Gyebale ko! We apologize for the extra-long delay between videos-balancing everyday life with the kids, nurturing our spiritual well-being and growth, editing the videos, plus all the behind-the-scenes work, while still making sure we get in our early morning coffee dates, takes a lot of effort and time with just 2 people! It seemed like we were fighting against something (or somebody) who just didn't want this video to come out. It was a struggle! But look at God...... this video is finally live after 2 months! Thank you Jesus! We’re also incredibly thankful for our many viewers and hope you’re enjoying our travel series!

For me Uganda is one of the most beautiful countries in the world.

I just want to commend your openness! As a Mozambican, I was surprised by your willingness to take your children to the dentist in Uganda because the west has a very poor understanding and view of Africa. We have good health services here, we have good education, we have all the things the west does but something is always lost in translation. Thank you for experiencing Uganda to the fullest. You have thought me how to approach newness and truly immerse myself and learn from other cultures. This video is so beautiful , us Africans cannot thank you enough. Yes, I say us Africans because to me we are one. It's really inexplicable
There are actually some of the best dentists in Uganda. Ugandans in diasporas actually prefer to have their teeth done in Uganda than in the countries they reside.
I agree, when they visit Southern Africa, It's always Namibia and Cape Town South Africa, they don't visit Zambia (my country), Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Malawi,Botswana, Madagascar and many other countries around it. It's so sad
Ok I’m Zimbabwean but the counting 😢 BANTU languages are so simillar. I’d count.. 1-Mosti /poshi, 2-phiri , 3-tatu ,4-ina,5-shanu, 6- tanatu ,7- nomwe,8-sere, 9- pfumbanmwe,10- Gumi. Just saying if you ever venture further south, you are set!! I also loved Joe’s take on the traffic reflecting harmony and the grace everyone gets while going at their own pace. That was so profound 🧐
@Tashas_Travels That is the job of your bloggers and vkiggers to do MORE and EARN MORE VISIBLIITY for your great nations because some African countries airport staff make it difficult for other fellow Africans to travel freely to document such wonderful experiences as I watvh the struggle with WODEMAYA channel who is trying hard to promote our unity. So just as Nigeria and Ghana developed their MOVIES AND MUSIC to showcase their locations, every nation should do same and OPEN UP BORDERS and develop their citizens. Best wishes.

Wow so glad you and your family visited Uganda 🇺🇬. You are right, Uganda is never talked about. Uganda looked like a nice place to visit. I agree with you on the excellent dental care that you can get abroad for significantly less than the cost in the U.S..
Here watching from Uganda 🥰🥰🥰, lol, and this exactly how we live, normally an average Ugandan doesn’t shop from the mall, we think it’s for the high class guys ( explains the high prices) we normally shop from our local markets where we can bargain and stay with in the budget I want to give you a thumbs up for driving through Kampala streets ( it’s not for the weak ) I watched the video to very end( that’s not me usually😂) seeing someone enjoy my home 😊

and you didn't even see the best parts like queen Elizabeth national park and go gorilla trekking , the bungee jumping of a waterfall, Rwenzori mountains ..and the road trips are always the best on the rural sides so much wild life and its amazing how the people get along with the animals and live with them .and there's still a lot more to explore.........i should invite you back to the pearl of Africa i take you around properly
They did see/show the BEST parts... Anyone can see the TOURIST parts but you rarely see the off script sections that are just as beautiful and fun. And, anything name Queen Elizabeth, in Africa, need not be visited until it is renamed after a prominent indigenous African figure. 🙄

I really enjoyed this video. You balanced showing Uganda, the family vacation experience as well as gave some history. But the part I really liked is how Alana put on her finance hat and made dental appointments and swim lessons for the kids because they were less expensive in Uganda. Showing that Uganda is a fully functioning city. Thank you for letting us travel with your family ❤❤. Your Air BnB experience wit all its amenities was fabulous. How do we find this? You could do a video on this alone. Joe you got loose at the end 😂😂

Cost of living is so unrealistic in Uganda. Imagine even Americans are finding cost of daily usables high for their dollar. Well that is not something to love about a country that has unemployment rate of over 70% with that overwhelming high cost of living

Thank you for your honest delightful and down to earth true depiction of the beauty of Uganda. I was born in Uganda and you vide makes me want to visit, right away! I have obviously been and I love Uganda but watching this my appreciation just soared 100 times more. And it is a beautiful country, hundreds down the most beautiful You impressed me very much, you portray Uganda in its full magnanimous beauty and you would have truly impressed and won the approval/admiration/respect of my sister - she was the Minister State for Tourism a position held in the last 8 yrs plus during her tenure Uganda won 1st place as the number 1 place to visit - Lone Planet. The fact that you visited with you children, some very young is impressive. I have watched a few of your videos, you have adorable, well behaved, humble, gracious, intelligent and truly social children very respectful of others and themselves, international children who are a truly well brought up in a multicultural world. When they visited they grandmother in Korea they were the same adorable children. Credit to you and your husband. In the future, God willing which he always is, I hope I can extend an invitation to your family so your an tour the rest or at least upcountry and know Uganda better for longer at a cheaper cost as in minus accommodation and some food costs. I live outside Uganda for the past 4 decades but the beauty of Uganda always takes my breath away.

It sure was a good way to end this video. They have been doing this for awhile now and really know how to edit. So no apology needed for the length of time between videos. I'll wait. It just keeps getting better. Been rocking with ya'll since the beginning. ❤❤❤ the Mazelee family
Wow so glad you and your family visited Uganda 🇺🇬. You are right, Uganda is never talked about. I was born in west Africa Monrovia Liberia but I consider myself a west African because my father from Nigeria, mother from guinea 🇬🇳 and grandmother from Mali 🇲🇱 so I consider myself a west African I was raised in Liberia and Nigeria 🇳🇬 but I’ve been to both Guinea and mali 🇲🇱
Hope youll come to nigeria some day. Glad you enjoyed Uganda been waiting for the next video and yeyy its here. Love your family
Uganda looked like a nice place to visit. I agree with you on the excellent dental care that you can get abroad for significantly less than the cost in the U.S..
Here watching from Uganda 🥰🥰🥰, lol, and this exactly how we live, normally an average Ugandan doesn’t shop from the mall, we think it’s for the high class guys ( explains the high prices) we normally shop from our local markets where we can bargain and stay with in the budget
I want to give you a thumbs up for driving through Kampala streets ( it’s not for the weak )
I watched the video to very end( that’s not me usually😂) seeing someone enjoy my home 😊
Thanks for sharing. Uganda now on my bucket list
I loved every bit of your video. I was so entertained & very engrossed watching this with my kids.. In the US but originally from Ug. Thank you for choosing 🇺🇬 now my kid's are making me promise to take them to the places they just saw in your video that they haven't visited yet 😂 ❤️
This ws good! Thank you for sharing the beauty of this country!
One thing about MazeLee they will give you quality, with a theatrical view. I love this channel ❤
Thank you for visiting and loving Uganda, we love too ❤️🇺🇬🇺🇬
Uganda is dope. The food are so good. My 3rd home Country I loved it. How was Kampala? The hustle and traffic was . Your husband drove in Kampala whoah.
Now I am adding Uganda to my bucket list, it is a beautiful place 😊
I was in Uganda last year for safari in Kampala and it was sooo Great! Thank you Joe n Alena for sharing video was superb even drone part. Music quality (Joe’s voice lol) the children and of course my gurl Alena! Love you guys!!💜🙏🏼✨😊
Am from Uganda, enjoyed the video...love your family especially the little one who always wants to seat in the front seat.
Just seen you visited Casia Lodge swimming Pool. My former work place. I was a storekeeper there. Thanks lots fir visiting our lovely country. LINCOLN HERE FOLLOWING YOU FROM QATAR.
and you didn't even see the best parts like queen Elizabeth national park and go gorilla trekking , the bungee jumping of a waterfall, Rwenzori mountains ..and the road trips are always the best on the rural sides so much wild life and its amazing how the people get along with the animals and live with them .and there's still a lot more to explore.........i should invite you back to the pearl of Africa i take you around properly
Surely u are right ✅️ they should revisit for all that experience
They did see/show the BEST parts... Anyone can see the TOURIST parts but you rarely see the off script sections that are just as beautiful and fun. And, anything name Queen Elizabeth, in Africa, need not be visited until it is renamed after a prominent indigenous African figure. 🙄
I so very much agree. I am not one born anywhere in Africa, but I support a petition for a name change.
Children of rich people should work from bottom to top then move to a new company then move to a new company afterwards to run it. 10 years in old company to learn ropes then give new business as anniversary present. 7 years to run said new business and not go into red. Then get to keep said business.
Amazing video, I am originally from Uganda now in the US. I enjoyed every bit of this video . Thanks for showing Uganda beautifully.
I love your family even when they get tired, that makes videos real. Keep up the interesting visits abroad. This is great for intertwining lives aroud the world its wonderful when Social Media is used wisely
The Nile special beer got Joe dancing
I was seeing the teenager videos for joe and surprised that side of him showed in Uganda
That was cool Alena for loving our country ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Wow see how beautiful Uganda is l will keep appreciating you for choosing to visit the pearl of Africa ❤❤❤❤❤ much love maximum respect 🙏 🫡
Wooooow amazing!!! I am glad you had a raw experience with Africa in Uganda and dived into it's culture first hand ..❤ from Zambia 🇿🇲
Africa is beautiful, what more can I say? It's the Motherland.
I wish i could like this video a million times. You have the best approach, the best attitude, the best narration, the best editing 👌, thanks for marketing Uganda 🇺🇬 and Africa at large ❤😃
Love this! It's awesome thst you and Joe are exposing the children to the world. Pelau! That's something I remember from childhood in the Caribbean.❤
WOW! I really enjoyed this video. Thanks for sharing your journey to Uganda.
Good job guys, you guys are great parents to go and show your children their root. God bless you both greatly.
The fact that you can drive in Kampala you get all the respect. I am Ugandan and I don’t think I can drive in Kampala yet
Right driving in kla ain't for the faint of heart
im from USA and was thinking the same thing.
She don't know why thought. That genocide is the reason many won't go there
@@kaleahcollins4567 gal what genocide? Don't confuse Rwanda for Uganda . Get ur facts checked
Right?
She is an expert driver...I was amazed ❤
This video was stunning!! I dont want it to end! You are so fortunate to be able to do this with your beautiful family. And Uganda!!! OMG... I want to be there. Im stopping halfway thru, cuz I just dont want this video to end!
Thanks Mazelee's, you were in my area. I go to Gaba beach for my Tilapia fix.
Thanks for truly seeing the BEAUTIFUL nation - Uganda. Most people miss it.
Very wise, if you can get health care there it's BETTER than US care. It's quality care .
I love love love the fact that even though you're on vacation, the children took the time to read. Great parenting😊
I'm Kenyan, and i think you got a good deal with Kampala. Amazing Uganda ❤. Next time come to Kenya 🇰🇪.
😂😂😂😂😂
I really enjoyed this video. You balanced showing Uganda, the family vacation experience as well as gave some history. But the part I really liked is how Alana put on her finance hat and made dental appointments and swim lessons for the kids because they were less expensive in Uganda. Showing that Uganda is a fully functioning city.
Thank you for letting us travel with your family ❤❤. Your Air BnB experience wit all its amenities was fabulous. How do we find this? You could do a video on this alone.
Joe you got loose at the end 😂😂
Thanks for sharing ur vacation with me feeling like am there as well....viewing from Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹 😀 loving this vacation 😊
omg I have been waiting and praying for yall!
If u visit ugandan and not love it and it's food, then you're the one with the problem coz wats not to love about uganda. I love uganda and am a proud ugandan. Thank u guys for visiting us. We love u
Ever green. Always sunny (can be scorching 🥵 at times). I am a proud happy Ugandan living in Uganda ❤
So true
Cost of living is so unrealistic in Uganda. Imagine even Americans are finding cost of daily usables high for their dollar. Well that is not something to love about a country that has unemployment rate of over 70% with that overwhelming high cost of living
@@namuganyidamalie4594yes, unemployment is high, but it’s also the highest entrepreneurialism is very high too.
@@namuganyidamalie4594😂if u are a ugandan well u know where we buy our items, not in those priced supper markets or markets. Everyone knows that, but for visitors ofcourse they go to easy to reach and convinient places, restaurants etc.
I have been waiting for this vlog because an flying to Uganda with my German family too soon and i wanted to see new places to visit coz we go back there eavery year .And the Food is unbeatable
You will be very welcome
I really want to go to Uganda now! Never had an interest before, but the place is beautiful and the people seem nice!
💯
we're nice 😂❤
No apologies needed. It was well worth the wait. Loved, loved, loved the video. If I am ever become financially able I would love to visit Uganda. Thank you so very much for showing the beauty of the Motherland. ❤❤❤❤❤
This is probably one of my most fave videos from you all. I watched every bit of it with a smile on my face. Thank you for showing Africa in this light. And thank you both even more for how you approach new cultures, the ppl, and how you raise your children to be open and embracing. I did not hear one complaint about food, climate, smell, accommodations, ppl... whatever and that says a lot about who you all are as people. I love that your children are getting exposed to so much... if will def shape who they are for the better. Now this is how you use a platform. I love this! Also...I saw Joe and baby in Sprouts in Glen Burnie a few months ago. And I just respected your space but I wanted to come up and say I love watching yall so much! So here it is..I love watching yall!!!! 😅😅😅
Thanks for sharing Uganda with us. What a rich experience you all had. The vlog was done so well, like being there. Akyli and Amaya are your twins Alena. Your children are so well behaved. That is due to how involved you and Joe are and speaks of the love and attention they have received.
wow😮 Uganda is a very beautiful country.... you really showed it well. Thanks for the beautiful video I really enjoyed it so nice ...wow!!!! May the Lord be with you and your beautiful family. It was so nice to see my beautiful Africa. I love Uganda one day by the grace of God I will surely visit it . Amen.❤🎉 We re proud for Africa continent bravo sis love❤

tukwagala nnyo.
Man so much of Africa looks like Jamaica, I think I would be perfectly at home in the Motherland!!!
Thanks for sharing your holiday @mazelee!!
At 18:20 the David concert advert 😂😂😂😂 Nigerians must always represent 🇳🇬🇳🇬
Also loving Uganda through the eyes of the Mazelee family
That's not Davido, it's another artist in uganda called David lutalo
@@lyndabrandnewit's Davido nawe watch again
I’m happy for you too guys that chose Uganda 🇺🇬 and you enjoyed your family holiday was fun 🤩
How did Joe steal the show? From narrating to dancing? Making friends, trying new foods. Lol. I didn’t know he was ‘fun’😅😅😅💜
It's easy making friends in Uganda , just a simple hello and a smile on your face , 😊they will tell you everything that happened in their day
@@veronanabulime7610 lol 😆 omg
Thank you so much for the visit
I've been away from home for 4 years but your video has lifted my spirits
🎉🎉🎉🎉❤
