Cumin Powder 1/2tbs
Tamarind Pulp 2tbs or Milk 1/4cup for creamy masoor
Tarka:
Desi Ghee 1/2cup
Garlic 1cloves sliced
Onion 1/2medium
Tomato 1medium
Coriander 2tbs
Green Chilies 2
Rice:
Short Grain Rice 1kg
Ghee/ Oil 1cup
Salt 2tbs
Cumin Whole 1tbs
Cloves 7
Cardamom 4
Water 2ltrs
