Seriously makes you wonder how many subterranean shipping containers full of rifles with fun switches there are waiting out there under some based grandpa’s 100 acre rural property in a flyover state. 🤔
Why I stocked up on phosphate dishwasher detergent the moment I saw them passing a ban on it. And glad I did because the "Just as good alternatives" are garbage that not only fail to clean as well but cause a bunch of scaling buildup over time. One load with the old good stuff cleared 95% of that scale build up, 2nd load cleared the remainder. I only have medium hardness water. (I found I could stretch my supply of the phos stuff by mixing with the new crap. For most light duty loads like 1:4 was enough to mostly stop scale and improve cleaning action.)

It’s just to appease the libs they know it will never be passed even read wording it they just want to secure votes that’s why they do this and not fee HC like they promised a decade ago. Lol
I really want to see someone use the "minorities can't get IDs" argument template against the people pushing for more expensive and stringent licensing.
Don't most people drive to go vote? You need ID to drive. That is the silly part. The sort of person who doesn't care enough to get their ID to go vote in their city are more often democrat voters; Conservatives by nature will be sticking to tradition. IF THEY THOUGHT LACK OF ID TO VOTE WOULD CAUSE MORE TRUMP BALLOTS THAN BIDEN, THEY WOULD NEVER PUSH THIS. Thing about it, it is an odd thing to really push for. You need ID for far more basic things. The people who struggle to have an ID are the ones who likely don't have one... i mean at least a few illegals cast a vote each year right? System is not perfect. Just like mail in ballots, this is encouraging the same type of people who don't care that much, who will see the sheet they have to fill in and be ultra confused. I think it is about people who walk to go vote aka urban people. People who go in crowds. Does the same thing as the male in ballot. Mom says ok guys, we have to fill this out now it is the deadline (meanwhile kids have hw.) Mom will just say tell me what you want? And nobody cares, she gets annoyed and just votes for the whole family, casts 4 votes herself. With the migrant crisis, ID to vote seems more important than ever. We are being occupied. Migrants all know which party to vote for... the one that hates walls and will demand feds come and take barbwire people put on their own property down. We are getting a bunch of military aged men (who I believe the army is and will recruit... serving to get citizenship doesn't sound that bad to me but idk, however these people aren't going to be loyal... if a was breaks out and they need to go to the frontlines, they just won't in mass.), men who are leaving a country because they could not find a wife OR are leaving their wife and possible kids, seeking asylum from a government whose minor laws they broke.
@@gschgvt2956 i just show people our sitting president talking about super predators back in the 90s then i show them the arrest records after the crime bill was passed. UK resident here, the banning of “zombie knives” hasn’t worked either. It’s physically impossible to enforce it unless the retailer is stupid enough to call it a “zombie knife” Absolutely stupid

@@captaindookeyWhat, you seriously expect fear mongering politicians to talk about and try to solve the problem that's keeping their stupid sorry ass in a government chair?
Already on the table in the House Of Rule from day 1. Hard to call them Representative anymore. Hope Brandon can remind them who they are supposed to represent
Absolutely true. What is the difference between a parts kit and spare parts? How many parts need to be bundled together in one sale before it stops being spare parts and becomes a "zombie gun"? If a parts kit is sold and billed as individual components with a separate price for each part, does it stop being a "zombie gun" and become "spare parts"?
This is about drying up the supply of anything and everything gun related, while also trying to make it easier to revoke FFL's. Their goal is to make it too expensive and too onerous to buy or sell guns. A constructive ban because they know they'll never get the political backing to ban guns outright. What they really love doing (especially state legislatures) is passing garbage laws they know won't stand but forcing gun groups to hire attorneys to fight the laws in court.
Actually its because they hate God. Its a God given right. The Government would never write the Declaration of Independence. The Constitution upholds the Declaration of Independence. The Declaration of Independence was written because Britian had a system that wasnt Godly even after they became Christian. The DOI was all stuff already preached from the pulpit. Thomas Jefferson put it together in the Declaration. Politics is always downstream to religion. The question is how many months will it be before Christianity gets rid of the wake religion.
I remember when I was a kid the definition for assault rifle when you looked it up was “a military weapon that is capable of fully automatic fire” this definition has been scrubbed by the government.
Don't forget the part about assault rifles being specially intermediate cartridges. They love to pretend that assault rifles are super powerful rifles, when by definition they are low power rifles
That was never the definition of assault rifle. The definition of "Assault Rifle" going back to the first assault rifle the German Assault Rifle 44 was a rifle that had a toggle switch to toggle between semi-automatic and fully-automatic fire. A military weapon capable of fully automatic fire covers everything from heavy machineguns, light machineguns and machine pistols,
That's an assault *rifle.* They're going after assault *weapons.* The latter of which has no legal definition, but is regularly conflated with the former.
As someone who has been involved with military industry for over two decades and also makes guns, this makes me want to run for office. There's too many people in Congress that know nothing about firearms yet are charged with writing legislation for them. We need to change that. BTW, that SDI plug was possibly your smoothest yet. ❤️
I'd vote for you, we need to get as many people in congress as we can who are well educated on the importance of the 2A and firearms in general who don't just claim to support tye 2A but actually do through their actions
That's the point. They don't CARE nor need to know about firearms for their role. (Their true role not their intended role) they are put in that positions just to get rid of guns. That's the 1 big roadbump to an easy tyrannical takeover. Disarm citizens and they wouldn't hesitate a single day to kick the takeover to top gear
The fact that frost is focusing on something so stupid whilst 15.3% (over 100,000 of the people he is serving) of his district is in poverty shows a lot in my opinion about his integrity as a public servant.
I know right? These fuckin Congressmen wasting time by introducing law after law to make it harder for people who enjoy guns to enjoy guns legally, while there are people they could help that they're neglecting. It think it's just so they can say sane politicians "are in the pocket of gun lobbyists" when they undo/oppose the bullshit laws they try to pass.
Im guessing that law would not hold an agency like the ATF accountable if they "slip" and dont destroy all guns that were taken to be destroyed. Or for having guns in their possession stolen from them??
i love how all politicians that have used terms like “ghost gun” and now “zombie gun” have to count on those terms so they can sound frightening and scare people into thinking they are, smh
Dude, I don't care if they name a gun "Satan's Weiner mark 666," I would still be proud to own it. Of course if they paint it up to look like Spongebob thats where I draw the line.
Just shows how dumb some people are to even believe this garbage. And they are having these sites removed by suing all of these sites until they can't afford to have forearm content. All in the name of supposed "safety", but we all know it's 100% about control and power.
As a leftie, I do appreciate this kind of content. I find this to be a great starting point for someone like myself who wants to be more educated on the subject and research more on my own time after the fact. I've always been suspicious about the naming convention of "ghost guns", "zombie guns", etc. This video only helped solidify that notion. Appreciate it, Brandon! From New England with love
I remember reading through the first ghost gun ban proposal and the evidence they cited was mainly from the Baltimore Sun and other MSM sources. Once you got to page 8 or 9 they had ATF data in there and it was something like only 250 “ghost guns” were used in the last 5 years worth of homicides which was like 25,000 total. And even then the ATF could not conclude if they were made from 80% kits. So I wrote my comment back to them stating all of this and wondering why they didn’t use any credible sources. A few days later I went back to the article and all of the links to their source material did not work. Every article was pulled down.
Imagine that instead of the cop pulling you over and planting a bag of weed in the car they pull you out and slam you down onto the road because "they thought they saw a screw on the floor".
Just contacted my representative for the first time. Thank you, Brandon, for not only being a voice for gun rights, but also being an advocate for the people making their voices heard.
As an Alaskan Libertarian that has been traveling to Texas for work, I am stoked to have such a great man in congress with such a solid platform outside of the MSM. I've talked you up to anyone that would listen. You're gonna do friggin great bud!
They’re so petty and power hungry They know even if he has to spend 20 minutes making a video on the subject or even better for them him having to fight it then they know that’s time taken away from him running his campaign
You are giving them way too much credit, they would have to actually do research and put thought into it to actually make an attack against Brandon. This is just idiot lawmakers not knowing that criminals don't care about their shitty laws.
As a gun guy in college, I find it fascinating how they claim that all of these crimes are being committed with guns I cant even afford legally, yet somehow criminals have them.

In the UK to "deactivate" a gun is an involved process, the rifling in the barrel needs to be machined out (you can leave the last inch so it looks better), barrel split open and have a rod welded in it, the barrel needs to be welded to the receiver, ALL the moving parts need to be welded stationary (this is fairly recent so some older deactivations only had the firing pin shortened, it wasn't required but most also had a lug welded into the receiver just in case some particularly stupid person tried to load a live round, these are older ones legal to still hold but illegal to sell). After all that you can buy it with out a license BUT you must register it with the government. There was scaremongering that people we reactivating them, since that would require making you own barrel (you need a license to buy a barrel and if you are replacing a barrel on a legal gun the old one has to be handed in to a dealer before you can get a new one), make or remachine the receiver, a new firing pin and unwelding all the other bits, they have never actually found one which has been reactivated. You also need to have a license to buy or possess an form of ammunition, possession of one live round otherwise is a prison term. Any one with the ability to reactivate after that would need a decent machine shop and could make one from scratch easier.
Brandon I think that you should propose a bill that requires ANY ANTI GUN voting member of senate or congress to be FORCED to use ONLY UNARMED security. That simple, it would end.

I bet you there is probably 0 data on "zombie guns" that have been involved in a crime, if I were to guess criminals are probably using things like Glocks/revolvers
The part saying you have to destroy every part of the firearm is the wildest part to me. Like, how would you even attempt to enforce that? @@bochenw8723 Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one." Jesus said that. Are you wondering if Simon Peter had gotten a real sword. He did. You know it was the "nobility" that said that others should not have swords but being a child of God means noble birth which if you really to go by that I got a right to physical arms if I want it though not necessarily to use it. It is written that the Word of God is sharper than a 2 edged sword. Calling fire out of the sky and being able to call for tornados does not mean God will stop you form having arms. I could ask for one from the Father and get one in the name of Jesus as it is described in John 14:13 assuming its for good and am right standing with God. You know the Constitution was written to enforce the Declaration of Independence. I would read that one. That one is real important. By its purpose its above the Constitution. The Founding Fathers had made a covenant with God. They prayed in Congress. I at no point have heard in God's word that Abraham should not have a sword or that those grafted in to his blessing should be unarmed. It did not happen. Just that we needed to win in the spirit to win in the physical and that " the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds" God is forgiving. "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" That does not mean everything in old testament and the law disappeared. Do you realise that God made hell and that meant was there Jesus was there making it for all the rebellious angels that are going to go there one day. The devil does not rule over hell before they all get thrown in the lake of fire. Buddha and Muhammad are not God. Their isnt a way to get to the Father besides Jesus. What they have had to say about peace, war, their idols and who gets to have a sword does not have anything to with God who created everything. Do you want something that God says about Liberty. Jeremiah 34:17 KJV The Lord basically says Proclaim liberty or die in Jeremiah 34:17 KJV.

Australia's a lost cause. When I heard they were trying to ban lever action shotguns for outback farmers I lost what little hope I had left. The british commonwealth is a perfect example of why guns need to be a right and not a privilege.
Australia in general is a lost cause. :( I'm also a New South Walesite and the law here is absolute trash. I want to move out of this country but the system is designed to keep people like me poor so that they don't go in a pursuit of freedom. We need a revolution fast.

They'll make a law like this so nebulous that they'll pull in serialized lowers used to build personal firearms. No way they'll tailor ONE bill to just go after parts kits. It's never that straight forward for any gun control measure.
Bills like this aren't intended to be passed, they're intended to get the representative re-elected. It's just their way of declaring to their voters that they "did something about it". And when it inevitably fails, it was the opposition's fault.
You've got my vote brother! We need people in congress who not only claim to support the 2A but are well educated on the importance of it and actually support it with their actions (Like you)
They're always blaming inert lumps of metal for folks being Minecrafted, instead of the people HOLDING THEM. If there's something like 400 million weapons in the country, what percentage are EVER used in an illegal crime? I'm betting it's so small that it's within the margin of error.
it’s unironically like this cringy wolf meme I saw. “The flock of sheep sees a wolf kill one of them with using its teeth. So to protect themselves, the sheep get rid of their own teeth”
It is even less than one percent. There is over 460 million guns in the United States, with a population of around 365 million people. With only about 50k related gun crimes and deaths per year with 27k being suicide. It is barely noticeable. 537 of the being from police, 549 by accidental discharge. 456 by unknown. Most gun crimes almost 80 percent of them are handgun related. Should look how many die by a drunk driver per year, that is a record high and the second leading cause of death in the US behind heart disease and just before diabetes.
And better yet, how many of _those_ gun crimes/deaths are actually from legally acquired weapons being carried legally? I bet you’re looking at less than quarter of a percent. Lol
can you imagine if they did this with lego? "lego hurts you when you step on it so we're going to ban all disassembled lego sets, no matter if they're being sold legally!" i don't think they realise that most legal gun owners will only attack you if you're a threat to them
Wait, what? Politicians that have absolutely no idea what they’re talking about are making laws about said things that they are completely ignorant of? Well when the hell did this start?
Nah. Coincidence. "Zombie knives" were marketed as zombie KILLING knives, hence that name. This US shit is unrelated and is about the guns being "dead" but brought back to "life". Hence THAT name.
Fun fact. In Australia any part of a firearm excluding attachments is considered a firearm. Yep, stocks, barrels, triggers even the iron sights that are readily available on ebay (🤫)
More fun fact, airsoft blasters and, in most states, gel blasters are also considered firearms I Australia. Our government seems convinced that a green gas operated toy can be easily modified to handle the internal pressure produced by a bullet

hey brandon, keep posting updates like this because it's how I, and many of my friends, get majority of my news on this kinda thing. Thanks for being awesome!
At this point I think I should stop trying to meddle with American affairs, but don’t you think receiving all of your news from one (clearly biased) bubble of thought is problematic? That’s not how I’d go about this if I actually wanted to educate myself. I do however understand emotional involvement, which, clearly, all of you have a lot of. I used to be super anti-firearms and honestly, rationally speaking, that is a very smart thing to do. However, guns are neat, and if it were easier to own one (German), I’d have a wall just like Brandon. Anyways, have a nice day!
@@flomelchiors7924 his bias is the exact same as my bias so I don’t see the problem here. I love guns just as much as the next American that gives a shit about our constitution and would like to receive updates in an entertaining way rather than bore myself reading all the same stuff he makes a video about
@@flomelchiors7924from every person I have ever talked to that is somewhat anti-gun they have never fired one or actually seen how they work, but having been on both sides they focus way too much on the gun portion instead of the actual shooter, for example a school shooting happened awhile back near my town, the kid had mental issues but his parents bought him a shotgun, the kid was 15, the law states that you must be 18 to own a shotgun or a legal guardian to purchase it, no actual gun laws were broken in this case yet anti-gun people will argue that we need more gun control, the gun control was there however the parents insisted on getting him a weapon when he has mental deficiencies not to mention having the gun in a non-safe placed environment, it becomes more than just a gun issue, I would go as far as to say that would be a parental issue, and what ends up happening is the story is then used as anti-gun instead of the real issue of mental health and the fact that he was able to gain access to a firearm
@@chetsidewinder5519 so imagine a world where your shooters parents you know… wouldn’t be able to just walk into a store and purchase a gun? SIGN P320, the 9mm version, a police buddy of mine took me shooting once. I don’t claim to be an expert though. I just try to provide my outside opinion as many people are often too close to the issue and too emotionally invested, if you feel me
@@flomelchiors7924well that’s the thing everyone has a right to own a gun, the issue that we should be talking about is the extent to that, when you buy a gun you file paperwork and do a background check, if a person who has a mental issue like anger issues or anything like that they should not be able to own a gun period, same when you are buying a gun for someone you file paperwork to the person to have the gun legally in there name but having the parent or person buy it for them, they do not do a background check for that, that’s the issue, it’s not because “oh I can walk into a store and buy a gun” it’s the person behind the gun, like normal American people do not think about carrying out acts of violence everyday, I know it’s a shock, if you look at any crime that has been committed in a public setting the background on them usually consists of having something wrong with them or having hate, not everyone is like that however and good gun owners get punished for it, like the pistol brace ban, congress wants conceal carry to be harder to obtain to lower crime rates but they ban the thing that makes the pistol harder to conceal carry
Oddly the constitution is written specifically so they are not. This is what a half century of a liberal Supreme court with activist judges has gotten us.
That's it they want to take average law abiding citizens guns , but yet they got some expensive full auto ones protecting them and there's how does that make sense , a criminal is going to commit crime anyway they can , and the laws don't hold them accountable.
Here in Sweden the left recently found out that semi automatic rifles are legal for hunting. The government scrapped a goofy law about hunting rifles not being allowed to look "militaristic" which made the left freak out about semi automatic hunting rifles even though it has been legal for over half a century. And hunting rifles are not the guns the adidas warriors from MENA use to shoot each other.

Don't most people drive to go vote? You need ID to drive. That is the silly part.
The sort of person who doesn't care enough to get their ID to go vote in their city are more often democrat voters;
Conservatives by nature will be sticking to tradition.

The bill is quite literally just a backdoor way to get in a ban on selling gun parts.
First they ban import of my 7.62 and 5.45, now parts kits? Fml
this comment is under appreciated
Absolutely true. What is the difference between a parts kit and spare parts? How many parts need to be bundled together in one sale before it stops being spare parts and becomes a "zombie gun"? If a parts kit is sold and billed as individual components with a separate price for each part, does it stop being a "zombie gun" and become "spare parts"?
Well it's not much of a backdoor, that's literally what it does.
You said it exactly. It's not about safety or saving lives, it's about taking our constitutional right.
Actually,it is about"saving lives"; the lives of zombie politicians!
Assault rifle now: "black gun which looks like military gun"
Don't forget the part about assault rifles being specially intermediate cartridges.
They love to pretend that assault rifles are super powerful rifles, when by definition they are low power rifles
Nah, anything with a pistol grip even if it doesn't have a magazine and can't auto is considered a assault weapon.

As a kit builder this is terrifying, there aren't enough gun builders to make politicians listen
Every man who used the "Zombies" argument for why they bought a new gun just had all of their arguments validated.

Jesus said that.
Just that we needed to win in the spirit to win in the physical and that " the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds"
God is forgiving.

First we should deal with the Zombie Politicans ....
Zombie Politicians dont hate all zombies.
Remember when they didnt have enough ballots with the live voters to get into office so they used zombie ballots, ran into the oval and barricaded themselves in on that hill far away from the living. I remember a slogan they had. "Every ballot counts"
Fuck yeah dude, I had no idea you were running for Congress in any capacity. I've been watching your videos occasionally for years for weapons reviews/info , as a OEF vet I respect your opinions and knowledge. I didn't realize the depth of your character vs TH-cam persona, keep it up man you're awesome and have an even bright future.
My state of New South Wales in Australia, a few years back banned " zombie knives".
Basically mall ninja crap with green and red paint.
Such a joke
Australia's a lost cause. When I heard they were trying to ban lever action shotguns for outback farmers I lost what little hope I had left. The british commonwealth is a perfect example of why guns need to be a right and not a privilege.
Oh Jesus new south Wales. I'm sorry for you condition
U can't carry them but can still own n buy them I still have a few
Australia in general is a lost cause. :( I'm also a New South Walesite and the law here is absolute trash. I want to move out of this country but the system is designed to keep people like me poor so that they don't go in a pursuit of freedom. We need a revolution fast.
@@nathanbrown816 well overdue I'm the same way the generations before happily destroyed everything about this country so that they could get the Disney happy ever after bs n there the same ones whinging about teens breaking laws and going crazy cause they know they have no future well not one they can afford
They'll make a law like this so nebulous that they'll pull in serialized lowers used to build personal firearms. No way they'll tailor ONE bill to just go after parts kits. It's never that straight forward for any gun control measure.
It's so stupid and ridiculous already that this bill should immediately be thrown into their face after smearing it with dog shit.
Bills like this aren't intended to be passed, they're intended to get the representative re-elected. It's just their way of declaring to their voters that they "did something about it". And when it inevitably fails, it was the opposition's fault.
Parts kit + 3d printer = Zombie Ghost Gun! Very spooky
I also think it is funny that most parts kits, are stocked from gun buy backs...
Zombie Ghosts!? Are the pants dead too!?
huh? so police “destroy” a gun but not actually so that they can resell a working parts kit?

You've got my vote brother! We need people in congress who not only claim to support the 2A but are well educated on the importance of it and actually support it with their actions (Like you)
They're always blaming inert lumps of metal for folks being Minecrafted, instead of the people HOLDING THEM.
If there's something like 400 million weapons in the country, what percentage are EVER used in an illegal crime? I'm betting it's so small that it's within the margin of error.
Most likely!
it’s unironically like this cringy wolf meme I saw.
Lol
How many guns prevented crimes?
To scare more people they are gonna have ar15s on strings going after people like a shitty 80s horror movie😂

Thats kinda the point. They intend to be one
I read it as “Destroy Zombie, Guns Act!”
Wait, what? Politicians that have absolutely no idea what they’re talking about are making laws about said things that they are completely ignorant of? Well when the hell did this start?

In fact it strips you of all virtue entirely. A weak man is not a peaceful man, he is a harmless man.

use none of it for malice
They have continued to prove that they have no idea what a fucking firearm even is.
Fun fact. In Australia any part of a firearm excluding attachments is considered a firearm.
Yep, stocks, barrels, triggers even the iron sights that are readily available on ebay (🤫)
More fun fact, airsoft blasters and, in most states, gel blasters are also considered firearms I Australia.

hey brandon, keep posting updates like this because it's how I, and many of my friends, get majority of my news on this kinda thing.
The child would still find a way to cause trouble for sure. Not to that extend though. It’s a matter of trading freedom for security. As always. Also I have shot a gun before.
If we cant have certain guns, nobody should have them. the government shouldnt be above the law.
Yes but the governments job is to govern and keep people of this country safe
Gov to citizens , ignorance of the law is not an excuse. But the gov is ignorant of the laws and they are never held to account.
@@jorgejiminez-rk1uu its almost like Texas has one of the least amount of gun laws in the country
