Yes, this shows Kevin made the right career choice because I just don’t see NBA in his future. But 4 celebrity MVPs is no small feat lol. That said, he showed confidence and clearly didn’t care what other people thought about him the next day at school. A lot of kids who are much taller and more skilled or shorter n skilled never played whether they cared about what others thought too much, low self esteem, knucklehead, grades whatever. You never want people to say there goes such and such what a waste of talent he was. Kevin wasn’t shy… Those are rare qualities growing up which I believe later on helped him become the man he is today.
The moral of the story here is, start your kids early. I started playing football at age 6 and was a stud when I was in my 20s. I started playing basketball too late, at age 13, and was scared when I went up against better players in my 20s. Start your kids early.

I first played basketball when I was 5; I sucked (because I was 5) and spent the next 15 years thinking it was not the sport for me simply because that opinion of myself was formed at such a young age. Interesting that we seem to have opposite experiences.
