Normally I'll do 1 core exercise at the end of my upper body lifting sessions (x2 days a week), usually 3-4 sets to failure. Hanging leg raises and bicycle crunches are what I do most of the time.
Yeah I'll post a plyometrics video sometime soon. I don't really follow a regular plyos routine because most of the time my plyometric stimulus just comes from my dunk sessions and sprints. I do occasionally do some bounding and lateral movements so I'll include those in a video.

What is active recovery on day 6 snd 7
Anything low intensity and low impact like walking, swimming, yoga, stretching, foam rolling, getting shots up 🏀 etc
