+DetroitBORG Awesome reviews! Could you please tell us if the OIS is working in 4K mode? From what I heard it's available only in 1080p, and most of the 4K videos on TH-cam are very unstable/choppy.

You vids are always amazing and very professional with lots of details and I find them very enjoyable to watch.
Samsung S4 under one year warranty, when I put on the speakerphone people on the other end couldn't hear me. I sent to one of Samsung's warranty locations in Ontario and they blamed me that I changed the screen of a phone and I tempered with it something I never did, I ended up paying shipping costs after five weeks of waiting. They are liars.

After Watching this video... why do people buy iphones?
The iPhones are less expensive than the Samsung for full retail price. But if you follow a plan and pay per month, then I can assure if you can afford $0 of the upfront of the Samsung Galaxy S7 or Edge for free. Any carrier has that, but sometimes it does not work well depending what kind of family plan or an individual plan. However I am not sure about that, because I am getting the idea that other Apple users that still uses iPhones. For example, T Mobile users can keep their phones or get the phone free for years without purchasing an expensive phone, or trade in at the carrier store for $0 upfront. However, the T Mobile user/ or customer should trade in their phone for free special 0$ upfront. And again, pay certain amount per month of having unlimited data for all the streaming, Internet use and games or perhaps using your favorite applications. Certainly, as long you want new phone or keep your phone for years, which means saving money and pay per month.

That means your family needs a plan from any carrier, and get unlimited data and have money to afford per/ monthly to save money, and get most out of streaming, games, using applications and the Internet. But I am getting the idea that you are definitely young. Because that makes me realize other users that posted comments like this.

AaronJacko123 Check on T-Mobile website and into their phones, look at the price you will pay per monthly. But think about the phones you want to look at. And again you need to follow their 2 year agreement plan, so after 2016 and 2017 to be patient. You are free to get your Samsung Galaxy S7 or Edge, which Samsung might consider still making them because it is so expensive. Apparently thousands of T Mobile users has them already, but I am new to T Mobile and keeping my iPhone 6. Whereas I can just wait until getting after 2 years of waiting, or get a new Samsung phone launch after 2017. Because I was not sure if Samsung is going to come out with a new phone, with little different features in person.

Not a huge Samsung fan here but I'm amazed with the S7 this year. This is what I call breaking the tech boundaries. Waterproof while maintaining the design is great. No redundant plastic flaps and cheap design. The HTC 10 also looks great too. Finally Apple has got to up their game in 2016.
When your phone has more ram than your laptop
lol this phone has even more processing speed and cores compared to my laptop.
Actually, newest smartphone CPU still light years behind even the slowest intel i5 processor, it's the reason why we still use laptops/PC for developing software/apps, graphics design, 3D modelling etc.. There's a lot of things you just can't do on a smartphone or android tablet.

Mark A, I say the big difference is the mobile CPUs used for Smartphones are designed for lower power consumption with passive cooling setups that are more fitting for a Smartphone since it keeps the smartphone cool and free from overheating, provides a longer battery life and gives designers to build the smartphone very compact and mobile.
Graphic 3D modeling software is capable on a smartphone but it would be more feasible to do it on the smartphones bigger sibling the Tablet since it offers more screen real estate to work with.
It is very possible to operate a smartphone like a desktop/laptop, you just need the following.
A wireless bluetooth keyboard
A wireless bluetooth mouse
A HDMI video out cable for the USB-A/C connector to display your device on a larger monitor/TV.
A USB charge cable to keep on standby for charging
There you have it, a working desktop computer.
or you could just buy a Chromebook laptop .

That "toy" is currently sold out in every single Apple store across the globe. The current Galaxy line is great (besides the Note), but it will always be compared to the Mercedes of phone's, the iPhone.

But that number is going to drop in the next quarters because of the next iphone, but sales will still be great regardless. Apple won't just "give up" just because you don't like it. I'm on iPhone, one of the main things keeping me here is iMessage. If that's one of your favorite things about Apple you should check out Pushbullet. It doesn't do SMS forwarding for iPhone but it works well for android phones. It's also an extension in chrome so you can use this SMS forwarding on any computer you're logged into

I got the Edge and I love it😍 the s7 was to small for me. Is just sometimes I watch videos on Facebook and the volume is kinda a low but I get on TH-cam and it's perfect so idk. I'm in love with it can't put it down😀. Need to get a case and screen protector before an accident happens. God forbid 😢. Still haven't watch any movies or played any games on it except for Sims Freeplay but when I do I'll let you now how it looks😀😃😆😅🤗

Mike, U r one of my fav youtubers but sometimes i feel ur just a bit biased towards apple.
U mention stuff when other manufacturers copy from apple but when reviewing the iphone 6S, u never said that they took inspiration and copied the display flash from the LG G3, or the live photos which nokia did first.
I know ur more into apple ecosystem but as a reviewer u need to be fair with everyone.

If you're not a heavy phone user and have some patience, then yes it's still a good phone into 2021. I got one and it's not bad. It just gets slow sometimes if you bog it down with tasks.

When the phone is off and you get a call, do you get notified of the missed call when you turn your phone back on? I know my phone doesn't do that and I only know someone has called if I get a voicemail, so I was just wondering. People get upset with me when I don't call them back, but generally I don't know that they called.
