Good layout appart from the bathroom
Needs a bit of love and a few improvements, as long as the hull is in good condition it's priced fairly.

Now THIS is an odd one - the social spaces at either end and separated by the private spaces in between...!
An unusual layout however I can certainly understand why it was done that way.
On Monday of this week i had 40k spare in my account, if i wasn’t married id have bought this 😢

Layout feels cobbled together … and 8 year post survey. … 44k fair given it will need work , but barring any crazy hull issues .. and the engine was very speedily glanced over … it’s not going to lose much if any value
Bizarre layout, which somehow made the boat feel cramped and had no proper flow.
