These foreign buyers seriously need to stop making our homes unaffordable for us. Seriously hate seeing them driving around in nice cars and living in multi million dollar mansions while we fight for scraps.
It’s absurd to me that a house in Maple Ridge can cost over a million dollars :(
The reason home prices go up is because the government decided to secretly tax you. They did that by printing more money. They devalued the money. Smart people know to store their money in places that go up in value. The root cause of the problem you see is the printing of money. Foreign buyers are not the issue. Freeland the Canadian finance minister invested 2 billion dollars of tax payer money into a company that does not exist. Our government is the issue.

I don't understand american Bedrooms for the Kids or Gast. Where do you put all your stuff? I mean Toys, Books, all kinds of Equipment...? There is no space to interact. Usually there is a Bed and maybe a Tv on the Wall and that's it. I like the big Livingrooms tho.
Is this property prone to flood?
I dont think so. The neighborhood has been there for a long time. I don't think this is in a flood zone.

This house is terrible. It’s like a mini house, colour scheme is atrocious. Why try and fit so much in to a small house.. As a builder/developer I would not put my name to this house…. Come on Mandeep, you have been in so many fantastic houses, this is not one of them…
