It sends me to internet recovery mode and then after I put in the internet password it gives me error -1007F do you know how to fix?

My mac pro 5,1 now has this ever time I power up, however if I then immediately press the power button for 8-9 seconds it powers down and comes back up and this time starts-up without issue. I do have a mac metal supported flashed graphics card that works just fine. I have replaced the pram battery, I have cleared the pram MANY times, I have run disk utility, no issues, but it persists. If I wait to long following the shutdown, it will do the same, so it seems like before the caps completely loose power, starting up again, seems to work? How are those related? not sure, any idea?

On my old mac that symbol came up. I couldn't even get to recovery mode or utility. So i just changed the harddisk to a new one and now it works perfectly😊

@tiffany3731 hi. Sorry for late reply. I had another hard drive laying around,so I replaced it. Just opened up macbook and took the old one out and put another one in and it worked for me 😊

Can you stop giving people this advice, asking them to spend $200 when they can barely press (command +r) when starting the laptop
