Print yourself on Thingiverse: www.thingiverse.com/thing:303...
1- Print all the parts.
2- Clean them from any defects they might have (imperfections due to stringing or over extrusion, etc).
3- Slide the arms on the base, check that they rotate freely and secure them by clipping the clips, you might need to apply some force.
4- Screw the base to the wall using whatever holes you need.
5- Clip the cache on the base to hide the screws.
