This is 100% reality. At least big companies are following a systematic process. If you fail the process you wont get an offer. Hi Bro, i got terminated from Tech Mahindra in June 2022 due to BGC Failed , later i joined one third party consultancy and worked 18 months, now i cleared Capgemini interview and they have asked PF History and UAN Card, now my doubt is whether Capgemini will accept the termination of Tech Mahindra or will it be a problem in BGV. (Tech Mahindra given me Service letter and termination letter) but not issued relieving letter.
