It would help to set language to set the language you stream in? While you search through a list of streamers it'll shorten the list. Assuming no one wants to listen to a stream where you can't understand a word of they're saying right?
Biggest tip. Stop hitting go live and expecting people to find you. You need to get your content in other places like YT or TikTok or even IG Reels for Facebook. Expose yourself to other people and bring them to your page.
No matter what game I stream no one comes to watch my streams. I’ve been streaming for years and I’ve just now took it seriously since I got a cool new pc and got a lot of games. But I’ve been taking some advice from your channel and taking tips from your vids but nothing has worked. Am I cooked ?
Go back and rewatch your streams, see if there's anything you wouldn't like as a viewer (dead air, too busy graphics, etc.) Also experiment with more games

Why do you feel the web cam is so important? I think it is a distraction and tend to watch more streams with less junk on the screen.
It's harder to build a relationship with your audience without one. (Vtubers are an exception)
I won't even watch a stream if they don't have a camera
