Thomann are battering the competition in the UK, and rightly so ! Ive seen a few music shops close in Manchester , not able to compete. A few years ago I bought an ibanez mikro for a friends little boy, 2 working days arrived in UK, perfect ! £170 but dawsons near me wanted £280 for same guitar. I even rang thomann with a query- a nice lady answered, fluent english & helped me out for free, I think it was adding a cable & some strings to my order. Perfect 10/10 !!
Just a thought... why don't we just ask for a Harley Benton strat with um bootique specs? Stainless frets, wilkinson trem, some awesome pickups, tusq nut and locking tuners... a basics uprated superstrat - any other upgrades? just the AAA basics strat.
These seem nice ! BUT, way too expensive ... 68~98 for these is asking a bit too much IMO. I May be wrong, I know this brand is getting very popular, and for good reasons (I absolutely love both my HB Bass). Soooo ... what about Bass players ?? Feeling kinda left out from most of your new releases. No multieffects, barely any pedals ... I mean, if you could take ZOOM's B1x Four and rehouse it with an external effect loop, USB audio interface ... or just make the Bass version of the DNAfx GiT :D I'm on the market for one of those ;)
That was my thought till I priced 2 pedals of the same quality to do the job The important part is “ of the same quality” I bough some cheaper pedals from the Far East and frankly the biggest issue was noise so for me these are priced “ reasonably” Happy to be corrected
@@pauldncn1 well, these new ones do not seem to be simply rehoused existing pedals, so I can't really expect 20~25€ each. I have yet to see and hear a direct comparaison to a reasonably priced pedal that does half of what these new ones do, so it's very hard to judge. (IMO, any pedal can sound alright) As for "noise", it's typical for overdrive/distortion pedals, regardless of prices. It is also "normal" if using a bad power supply system in a badly insulated electrical environment 😉 (my house is horrible on that front, and I make it even worse with a cheap wireless system 😂😅)

HB was a great affordable alternative to the higher boutique priced stuff, but after they increased all prices big tims..no so great anymore sadly 🤥
