    Thank you, I finally have hope that I can heal my brain and get my life and memories back, and stop losing more time as time goes on. Doctors don't think I can heal but I know I can! I knew there had to be an answer, and here it is so I'm going to begin this journey today!

      Hey Dear! I’m glad that you are on your journey of healing from within. May you continue to find and bringing forth your true potential to heal (regardless of the limitation mindset of some health professionals!) The truth and power is within you.
      All the best ✨

      Hold your faith! Doctors told me I would not be functioning and I am prospering despite severe brain damage. I used San Qi after my TBI which helped so much. Various mushrooms help too - not referring to psychedelics. Eye therapy combined with exercise made my cognitive abilities reboot. Take your time and be kind to yourself in the process. 🙏🏻💕

      One-and a half years ago i had a stroke on my left side of the brain and my left side of body was paralized I couldn’t walk, my wife got me a wheelchair but i told her I refuse to sit on it I told her I was going to walk again and won’t be using the wheelchair being in my mid 40s and otherwise Healthy I couldn’t imagine using a wheelchair for the rest of my life. My Physical therapist was god-sent and helped me walk again and never got to use the wheelchair

    Left brain keeps pushing you forward, right brain makes you pause. Left brain is associated with the past and future. Happiness that is dependent on external environment is in the left brain.
    Carl Jung Four Archetypes
    We all have 4 characters within us
    Character 1 is thinking left brain (Spock)
    Character 2 is childish emotional left brain (lore (could be a vilian if my understanding is correct).
    Character 3 is right childish emotional brain. It's social, likes to play, addernalin junkie (big bean). It's the emotion of the present moment. It has no filters.
    Character 4 is right thinking brain, it's love, wisdom, and gratitude

    Thanks so much! Named mine 1-big bad boss 2- Cranky 3- happy Explorer 4-the Queen. My partner and I had ice cream before bed out on the deck. Woke up feeling bad with body aches. I need to put a brain magnet on my freezer. I grew up judgmental of C 1 because they were everywhere-demanders of my efforts without appreciating me as a whole person. I could produce results but knew I had a right brain and that is where I chose to live and focus out from, offering a safe place for souls to come heal. I’m still judgmental but now know that’s Cranky -so I see her and connect with her and she doesn’t have to act out, or, choose to numb the pain. That our addictive self lives in C 2 made a whole lot of sense. Thank you both. I have Dr Taylor’s book on Audible.

    Oh thank you so much for this brilliantly insightful conversation! I am very right brain experiential I also have a history of childhood emotional and physical trauma. I always believed my inability to sense my corporeal boundaries was wholly trauma related. how fascinating and additive to consider that i may not defer as easily to those kinds of rationality. My mind is addicted to problem solving so it is always a relief to feel i might be able to let myself off the hook ie not problem solve, certain aspects of myself. this is my first watch, i think im going to need a few watches to take in all this excitement!

    And I am so looking forward to getting to know them better! Finally, something that I can resonate with!
    And it so much makes sense to link them to past/future vs present!
    For now, I named them:
    * Spock
    * Party pooper / Joy magician
    * Bee / Fool (tarot card)
    * Yoda
