Join Lubin on this epic five-part adventure living out of a small boat for eight days on the river chasing the mighty Murray cod! @thefullscale-fishingadvent2917
The green surface lure you found is a Warlock Cod Hopper. Cheap lure from BCF, the yellow 90mm version is one of my favourite skinny water lures to use!
Good episode Lubin, looks like hard work but always worth the effort when it comes together 🤞..... I'd have to agree about a river that is already rising, always hard work.
Great video and looking forward to the next part. Wow the gear you managed to fit in the boat is amazing. I like the top carpeted panels you fit. Do you have video of your punt setup with the panels as that is something I would like to do as also looking to get a smaller boat for low water times like that
Awesome video Lubin, love the new punt as well and I really like the way it's laid out. I've been looking to make a fishing platform for fly & lure casting that is light weight and portable, your new punt really has me thinking this may be the ideal vessel 👍
That photo wall of all those cod with lures would have to be one of the all time best
Very excited for this series. And very excited to see what you do with this punt, such an epic set up!!!
My god Lubin, the preparation required for these trips you do is unbelievable!! Well done! Looking forward to part two!!

They look like they would catch!
They are good enough for skinny water, both great for the bigger rivers. Biggest I have caught is an 80cm with the yellow
been waiting on this, how exciting, good stuff lubin mate
Love how the flat top is placed on. do you have any pictures of how it's attached?. cheers
Good stuff, i get the feeling something big gunna go BOOF...

Many thanks mate! I love the new punt super stable and so versatile. They build them in swan hill vic.
Love the new Punt ! Ideal for the snaggy rivers/ creeks. Surprising the amount of gear it holds. What length is it ?Look forward to part 2.
See ya tomorrow legend 🐐
🙌🙌
Love ya brag wall lp
Lots of good memories!
Fantastic vid Lubin! Love the punt, takes me back to barra fishing days in FNQ. Deckboards are a great idea - how do they stay in place?
Many thanks Peter! Those boards were cut with the curve of the boat so they hold themselves in place
Awesome video mate. One quick question ?. Why are you so concerned on the water clarity, if you are top watering fishing ?.
Thanks mate. Clearer water will definitely make them bite topwater better
Great too see mate looking forward too the next one.how did you mount the carpet floor on top of the punt mate
Awesome mate, thanks. It’s on an alloy frame with ply
Thanks
What river is this mate??
I wanna go fishing, too! enjoy mate!
Thank you!!
