    We lived in Palmdale for 21 years and I just couldn’t take the wind any longer

    I like the home!! However, I don't like the area Palmdale, Lancaster, Rosamond.

    For the people who have a problem with AV. Take your 800k to SFV and see what that get you .. or you can always move to Malibu

      ​@@vigorlilover I was born and raised in the surrounding area. I just don't see any allure to living in a home for that price in that location. I realize California in general is very expensive for real estate, so $1M gets one only so far. But I'd rather shop around and avoid that city since I just don't like the location. It doesn't offer much. Personally, I wouldn't want to live in California today, though I do love the state in general and it has beauty abound. Not a California hater, just prefer to watch how my dollars are utilized.
