Our true citizenship is in heaven (Philippians 3:20)! Baby Modest has now officially become a Ugandan-American citizen, with birth certificates and a passport to prove it. She is now a free-born bona fide citizen of the two best countries in the world: America the land of opportunity, and Uganda the land of plenty, and the Pearl of Africa.
