I couldn't resist and recently remixed your gorgeous song :) Added some energy in my own style, I really hope you like it. I wish you a Happy New Year and more creative success in the future! Rock on!
This is really nice through one line you captured both the corporate hell of deep rock galactic as a company and the heroic aspect of the game's character. AND it damn hits. WE'LL BE WORKING OVERTIME⛏⛏⛏
When I listened to your Lost and Renowned song my 2 year old daughter immediately repeated the going down part and wants to listen to it every now and then. She doesn't know of the connection to her father's game, so you can tell that it's really good art you've done there to motivate my kid dancing and singing...and this song, oh I bet she will like it too 😊
Yet another song of yours that I enjoy; the dark and melancholic vibes mix well with the more uplifting tones. A real damn fine piece of work! Next time ye hit the bar, beer's on me.
I saw this get released on Spotify 3 days ago and I blasted it at work all day long while the boys crushed out the work. I love your music keep making more DRG music
I love your harmonies. It makes me think that the barbershop style might work well for one of these songs. Just imagine a barbershop seventh locked in and ringing through the whole cave.
Mat Zenk, you are an awesome musician. I really like your drg fansongs, especially the chorus parts. Would love to see a song thats sung by all 4 dwarwes at the same time.
One of the things that I always love in particular about DRG is that in any other game a place like Hoxxes IV - a.k.a. infested with monstrosities at least as big as the player, incredibly oppressive atmosphere and possessing regions where THE PLANET ITSELF is actively trying to kill you - would be an endgame dungeon, if not the final place you visit in the game. Here, though? You come here on a daily basis for your nine-to-five and make it look easy. Dwarves are just built different.
The og Rock and Stone Shanty, Lost and Renowned, Nitra Hammer and Pick and now this absolute banger. I definitely found my favorite DRG fan song artist. Keep it up!
Rock and Stone brothers. Load up the drop pod brothers, i have your backs. Lights flamethrower I'll be hosting the barbecue outside. See you on the other side.
I'm glad I read the description, HELL YES I wanna see these DRG shanties in proper acapella (with industrial background) are you kidding me? I don't remember it being a problem before but the autotune seems especially pronounced in these latest two. I mean no offense of course, the songs themselves are fantastic but the vocals are too robotic and detract from the overall experience. I dunno, maybe it's just me.
More, you are the best artist who gives this forgotten games glory and motives. What game next? I advice darkest dungeon and Rimworld, this games can create interesting story
Rock and stone brother! Glad to see clothe DRG song. The auto tune is less noticeable in this one, so no complaints from me. Though I am still interested in the acapella version
if the rock and stone shanty is "dwarfy" side of the game, this feels like the space prospector side to it.

"Tell the bugs to get in line, we'll be working overtime."
Also relevant to Coilgun users.
I got that in the first month of me playing DRG because I was doing a refinery mission in I think Crystalline Caverns. As a scout. It was pain.

Nicely done good work on the lyrics, I also would most certainly like to hear shanties in acapella I think it would be great.

I really like this one! I think the main vocals would be better with less filter on them, but that is personal preference.
I think a mix of this and Nitra Hammer and Pick would be good

Why did i ever unsubscribe from this guy?
I really like your tracks, but it's the liveliness and power in the songs that is lacking. The epic that is in the original DRG soundtracks.
Lets wait for doomer remix)
