Wow. Amazing boat. I think, out of all the videos I have looked at, this is the only one where I have thought 'If I was looking for a boat I would be calling up to ask if it was still available.' She has all the comforts that I enjoy at home. And, being just under 58' she is a go anywhere boat!
Wow that water in the engine bay doesn’t look good . But what a lovely boat reminds me of a posh hotel £20 k over priced . If you’ve got yourself £250k you could see out your days on there and never work again if your around the 50 age group
Note to Ruby Boat Sales: You really should address the negative comments regarding the swimming pool ( and dripping ) in the engine compartment. Can't imagine that would be normal.
It's the sump for the rope type stern gland, the bilge pump will empty it when the float kicks in, that's how they work. I see a narrowboat on your profile pic, thought you would know a bit about them?
@@philelliott5327 Whilst a drip from the stern gland is normal, permitting the water to accumulate to that level is not and can be indicative of poor care. Alternatively, it suggests rainwater entering the engine bay. Either way for the sake of the steel it should be pumped well before this point and ideally kept dry.
@@CruisingTheCut after enquiry it turns out that in order to get the boat prepped and put ready for selling after a 4-5 day boat transfer the owners washed down the decking area with a high pressure hose and missed the detail of dry vaxing the bilge afterwards🙄. an easy rectification but agree it looked unsightly, i might go over and take a look over the whole boat as ill be in the area soon.
@@CruisingTheCut David I totally agree with you. .... my old boat had this problem and it caused no end of issues. I have seen the explanation as to where the water came from, a wash down! So it's either a leaky stern gland that has been neglected or its a sales team who have neglected to check the boat prior to filming. If I was viewing the boat in person I would be concerned and start to negotiate the price down.. If I was filming the pre sale video I would edit it . Either way it needs checking with a survey. As for the other comment about you cutting the back off your boat ?...... i still have firelighters and a box of swan vesta and tomorrow is the 5th 😂,
Nice boat, but about 20k overpriced. What's up with the drip drip drip in the engine compartment. Not enough head height for me I suppose but thanks for sharing.
She certainly looks a very high spec boat. However I'd be very worried about all that water in the engine bay, it's obviously an ongoing serious problem or it would have been dried out prior to putting it on the market. Not the boat for me I'm afraid, the layout is the wrong way round. If you were soaking wet after steering all day in the rain you'd drip water all over the bedroom. A reverse layout is the only practical one, so I'll have to keep looking.
Fit out very good Price high but it will be paid by someone Against ...... In line bed Pump out toilet Hire boat engine type okay but a scruffy water filled bilge rings alarms.

Stunning boat, even has a built in swimming pool!.. 😂😂😂😂😂
I remember the last time you had it for sale. I learned a new word back then...!
@@normg2242 was it a good word or bad word out of interest?.. 🤷
@ED435I .. a good word. It means "walking in a purposeful manner towards an indistinct goal"
Different boat same name ... I thought was familiar name other was a shorter boat
@johnhartley6420 oh, that could be...lol
stunning boat

Yeah bilge needs pumping eh?

Yes it's normal.
@@philelliott5327 Letting the water accumulate to that level is not “normal”
I was trying to bring a bit of balance to the "Like a swimming pool" or "Oh it's sinking" pundits.
Wow! Stunning
Nice boat bit steep on price .
How much to stop the leak?
Nice boat, shame about the swimming pool in the engine bay.....

@@CruisingTheCut They could just hack the back of their boat off and let the water drain out!😂

What a great boat x
The price
Very nice but way overprice,as mentioned in comments it has a problem in engine room when you buy it.
Can see the drips going into the engine bay. Otherwise nice boat but quite a bit overpriced.
Interesting boat. £99,950. Looks really good for a 16 year old boat.

Nice boat, price: £99,950
All things considered, not bad in my opinion. Less than half the price of my 1 bed flat.
Shame about the leaking hull. 😮
Note the engine is dripping something..😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅

I want the 240inch TV
I would guess the prop shaft seal is leaking...
Above my pay grade unfortunately

Nice boat but £100k for a 16 year old boat. 2008. Buy a new boat for that
You definitely could not buy a new boat for 100k 😂
New Boat with 2K of solar, Lithium battery's etc. You are staring at well north of 200K
hahahahahaha 100k
