If you can’t find a place for that hanging basket thingy, I think it would work well if you hung it on the back or front of a door. It might be good to put some toiletries in if you hang it on the inside of your bathroom door :).

Google the fridge that you have to see if that one is able to be switched around! Also in your bathroom…that is just mirror rot from the humidity. The reflective backing of the glass has just oxidized and maybe started peeling.
Sorry if I'm repeating other people's answer. Anyway that hanger you bought is actually a double hanger. You hang it on a pantry door (like you were doing) so you have the basket part inside for extra storage and a towel holder on the outside

A thought for you art cabinet- are there winde trays that slide out so you dont need to like, take out items to search for them? OR those stackable clear bins for the same concept? And clear bins would allow easy viewing for supplies you use often!

Wide washi tape with a scenery or plants and flowers can go over the bottom of bathroom mirror mishap.😊

some fridges can change which side the door is on, you'd have to like take the handles and hinges apart but it may be possible!
