$105,000 for Office Space Renovation

#Request approximately $250,000 in Service Coordinators in Multifamily Housing (SCMF) Grant funding. This grant provides funding to #Multifamily #Owners to hire Service Coordinators to provide case management services for the elderly and persons with disabilities.
#Office #Space: Multifamily Owners can propose reasonable costs associated with setting up a confidential office space for the Service Coordinator. Such expenses must be one-time only start-up costs. Such costs may involve acquisition, leasing, rehabilitation, or conversion of space. HUD recommends a minimum of 350 square feet of office space. Cost should not exceed $105,000 for renovation and/or construction of an office for your service coordination needs.
