I think I have to vote for the Otyugh. Probably because I have similar eating habits.
I think that this one is the first set that it's worth the money, unless you only get Grick alpas and Gemmules then it sucks, love the mini bosses and the Ettin
I went OOoooh! when that Blue Slaad came into the screen, and then seeing it against the others creatures, It was my favorite mini from this pool, unexpectally.
The Blue Slaad looks fantastic!
The Cloaker Mutate is my favorite! Something about how its face has fused with this dwarf skeleton and its tongue is hanging out makes this look sick!
My favourites are the Blue Slad, and the Mindflayer NPC. The paintjob on both of them is so clean, and their poses are full of character. The slad is imposing and chonky, truly a miniboss worthy mini. The Mindflayer is just so, so new. Most ilithids we're getting are very samey, so a one that has tendril for arms and chains on his robes just looks so fresh!
I LOVE that shambling mound! I need it for an adventure where a gluttonous noble wants an exotic salad! 🥗
I love finally seeing a dedicated mini for Nezznar. I always get tickled thinking about him being magic brian in the first arc of the adventure zone!
The Ettin Ceremorph was my favorite! Lots of character in the model!
At first I was going to say the Blue Slaad (looked absolutely gorgeous when it came on screen), but then you got to the Crystal Grick and I found myself saying out loud "Look at me, Morty! I'M CRYSTAL GRICK!!!" and then started laughing way too hard at my own joke XD
I love that shambling mound! I"m running a COS campaign and it'd be great for the death house encounter

Honestly my favourite mini in this reveal is the Stirge. We haven’t had one in at least 5 years but they occur in many campaigns/scenarios.

Yeah there was one in MM3 but more realistic and tiny. Paizo did one too last year in Mwangi, goes by Bloodbug. They always fetch high prices, people need a lot of Stirges!
The Blue Slaad took the cake for me! The colors and simplicity make it the most eye appealing!

My fav was def the blue slaad. Slaad are some of my favorite dnd enemies and i think they are super under appreciated.
The Troglodyte mini looks pretty menacing with it's blood soaked looking hands and feet. It has that "I'm going to feast on your innards" look to him

Oh man, that Shambling Mound is amazing!!
Honestly it’s the Goblin brawler. I’m usually a sucker for the big named villain minis so I stoked for the mind flayer 3 (and Nezznar for the deep nostalgia). But that brawler has just so much personality with such a simple concept. When I first saw it, I got a half dozen NPC and player ideas. It’s definitely personal - I’m a big gobby guy - but I feel like that dude might be on my table forever. Runner up is the pile of eggs, that’s incredibly upsetting looking!
My favorite in the set is the shambling mound. Love the bright green!

I really dig that ceremorphisis ettin, really like how one head took over and the other was just pushed aside. Gives it some interesting visual cues.

I LOVE this entire set! I will say that if I had to pick just one, it’s Nezznar, the Black Spider. I love the Lost Mines of Phandelver and had to create my own Nezznar mini. Now that I own the module and plan to run it (after I get the minis), Nezznar is definitely on my list. I love the sleek design and his spider staff are excellent. His pose is fantastic as well. Other faves are the goblins, love the designs, especially the Psionic Goblins. The mindflayers from this set look fantastic as well.

My favorite new mini is the ettin ceramorph. I like having other mindflayer inspired creatures. The blue salad is also amazing.

This set has a lot of potential, particularly as mutates,which is great. I had no idea this was coming.
If I had to pick one, in honesty, the first mini shocked me. I really do want a mini that looks nice, and this one is fierce! That really set the tone for me on this set. So far, that is my favorite mini from the set. It looks intimidating and you have no idea it's around you when it attacks.
My favorite is the flameskull! Not only a monster, but could be a thematic spell effect or trap!
As the Phandelver was my first delve into DMing, I have a special place in my heart for the Drow and the Black Spider, and those minis are great for them!

I think Hashutu is my favorite, though it’s a tough choice. I love underdark, aberration, and plant creatures, so this entire set is awesome! But im going with Hashutu since I’ve recently been really into cosmic/lovecraftian horror stuff. But the gibbering mouther and slaad are close behind.

I love the blue slaad, the paint job is amazing, but I want to get my hands on that shambling mound because I’m running Death House right now.
The shambling mound was so cool, and I love the action shots... like the Drow with the flowing cape.
That blue slaad miniature is definitely my favorite. its such a classic monster with a creepy reproductive method. The color and sheer imposing physical build of that new miniature is perfect.
My favorite, by far, is the ettin ceremorph because it’s such a cool concept that works very well as a mini. I tend to love the clean miniatures with simplistic painting as they feel so great to look at and use. The pose also conveys so much emotion and it’s one of the best miniatures I’ve seen.

I think to pick one I'll have to say the grick alpha! It is a simple design but I really like it, especially that it's a larger one.
The shambling mound, blue slaad, ettin ceramorph and troglodyte were all close contenders for my favorite of the minis here,

Can never have enough Mindflayers.
Of all the booster boxes I've collected in the past years, I believe this is the most versatile one I've seen and can't wait to purchase multiple times. I love the large miniatures especially the blue slaad and the shambling mound, but you can never have enough zombies in any campaign. I've used the D&D yellowish goblins as more of the underground goblins and the greenish skinned goblins as the surface/city goblins. I believe the best miniaures from this set are the Drow miniatures, yet if you have to choose from this set, I'd say it would be the versatile zombie miniatures in which you could use in many campaigns. ether way any of these miniatures could be used in almost any game. I love this set.
I think this set is really cool and my personal favorite is the Otyugh Mutate. It’s going to be really cool I think to have a monster that could pop out of a Lucious overgrown green cave and surprising players by mistaking it for a Venus flytrap. I also love the painting on it too!
The blue slaad took this set for me, absolutely stunning colour and sculpt choices all around.

The 2 drows, but Im going to pick the dual wielding warrior/rogue as my fave. He'd need some extra paint and some washes here and there to make him really pop. The sculpt is very cool.
I don't know how anyone could pick other mini than Ettin Ceremorph. Absolutely stunning monster, from the design, trough colour and the potential of the destruction. Still haven't got into the "Shattered Obelisk" book, but I plan to use it for the next adventure of my players :)
I liked the shambling mound, but really loved the flame skull. I know it was a tiny figure bit fought some in COS and loved it.
I really like the Psionic Goblins the translucent green really makes them stand out and the minis could also work for monk and warlock PCs. I'm running a massive 13-player all-goblin campaign event next month so any unique gobs are welcome edtions.
That Ettin Cereomorph is my fave by far

I don't own the Phandelver & Below book, but I gotta say this set has so many minis that are so useful for any type of campaign, and quite a few first time monsters in mini form or monsters that are available in a more common form. Out of all the minis here, I have to say the giant spider is my favorite miniature since it is the most accurate to the book art and looks so detailed. I hope I win this giveaway, its my birthday soon, so it would be a cool random extra present.
Love the Blue Slaad. The color and design is mint. Plus they are very interesting monsters to play as a DM.

My favorite one i seen was the Sambling Mound looks great and I am soon going to be running my group thru Curse of Strahd.
My favorite is that shambling mound I like that it isn't embedded into the ground and looks like it drags itself to move and it's bright colors are great if you get a few you can repaint one or two with ease to make different ones for every season.
I like the Cloaker Mutate and the Ettin Ceramorph the most!

I've played many adventures but never Phandelver. I really liked the Encephalon Cluster and the Ettin Ceremorph -- can't go wrong with a beefy mind flayer after all. :) Another fun unboxing!!!

My favorite phandelver mini is the Flesh Meld! It is exclusive to the D&D Icons of the Realms box set! So gory and wonderful! As far as the booster brick today, the Ettin Ceramorph was my favorite!!
I really like the Psionic Goblins, they add extra minis for more varied little goblin enemies even if I don't plan on running the adventure right away
