thanks! I am raising money to get a new mic and sound mixer so hopefully the videos will be better quality soon! Appreciate the feedback and kind words!
Sometimes it's hard to watch the 1.0 videos because those characters eventually became Ardbert's crew. T_T. They didn't start off that way, obviously. But I guess it was easier than just making new models and letting those go to waste.
i miss the days when Square was the undisputed king of CGI trailers; back then even non-jrpg fans looked forward to the new FF trailer because it was guaranteed to be a visual feast, even when it didn't make much sense. lmao
Your audio on the source video is way, WAY too low. You need to work on your audio mixing if you're going to stream this kind of stuff. It should be about double the volume what it is.
I don't think Stormblood was bad, it's just that the story wasn't as good, especially coming off from Heavensward and then going into Shadowbringers. It was better than pre-streamlining ARR at least.

It's taken me this long to realize that the class switches in the Shadowbringers trailer are in order of the classes shown in each expansion trailer.
But you did realize eventually. It's pretty cool.

Totally. For the longest time Dragonsong was my favorite Theme of 14 but after Endwalker, Answer has risen to Number 1
@@Thranng answers, shadowbringers, and endwalker footfalls will always be my favorites

Radz-at-Han is the other city that was shown in the Endwalker video.
That first location was originally Limsa. It can be seen in the tech demo, and later became Shadowbringers Crystarium.
Answers is one of the best songs ever written / performed... In ANY genre... At least in my opinion.
The music in SB trailers still gives me chills man. Ugh, best trailer hands down🤩🥶
Seeing 1.0's trailer try to hype up leves hurts my soul knowing how they eventually turned out.
I found the trailer to be super odd

I started playing just after Heavensward released, and the trailer for it made me main Dragoon to this day. It was just so epic and grand.
pretty sure that was the first manifestation of the echo
omg no way, I'm actually friends with your FC leaders! They've helped me run some of the end game content before! Small world :D

The ARR Song in the Demo....Remember it. It will all make sense soon enough
I love the song so much
She seems like somoene that has played the story... and remembers nothing... I book skipped basically all of it and I know more... What....
You’re so FREAKING COOOOOOOOOL you paid real money to be lazy af lol nice
XD like how it's like, "nah it can't be Kevin he's an archer" like we can't change jobs whenever we're not in combat anymore. XD

Super weird! Thanks for letting me know!
Just realized Cyrva is in 1.0 trailer. Or Cyella. Or whatever her real name was. Can't believe I missed it before!
I think Cylva was her name but Cyella was her not-very-good-fake-name like all the Warriors of Darkness have.
You miss one of the trailers, it's called "Flames of truth"
Oooo!! I’ll definitely need to react to it!
1.0 isn't Ardbert. It's still derplander. It's all Derplander.
At the end of Shadowbringers it doesnt matter cause spoiler:
We are all the same...
@@myoumyou90 It's a different world though. The battle at silvertear never happens in the first.
