I must say i do like Kate's enthusiasm, but the observation all of you have is amazing!. Please keep up the good work you do of recording our past before it's gone!. thanks for the great program.
Well, that is one way "to get a head"! hahaha Great jinds. My favorite part is the "CAT SCAN"!!!! Too bad you don't have a dog so you can get a "LAB REPORT" too hahahaha. Thank you for the treasure hunt!!!
The long pointed mystery thing looks like it horn. Very old horn tool! On the non pointed end it looks like it has a center and possibly layers where the horn grew larger.
Hello, ladies! The first thing that came to mind- concerning the long clay object, broken end- could it be a shuttle, used for weaving fishing nets? Love to Sunny, and thank you again for a fabulous adventure!
Sunny is priceless! After all he is the one that always gives the wooden box full of wonders a once over and or stamp of approval with a purrr....., his drum roll. Haha! So many bits of mystery. I'm stumped on the ceramic thingy that Kit found. I do like the idea of you selling little bags named "bits of mystery" in your shop, because if the buyers felt so inclined they could make crafts with them, take photos or make video shorts (maybe a couple minutes or so) of what they put together and you could show them on your channel. That would add some fun and virtual interaction. eh? L0vE both of you and your whimsy and silliness.
Put a tiny white bead for the head and make a h at and hair out of what you have. I just love your emotions when you find something. All different. Susann
The second eye could be from a teddy bear? Why is it always the HEAD! The eye is amazing! Our new favourite thing is to compose disturbing faces/figures from our doll parts, lol. Aww, some fantastic finds from the Beach of Dreams! xx
In addition to enjoying all your wonderful, exciting finds - especially the eyes! - I absolutely love the awesome dynamic of the relationship between the two of you. It's adorable. I watch as much for your personalities as I do for the mudlarking! I especially love seeing the tiny things that you find. You are both so good at finding these teeny wonders!
@@MudlarkingWithKitCaboodlers How wonderful - and all the more for Sunny to walk through, knock over and generally move about haha. He's a gorgeous cat. I have a 'helper' too - a tuxedo named William :)
LOL, the timing was perfect for when you pick up the ducks head and the bird made it's noise in the background 😂. It was pure kismet!! Possibly you could include in your Etsy store group parcels of "objects found"(clay pipes, clay marbles, blue/white bits, etc.) I know it's really hard to part with objects 😌😒, but I'm sure your TH-cam family would be THRILLED to own such fascinating bits of UK history....🤷 just a thought. Yet another fun and fabulous adventure video with you two lovely ladies 🤗. Looked like Sir Sunny was up for a game of shooting marbles on the round up😄😆. Silly kitty meow boy😸😻. 🙏's, 🕉️and ☮️ to your precious family 😍. 😊🤗🤭😘.
I agree with others. Although the things you've both crafted is great and hopefully we'll all be able to get something from your shop eventually. Well done selling out before some of us finished watching the video. Some of the items just as they are would be good sellers - cod marbles, sea glass, bottle stoppers, hag stones, slag glass, etc. I think the fusion glass is beautiful personally.
The money head looks like a stopper or lid for something, maybe a candy container. Later on today I will be rebuilding parts of of a pair of large china doll arms each about 4" (10 cm) long.
I Love your videos and I appreciate them so much☮️🇨🇦Fleur you find and create beautiful things, you have the eye of an artist, no question about it. Also Kate’s joy finding things makes me smile.
LOVE the opening of the round up with SunnyCat in the box, just charming and a bit of a "thing" on your round ups. :) WOW-WOW-WOW what a great treasure finding day! Just so much to be excited about and your enthusiasm when your find your treasures is infectious. Fleur- I'm was super excited when you found and brought home the "odd shaped" elongated item with the slanted end. When you picked it up on the beach, the first thing that popped into my head was "is that a dinosaur tooth?!" I know nothing about dinosaur fossils so this is just a wild thought I was entertaining but then you said it was ceramic so that was the end of that idea! LOL It's really a rather intriguing item indeed. Kate, so happy for you and all your precious doll bits an bobs. I think that there is something so special about these types of finds. To know that they were once part of a child's toy...especially a doll. Dolls are what many of us learn to love and nurtured as children that they just are sort of comforting. Even in their dismantled state they emanate a sort of peace and comfort. Soooooo very happy that your favorite beach has bestowed so many wonderful finds for you! Thanks for the video, it was wonderful.
I believe the that is a tube bead not a pipe stem. You found lots of great things. I wish we had places like that to search. Lol I'll have to settle for arrowheads. Thanks for another great video.
Thanks for sharing your video ladies 👍☺ Loved all of your finds. Why are there so many heads? And so many headless figures? Oh there was a figure of a baby or child or 2 children that I think Kate found but I didn't see it in your round up. Did you keep it? It looked interesting. Just a wonderful beach though ❤ Cheers Deb
So very jealous of all the beach glass I saw I wish I had one hour to pick up all the glass I love beach glass makes me very happy to look at ur soooooooo lucky to have it near you
Lovely film. ‘Thingummybob the Bastille’ is my favourite phrase of the day. Btw to check if something is jet just find a piece of limestone and draw a line with the object - if it’s jet it will make a brown line. If it’s sea coal it will be black.
I love being able to see new things threw your eyes. Thank you all for that. I get just excited as you all do when you find things. Thank you. And in early.....yaaaaa
hi girls, great video, excellent finds, i’ve never seen a coloured pipe stem, must be unique if it is one, my favourite is the pipe bowl with the man on. happy hunting girls. x
Sunny playing with the marbles really made me laugh out loud. Such a typical cat thing to do. No round up would be complete without Sir Sunny! Here in the US the rhyme is as follows: Little Jack Horner Sat in a corner Eating his curds and whey He put in his thumb And pulled out a plum And said, "What a good boy am I?"
@@juliet5114 Yea.....you're correct. This time I got confused. Miss Muffet was eating curds and whey. I don't recall what Jack was eating here in the Midwest, but it wasn't Christmas pie. :(?? Thanks for the reminder ;)

What fantastic finds!!!! What an amazing site!!! Wow, just wow! You all are so lucky to live in a country with such extensive history! I have 3 cats and I laughed so hard watching Sunny playing with the marbles. That clay pipe with the face on it is adorable! Cheers!
I think your third “eye” is actually a bead from the end of a hat pin. The hole is where the pin would have been 🙂 Some interesting finds. I enjoy your mudlarking adventures 🙂

You made me laugh out loud when you were singing “nothing has a head.” Next..a purr from your lovely cat. Is that odd thing a burnishing tool? I bought a little bag of sea glass about two weeks ago, maybe you could sell sea glass.
9:31 love that chunk of flint... would have grabbed it for sure and made a few arrow heads.... it looks like it has already produced a few maybe dropped?

That little toy body would make great earrings Kate! You could stick a small bead on there to make a head maybe? Make a mold of it 😊 just a creative thought I got ! I luv how you get so excited!!! I wonder if that bigger eye was someone’s real glass eye?
The cat’s paw batting marbles in a box was adorable.
When the eyes and nose piece were shown at about 35:20, they reminded me of something. Now I remember - Mr Potatohead from the 1960s!
Guess, knife sharpener stone? Great goodies!

I know why Sammy is always in the finds box, he is the best ‘find’ of all. 😻
Kerry Hughes his name is Sunny! He’s the bestest find for sure!
Hello, ladies! The first thing that came to mind- concerning the long clay object, broken end- could it be a shuttle, used for weaving fishing nets? Love to Sunny, and thank you again for a fabulous adventure!
Terri Worley I was thinking the same thing. In my mind I saw yarn, or netting material wrapped around it.
Sunny is priceless! After all he is the one that always gives the wooden box full of wonders a once over and or stamp of approval with a purrr....., his drum roll. Haha! So many bits of mystery. That is a really good idea :)
42:04 maybe its used as leather sewing kit, to flatten leather or something like that
The tiny tea cup would make beautiful earrings that hang by their handle you could even paint patters on them.
