Man I would SO run a metal detector on that ground under the old floor. Just never know what may be their. I don't think I have ever seen a prettier Turkey in my life. That White and black one. Never even knew they existed.
Evan and Rebecca...I have so enjoyed watching from your start building your Countrymark Log Home. Watching the tons of work you have done to improve your land, the pole barn, etc. is just very nice. You must have Dutch, and, or German blood as I do, and I am as driven of a person as you both! A Perfectionist of sort! I'd like to see a video of just how your house has weathered since the build. Because of my health mostly, and after watching your log home build I sold my retirement home I only built six years ago in North Fort Myers, Florida, and moved back to my native Michigan with plans to put up a Countrymark Log Home. We just moved in October to Holland, Michigan, and are searching for land between here and Saugatuck. Sometime within the next two months we are going to drive to Countrymark's office Indiana to discuss plans, etc. Thanks to you I researched six log home builders in Wisconsin., Indiana, and Michigan and found Countrymark to be my preferred choice. I wanted to send you a recipe for your hash browns, but been way to busy, so look for it coming your way in our slow USPS! Thanks Again. Dale A McAllister
Taking the last of the wall was better than I expected. You now have a way to get in to scoop out the barn floor. I like your videos keep up the good work.
I don't need no jackhammer! I got me a BeccaBuster! Good job, Rebecca!💪👍 She wasn't even breathing hard. She's one tough cookie. This repurposed barn shed is going to be a real asset. The livestock will love it. I can't wait to see the finished product. Good job, Evan and Rebecca.
I'm sure you don't need anyone telling you uses for the material your taking out, you've been around! That manual work will make you respect someone who does it for a living, like yourself.😉
One more thing you've commented before about the Tom Turkey what's your Tom turkey's name cuz apparently he wants to be in the movies I think you should start putting him in cuz he must be a product of Hollywood and he is a good looking Tom he almost looks like Jackie Gleason
Fantastic! Good for you guys in that accomplishment! You and Miss Rebekah swing a mean Nine-pounder! And I see your bubble machine is working as desired out in the pond ...
That should be much more useful than the raised floor. You could easily put two stalls in there and still have plenty of room for other animals to shelter from the weather.
I love your videos, they are very entertaining and interesting. Your wife Rebecca is amazing, she is not scared to get her hands dirty and she is right there working beside you, I hope you realize what a lucky man you are to have a woman like that by your side. And you are a hard working man and everything you do is done well if not to perfection and that is awesome. You two are an amazing team. Kudos to you both. Keep up the great work. Love your turkeys, I have never seen any that color before, their beautiful. God bless you both.
You should stack the concrete blocks in your goat pasture. It makes a fun little play area for them to use their natural climbing abilities. Plus it helps with keeping their hoofs naturally groomed.
Hi, Evan and Rebecca! This bank barn series is very interesting. I am eager to watch as you work your magic in transforming this awesome historical barn.
Just wanted to say - been binge watching all your videos since i found you - one of my top fave channels now - really enjoy watching all your projects. Keep up the great work. Appreciate it.
That project is coming along very good. The wall is very well built. Just think if you had to swing a sledgehammer for a few weeks you’d be quite strong.
Love the conceited white turkey. Gobbles a lot, struts with his plumage all flexed out and he was photo bombing your video towards the end. So funny. The stall is turning out great guys. Cheers
In stead of leaving the old wall in the woods, i suggest you dig a few feet down in front of the opening, dump the old wall in there and then grade it up with the gravel, or use the old wall as filler next to the pole barn.
Evan that salvaged lumber would be great to build a shelter in your pasture for the cows to get out of the rain and cold wind. Thanks for the great videos.
Great job said the turkeys. They have been your constant supervisors. Rebecca, you sure swing a mean hammer. That was a lot of work. Y'all will be needing a long soak in some Epson salts to restore the body. Have a Blessed day. Stay warm.
So interesting to watch you demolish that wall. At some points my arms almost ached, for you, when you were using the sledgehammer, ugh. I was shocked when I realized that it was Rebecca swinging the hammer and how fast and efficiently the blocks were breaking, whoa! You go girl! Well done you two!!! I'm just fascinated with the white tom turkey. He's so regal when he's strutting and puffed up. I get a chuckle thinking that he seems to be a bit of a ham, too. God bless.
That turkey is gorgeous, very healthy looking. I was huffing just watching you tackle that cement block wall, hope your not too sore tomorrow. Rebecca you made me proud watching you beat on the block, good on you.
When we lived outside of Tallahassee in a trailer park, it got down to 13 degrees all day back in 1969, and the dirt roads around the park were frozen solid. I remember trying to kick one with my heavy boot and that high rut did not give an inch! Like rocks!
Few will tell you in _Farmer School_ you'll be fighting through the mud one day and then fighting over frozen ruts the next. That turkey of a supervisor is out there 'helping' you out again, with his assistant even. Good progress.
It looks like the remaining concrete block wall is not pinned to the foundation. You might want to consider placing full-length support columns for the large opening.
Howdy Rebekah and Evan, I was watching Tom Turkey strut and fan that big beautiful white tail of his whilst Evan was finishing comments on video. Couldn't help but think you could rent that tail space to advertisers for additional revenue stream. Rebekah can swing with the best of the best too! Have A Day! ;~)
starting at the 12:20 mark it looks like a shadow figure moving in the window with the light on but it might be your breath messing with the camera...kinda spooky lol
I noticed this also and that is a ceiling light , very tall ghost..😁 also noticed when you pull the wall away from the foundation there is a mummified carcass probably a possum.
Rebecca being a Lil' Bitsy Lady, I cannot believe the physical work she does! She's a great wife, treasure her!
Man I would SO run a metal detector on that ground under the old floor. Just never know what may be their. I don't think I have ever seen a prettier Turkey in my life. That White and black one. Never even knew they existed.
You are one of the hardest working two I have ever seen!!
Well done!
Thanks a lot for the video! 😊👍🏻
I love that male turkey, he is beautiful! It’s looking good by the way.
I like hearing them turkeys gobble when you make noise! That has to be a comforting feeling. Beats hearing cars and traffic and folks yelling!
Evan, I think the Gobbler is in love with you, he's always around you strutting!
That turkey really shows himself off! What a guy! Beautiful bird. Thanks for sharing Evan, you and Rebecca are making some nice progress!
Now that was a good work
Rebecca is a beast! A one-woman demolition crew!
Not many women can swing a sledge like a man.
Rebecca swung that hammer like a pro. She's a tough lady and a great help around the place. Well done the pair of you
What a work out. My arms feel jarred just watching.
Evan I wish I had your energy dude. Good job guys. I think it’d be neat to see what kind of meals all the meat turns into

She can really handle that sledge.
Wow! Hats off to the Mrs. Way to go!
The hammer drill did the trick. Stay safe guys. Blessings🙂
Wow, Rebecca swings a mighty hammer. She's relentless. Way to go!

Glad that last piece came out in one chunk with the tractor. 🚜 That turkey is a handsome fellow. I think he knows it too. 😀
Definitely hard work! Great job.
LOOKIN' GOOD
That’s some very good wood your removing, hope your reusing.
What an achievement. That was a backbreaking mammoth task.
🤣 That turkey 🦃 🍗 definitely is a camera hound...he likes being seen 👀 and heard👂for sure. 🤣🤣🎯👍✌
No doubt! Every time Evan got in front of him, he would move into camera range, with his feathers all fluffed up. LOL
WOW===Wonder Woman---- Good job!!!!!
Way to go. Some things are just hard. Whoever built that rock should be proud.
The Turkey is a photo bomber! Great video Evan and Rebecca is stronger than I thought! She swings a mean sledge!
I'm sure you don't need anyone telling you uses for the material your taking out, you've been around! That manual work will make you respect someone who does it for a living, like yourself.😉

You two are relentless workers.
A tip of my hat to both of you.
Fantastic! Good for you guys in that accomplishment! You and Miss Rebekah swing a mean Nine-pounder! And I see your bubble machine is working as desired out in the pond ...
I'm pretty sure I was breathing heavy just watching you swing the sledge so much...lol... looks awesome and I cant wait to see the finished product.
Ole Tom wants to be a movie star too
That should be much more useful than the raised floor. You could easily put two stalls in there and still have plenty of room for other animals to shelter from the weather.
You work with what you got and most of the time it works.
The demo of that block wall was a real workout. But you succeeded.
from the Netherlands thanks for the video CVA
The barn addition was pretty well built. Tough work, good job.
Glad to see you save the lumber

Thanks for the update be safe on the ice
We live in Indiana right in the center about 31 miles south of Michigan. We ate on a little more than 5 acres in the country. So quiet and peaceful.
That's a big job so glad you got most of it done 💯✌🏻
Good job Evan I’m glad you accomplished getting it all done
You should stack the concrete blocks in your goat pasture. It makes a fun little play area for them to use their natural climbing abilities. Plus it helps with keeping their hoofs naturally groomed.
Thumbs up Becky!!!!!!!!!!! First time helping the old man cleaning up used lumber, I'd like a nickel for every nail I've pulled.
At least you know that is a solid wall and the animals cant knock it down!
Hi, Evan and Rebecca! This bank barn series is very interesting. I am eager to watch as you work your magic in transforming this awesome historical barn.
Good job.
Cant wait to see the finished product been watching your channel for years!!

W.o.w impressive work done on that project! Looking forward to more ... the Turkey is a beauty! Lots of lumber to repurpose too. Ahhhh, farm life❤
New subscriber as of last week. Absolutely love this channel so far. I have been binge watching your videos like crazy whenever i have time. 👍👍
Be careful with the lifting....never twist and toss with a heavy armful. Make sure you turn forward first. You will save your back :)
Love the conceited white turkey. Gobbles a lot, struts with his plumage all flexed out and he was photo bombing your video towards the end. So funny. The stall is turning out great guys. Cheers
Rebecca, you are absolutely amazing. Love how you are part of every part of getting the homestead complete.
Put rippers down on the box scraper to cut through all the ruts
Had to call in the boss , to show you how to geterdone😛
Very good job nice video keep up the good work can’t wait to see it done
Should have rented a K-12 concrete saw 14” carbon blade you would have saved your back and time. Great video enjoying your progress
Hard work gets the job done 👍❣
WOW that is one hard wall! You wore your self out on that wall! Great job done Evan and Rebecca! Always love watching!
In stead of leaving the old wall in the woods, i suggest you dig a few feet down in front of the opening, dump the old wall in there and then grade it up with the gravel, or use the old wall as filler next to the pole barn.
Dang, what a workout! I'm impressed !
Hi. Doing that wall must hurt! A whirlpool would feel great i bet.
Your turkeys are beautiful. ❤️❤️
Good on you Rebecca. Good hard worker. You both amaze me how you guys get stuck in and get the jobs done.
Evan that salvaged lumber would be great to build a shelter in your pasture for the cows to get out of the rain and cold wind. Thanks for the great videos.
Ok Rebecca 🦸♀️🦹♀️⚒❤
Great job said the turkeys. They have been your constant supervisors. Rebecca, you sure swing a mean hammer. That was a lot of work. Y'all will be needing a long soak in some Epson salts to restore the body. Have a Blessed day. Stay warm.
Good job. Now the animals have a place out of the weather. As usual a job well done.
I don’t know that’s a big hole for wind. That is why I suggested opening the end. Time will tell.
Looks like fun. 👍🦅🇺🇸

And now it's done you need small tractor to clean inside like father tractor .
Yes a smaller tractor would be handy lots of tasks.
Rebecca to the rescue!!! Good job folks!!!
its a compliment to the makers of concrete, its sure solid and it pretty much has to batch mixed
That turkey is gorgeous, very healthy looking. I was huffing just watching you tackle that cement block wall, hope your not too sore tomorrow. Rebecca you made me proud watching you beat on the block, good on you.
I was about to write the same thing about the turkey! Might be the prettiest Royal Palm I’ve seen and his hen is beautiful, too.
Evan convinced me to get a pair, got them this week, they are a real treat on the farm!
When we lived outside of Tallahassee in a trailer park, it got down to 13 degrees all day back in 1969, and the dirt roads around the park were frozen solid. I remember trying to kick one with my heavy boot and that high rut did not give an inch! Like rocks!
I love that big Tom Turkey that has to get in the picture. He's so curious. Cracks me up!!!
Great job guys. It doesn't look like you'll have to build much of a ramp into the shed, it looks like the animals could easily step up into it now.
That turkey is gonna get you!!
Nice job!👍🏻
Looks good there evan
Thanks for the update. Go Rebekah!! ❤️
Few will tell you in _Farmer School_ you'll be fighting through the mud one day and then fighting over frozen ruts the next. That turkey of a supervisor is out there 'helping' you out again, with his assistant even. Good progress.
Great job guys looks so much better and will make a big difference for you. And also you two showed again what an awesome team you are.
Looking good be safe
Nice job
Evan, your turkey is trying to steal the show.
You guys are in great shape! Good job! God bless ❤🙏
Love to watch your channel. Barn looking great. Stay warm

Awesome, brought in the Muscle for that last block. lol I felt your pain.
Really looking good. And lots of really hard work. Always like the turkey
Good job 👍
I cut cement with a diamond blade on my reciprocating saw.
starting at the 12:20 mark it looks like a shadow figure moving in the window with the light on but it might be your breath messing with the camera...kinda spooky lol
