Madiha, It is easily available in Karachi most the Grocery store. It is very expensive now like Rs 600 per Kg. When you soak in water like other Dal before cooking then Arhar Dal does not tender. We say Dal Achhi nai hai. The Secret tip is For Arhar Dal You Clean it and wash with water and keep on cooking and you will get perfect result.
