My screentime has to be so much lol I listen to youtube and podcasts and audiobooks pretty much all day while I work and I can't fall asleep without something familiar playing. I fall asleep to old danny gonzalez videos a lot

I just checked my phone out of curiosity and it shows 72 hours of TH-cam a week. That’s over 10 hours a day. I don’t even sleep with TH-cam on or anything, so that’s outright concerning.

I've had 'accidental sharing' happen to me no longer than 2 weeks ago. I own a business and I have an IG signed in on my phone.
I also watch some gaming videos with commentary to sleep. I usually see about 10 minutes of the video and fall asleep.
~2 weeks ago I woke up and when I checked my phone I had a like on some message. I found that during sleep I shared some random Hearthstone streamer (at 4AM) to not 1 but 2 different business profiles on IG and one of them liked it.
I have to admit: I thought long and hard how I am going to explain this to them and if I should explain it at all or what they're going to think, but eventually I decided that probably it was some employee that saw it and sorta discarded it as 'some random share' so I just 'unsent' it and let it go.
Gunner this is important, set a timer for half an hour/an hour or however long it takes you to fall asleep, where you choose the song ‘When Timer Ends’ select Stop Playing, and whatever you have on will stop.

9hrs 48mins for me, it's pretty much just TH-cam and Facebook. I have a rule that I can be on my phone if I watch or learn about something educational. I'm only on my phone while breastfeeding, pumping or washing dishes. If not I'm tending to my baby, her needs, my needs, and chores.
