Hi, I have an issue with my K30, would really appreciate any help 🙏🙏 I just replaced the charging board and battery, but the phone won’t turn on. The charging indicator glows red, and the phone heats up while charging. 2-3 months ago, it was showing the empty battery icon on the screen. For context, I’ve replaced the charging board twice and the battery once before with no problems. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
It's not a good idea to bending a wide data cable. It is better to unscrew a few more screws, remove the bottom cover and unplug the cable from the connector.

Good video, i had to fix the flex cable a few month ago. today i noticed my phone loses battery while charging. it shows "super charge" for a few seconds then switches to normal charge modus. i checked with "ampere" app and it was charging with only 80mah. now the battey drained completly. Any idea what this caused? i cant even turn it on while connected. and the red LED is blinking inconsistently. replace charging port or battery?
@@DIYGeardo i suppose the IC is located on the mainboard and not the bottom USB-c part? i need to get to my data on the phone.. tried looking for a way to charge the battery external. but seems like there are no gadgets i could find and new batteries are shipped empty
Have you used your f2 pro battery for How Long before it died? And in this case, you can replace the battery but be carefull it can explode!! Then also, you or could order a new smartphone.
@@DIYGeardo Yes, with the new battery it works now anyway. But I have a display damage and not really trust in the device anymore... I've ordered a new phone and will surely never replace the battery again. You should warn people that it could explode...

Issue with your mainboard. Seems an issue with an IC. Seek a board repair tech

I think recently I saw same issue in some poco phones.. this is most likely with the board.

You can try with changing the charging port and maybe the battery since they are cheaper option. But i feel like something with the charging IC..

Vibration does not work most of the time, causing delays when booting the device. What is the solution?
Probably you need to install an app to test the vibration motor. Also you can check in settings (ex ringtones with vibration)

Didn't get out the battery, after I pulled too hard, it exploded...
That is not good. Usually removing Xiaomi batteries are bit easy.

It is kinda expected because you are supposed to remove the battery very slowly and carefully.
@@nethercap I tried it, no way and after I saw why. The complete back of the battery was fixed with adhesive, so there is no change to pull it out...
