ren zie nope. I was talking of a BELTED note (not head tone, not whistle). Mori can only go up to the 5th octave in this register. Also, this comment was like half a year ago and through research, I eventually came to know that divas like Regine, Jona, and Jaya to mention a few also hit the same note Charice did here (C#6). But for the record, it is the highest BELTED note Philippine pop artists have ever hit.
+Aizen Knaik Actually G#5 is the highest note Charice hit here. Jaya, Sheryn, Jona and Regine have hit higher, BELTED notes (Jaya and Sheryn: A5, Regine: B5, Jona: C6)
I saw a vid of charice where she hit Bb5. I don't remember the title of the video or the song.
Charice has a collab years ago with Unique (American artist) entitled "Where ever you are". It's very catchy, up to date with high vocals. She also has an original entitled "Fingerprint" w/c isn't included in any of her albums. Other Charice originals note worthy are "Reset", Lesson for Life, New World, Grown Up Christmas List, Are We Over, I Love You, Nobody's singing to me, Bounce Back, Before it Explode, Lighthouse, Never Always etc.. She has lots of great originals. Her new album Catharsis will be the next frontier, she's into "alternative" music now also (i.e. Incubus, Silver Chair). I know soon Charice will even mention bands like Placebo and Suede..

Charice was given a gift very exceptional, extraordinary almost unreal 😱 loved watching her before, I feel bad she destroyed her voice... not a lot can sing and nobody can sing like her... today she's just like everybody else, ordinary 😭 she threw away a very special gift from God 😔
Liked. No matter how powerful and high Charice sings, I always cringe whenever she tosses that mic up in the air. I know it's part of showmanship but I'm dreading the thought that one day she might make a miscalculation and drops it lol

Your best reactions are the Lady Gaga ones. You know why? Cause she´s a real artist with soul and artistry. These girls just scream and lack personality in their voices. I suggest reacting to the original ones: Whitney, Mariah and the likes. That´s the real deal and uniqueness. Or maybe Donna Summer or Barbra.
