    If you want a comfy sedan, the ES350 is the best. If you want a sporty sedan, the IS. A sport mid-size sedan, the GS.
    Lexus has everything you need, tbh.

    Nice detailed review as always Cameron does! Some day I'll switch over to ES 350 from my daily driver 15 Acura TLX.

    I learned from my son that if the L in Lexus on the steering wheel doesn't sit level , that there could be alignment issues. This one doesn't, unless the wheels are turned. I guess it is.

    Hey Cameron. I actually don't understand why Toyota continues to have this button blanks on a 48k car. Wow. I don't even have those in my 16 Camry XLE Hybrid which costs a lot less. I don't see paying this much for this vehicle. Great Review By the Way!

    although lexus reliability is great compared to its German and other Japanese luxury rivals, it has a lot of quirky design cues that hold it back from really being considered a fierce competitor. For starters lexus needs to improve the cabin and dash layout of its IS and ES models as they are inconvenient (ex. cup holder placement). Also for this model they should have gone with fully digital gauges as the ones shown here remind me too much of the camry.

    That center dash screen looks way too small. Kinda sad since the IS got an upgrade and RX has a massive 12 inch screen.

      We have this model and it's just fine. We rarely use the system since there are buttons that work everything you mainly use.

    This NOT a review. You didn't even drive the car. It is simply a commercial for the car.

    The front grill looks horrible. Hope Lexus improves the front grill and
    make it more sleek and upgrade the aesthetics of the car.

    I've always liked the ES, but in the back of my mind I'm hearing "It's a gussied-up Camry V6". Let's face it, it looks A LOT like a Camry on the outside. Lexus needs to differentiate the exterior from the Camry a lot more in the future. That certainly makes it seem a lot less special and a lesser value for the money. When you compare it to a comparable MB or BMW though, it's much better value for money. I'd be more curious to know how this compares to a larger, cheaper Toyota Avalon.

      palebeachbum couldn't agree with you more. I've always liked the ES models throughout the years. Bang for your buck kind of car, but the aesthetics are just so bland. I'm not looking for sporty or "sexy" by any means, but something to differentiate itself from the Camry. They just look so similar to each other that I don't feel as inclined to buy one. It doesn't ooze luxury like the IS or GS even, nonetheless the Audis and Mercedes of the world. I almost feel like the Avalon would be a better purchase.

      I have a 2010 ES & I never looked back. I'll take bland & dependability over bells & whistles any day. I've always thought the ES more resembles the Avalon (especially since '13) than the Camry. These cars are incredibly reliable as opposed to Mercedes/Audi/BMW/Infinity. I cannot see myself owning any other model vehicle for the rest of my years.Then again, I never buy new so I can still get that dependability yet save mucho $$. As for those modern grills, OUCH they are fugly!!

    • @andybub45
      @andybub45 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Funny thing is you can get a used Lexus ES350 cheaper than a Camry V6 nowadays. And the ES is much easier to find in good shape

    Why is this being compare to the garbage American cars. This competes with Germans.
