This truly is the best aftershow WWHL has ever done. I've always loved Andy and SJPs friendship, they're so comfortable together is makes for a great time.
I loved hearing what The Family Stone means to her - because mine is one of the families who watch it every Christmas. The bar scene with SJP, Luke Wilson , and Paul Schneider always cracks me up no matter how many times I've seen it!
SJP is always kinda flighty & has a certain way of answering questions that is lengthy but at the same time she's very sharp. It's interesting, there's no one else like her. She almost appears tipsy in this after show which you never see. Seems she's always so composed. Prob just her very good friendship w/Andy allowing her to feel so at ease. This was fun!❤
Yeah, I think she offers such lengthy answers because she wants to make sure she doesn't offend anyeone or doesn't want to answer something incorrectly AKA bring the most clarity to a subject. I could be totally wrong but I noticed she does that as well MSL5
She probably has a great sense for analogies and poetic descriptions, but struggles a bit with hitting the nail on the head. She's probably always been the one in school who was bad at simply reproducing someone else's thoughts but amazing at transitioning between two strains of thought or applying one logic to new diverse phenomena. It's a creative kind of intelligence, which is probably much more important and interesting.
I love it too. I just recorded it on my dvr yesterday. It is such an underrated holiday movie. While SJP does play a good part in the movie along with the entire cast, Rachel McAdams stole the show imo. She played a mean girl in that movie too.

...so, so, so glad someone brought up HBO's Divorce! That show was superb. Just fun. They took a topic most don't ever want to talk about and really made it relatable in so many ways!
I do believe sjp , I think kim(Samantha) was jealous that sjp had more control of her character in the show then she did and she was annoyed she did so much nudity and sjp didn’t. And I believe sjp more now because the guy who played (smith) even said in a interview sjp was always lovely in the show to him and everyone and when they asked about kim he said he rather not say nothing.
Loved Kim's character & her fabulous acting. She just decided not to continue in the new movie. I think Parker tried pulling the friend card in trying to change her mind, when there was only the card, not a friend. She's in her sixties, I understand.
SJP needs a short tutorial or manual regarding the cameras at Watch What Happens Live. I would be confused too if the light would turn off on a camera though hahaha. It's like "which one should I look into now?!" :-)
I just watched the SATC where she dated the younger guy, played by Eddie Cahill. They had been ice skating so I thought calling her Carrigan (or Kerrigan) was a play on her name and the ice skater. No?
She seems like a great person. I think she gets unfairly criticized as a diva and as being kinda ugly which I think for a woman must be really difficult to hear at least on a semi frequent basis (on the internet). But she seems really smart, funny, and yeah she's got a bit of a horseface but she's damn hot and has 8 million times more money than me so who am I to judge. I also don't think Matthew Broderick would be with her if she wasn't great. That seems like a great fun marriage. Only thing I will say is that I think she's handled this SATC thing wrong and its been very unfair to Kim. If Kim didn't want to do it, thats her choice (and she's arguably right that it would be sad at this point. Let things die) and to run her through the mud and basically rally the internet against her (which I'm sorry but SJ would have to have known that would happen once she spoke out) is one of the only uncool things I've seen her do.
i agree. She was the producer on SATC and you have decisions you have to make that everyone is not going to like. I i think Cattrall took things personally when it's all business. Besides I've hard that Cattrall is tough to work with anyway.
