- We are going to be touring some of the most exquisite homes in Canada and for our very first tour we had the pleasure to work with Maz Majidi (listing agent) and Marble Construction (Property Developer) to feature an award winning custom built project located at 1225 Renton Road, West Vancouver.

The presenter wasn't able to present some of the parts of the house which is very important since you wanted to showcase the best features in this house. She looks gorgeous yet she sound bored while talking. She doesn't seemed excited in what she's doing geez..

Coincido con vos. Despues de ver los videos de COTAPAREDES Arquitectos, y otros mexicanos mas, que recorren las casas sin cortar cámara, explicando materiales, etc, ya no puedes bajar a estos niveles de presentación, que no muestran la entrada concreta, orientación, medidas (super importante), el audio de la chica no es óptimo. Indiscutiblemente es hermosa la casa, pero hay que saber venderla! A veces el glamour es aburrido

Lovely girl and beautiful home, I will only say some things that could (in my opinion) be improved:
1. I can’t count how many times she said “as you can see”. It was tiring. When she said words like fabulous and massive etc I didn’t feel that she was really excited. I got the feeling that she had to to follow a script and didn’t have the freedom to express herself the way she wanted.
2. The camera man is horrible, you are filming the house, plus so many changes on the girl made me dizzy.
3. The editing was not so good, changing from one frame to another was not nice. Just record a single video without multiple shots and let it flow continuously. It will be even easier for you later in the editing.
With some practice I’m sure you will reach PERFECTION!

I am interested about what caused the messed up sound work. I mean, 90% volume is in left ear. Is this error in editing or hardware. I see some videos with similar issue and wonder, if they just dont care in editing or what.

Beautiful home. But as a designer it’s sad to see how this is just like the other 1000 homes being built lately. They are almost all identical looking It seems.
Ah. Your talking about adding character to contemporary looks without the gothic looks of the old rich crown look from the Victorian look. What would you change when it comes to the interior to achieve what it is that I think your talking about.
@@Beniamin6665 no. I’m talking about designing a contemporary home that doesn’t look like a direct copy and paste of materials and layout of every other contemporary home. I know they aren’t all the same. But if you look at the majority of contemporary homes, they share many similarities. Light wood floors, white walls and grey/black accents and furniture. Kitchens: dark cabinets with a light island. Bedrooms are light floors, light furnished and darker greyish walls. Full height windows everywhere with glass railings for stairs and balconies. Marble is used to highlight “features” like showers and islands to make that the center piece of the room. But in the end if you look at most contemporary homes, they are too similar and almost always look too much like a copy and paste, if not they look like they were designed by AI using the same parameters for everything and AI just changed the layout slightly. If that makes sense. There’s just little to no variation anymore

Any glass should have covered railings and most don’t. I love contemporary. The only thing is they should be made with more inviting warmth and contrast. Most are not. There is a lot of room for improvement through its next levels of evolution. It takes thinkers, visionaries to paint them to life…

There is a problem in the roof I can see water in the sides?? Can you explain was it just raining and why is it holding water is it waterproof is there water inslatons becuse I can assure you that water like this is no good, is there a problem with the roof slope??
That is the first thing I noticed as well. There is water on the one side of roof a pool of it and that will then develop in many problems. Make sure you get a new roof for this10 mil price tag.
